@Christine Alaby You should check out the book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Dr Stephen Laberge if you haven't already. So much depth and detail about lucid dreaming and how to induce it. Lot of metaphysical concepts in there as well as scientific information, although the book was published in the early 90's, it feels like it hasn't aged at all.

The way I think about curvy is slightly different than the "plus sized model" type. Which is probably what you are thinking about. So I could have used a better word choice. The way I think of curvy is athletic body type with wide hips but not quite plus size model status.

To me this sounds like your mind playing a trick on yourself. What is this different realm you wake up in the morning? Negative emotions? -
You're embarrassed about dating the sexiest of girls? Curvy to me usually implies in shape (depending on how curvy), some healthy meat on the bones, exaggerated feminine figure. Which is what a masculine man is most naturally attracted to, am I wrong here? Nothing to be embarrassed about. So many guys like curvy girls, actually I thought that more often than not, most men do nowadays, so there is no reason to be insecure.

@DrewNows Definitely, in my post I was trying to convey its just not in a perfect correlation. There are some people eating amazing raw diets with optimal health but are still caught up in false paradigms and all that. They definitely go hand in hand though and if you are trying to raise your LOC with poor foods you're going to hit a low ceiling. Im with you 100%

Have you heard any of the latest on the issues behind people randomly losing their coins, for whatever reason they can't access them or they disappear? In which case you're fucked. -
Welcome to the forum. Hell of a 1st post! Very interesting. Any resources you would recommend for information about ALD-52?

No food is going to directly raise your level of consciousness. But its a very healthy addition to your diet and you can use it as a tool to aspire to better health along with the rest of the foods you put in your body which will catalyze/make raising your consciousness much easier.

I used to feel the same way, but it would only really be an issue if instead of urinals, at certain places it would be kind of like a long bathtub/sink against the wall with no dividers or any sort of separation in between. It was at a festival/fair setting where that kind of urinal would appear. The way to get over this is to simply face your fear, whip it out, pee and not care at all. Keep doing it consistently and it will become a non issue. If someone is looking over at your penis thats on them. Maybe they are gay for you or something, take it as a compliment.

I wouldn't know because I've never smoked cigarettes or been addicted to nicotine, but theres a health and fitness professional I follow that recommended a nicotine gum with 2mg of nicotine each piece that doesn't have any additional additives/chemicals or anything like that. I assume that would be better for you than vaping by eliminating all the other processed things that the vape brings into your lungs. But since vaping is similar to smoking (inhaling something) I could see why psychologically it could perhaps works better. Just giving my 2 cents if anyone wasn't aware of such gums existing.
-
What about nicotine gum? Thats even better for tapering off than vaping.

He has like hundreds of videos, you could rewatch any of them and would probably do more good by letting information sink deeper or catch things you missed the first time. Or dedicate the time for actual practice of techniques

@petar8p Right, I wasn't implying that you thought you had to. But you could argue you are using your critical thinking faculties even more by actively not doing so despite the subconscious tendency to do so(if you get that). Just like society, there are going to be people in places of hierarchy who have a badge or a license or degree/credential, which definitely affects other peoples subconscious, but you have to use your own critical thinking not to value them more just because of that. -

How would the world function with just monks? Who is gonna grow/hunt the food? Build the homes? Run the government? Provide medical services? It could never be like that. -
Do you mean count them cooked? You won't be consuming them raw so the macro count will be more accurate after the food is cooked which is the portion you eat.

One thing that I appreciate about this forum is that there isn't a "point system" or ranks or anything like that. So nobody starts hunting for likes and that dynamic can be ignored altogether while pure content/thoughts of the post are what matters. As for the colors, to my knowledge it could be how the forum software works, maybe the colors can be turned off but you don't have to place anyone in higher importance because they are a moderator. -
Full Episode: Save the Bees: You can donate to help save the declining bee population, in the podcast it also explains they are giving out a few thousand free bee-feeders with the mushroom antidote to deformed-wing virus which will collect data around the world on the bee population. https://fungi.com/pages/bees The podcast also talks about a new microdosing app, which collects data to study the effects of microdosing. Amazing. https://www.microdosestudy.com/

You didn't get the message of my post at all. Has nothing to do with my agenda or whether or not I agree with their stance. Its their method of presenting information. Nobody said anything about making dumbed down 10 minute videos. I don't have to watch 13 hours of this to form an opinion that I get a childish vibe from it. Especially that guy just eating chips and coughing on the mic every minute.

Start approaching ASAP, you want a girl that doesn't care about the cleft palate. What if you were to wait till its fixed and you were to get a girl that wouldn't have said yes to you before it was fixed? Wouldn't you want it the other way around? This is a major opportunity to work on your self esteem like @Nak Khid said. And jut know you are not ugly, its just something you were born with and doesn't take away from your beauty unless you let it.

Instead of do an 8 and 5 hour nitpick session making snarky remarks (whether they are right or not) about people who aren't there to reply back to them why not just make a condensed high quality video stating their own viewpoints on their side of the issue with more of a big picture perspective. This is childish imo, a bunch of intellectual masturbation nitpicking studies. And has nothing to do about me agreeing with them or not.

1) Measure it cooked because raw will give you a lot of water weight you shouldn't be counting. 2) The grams of protein isnt changing, its just the weight of the food because of water after its cooked. So just weigh it after. From personal experience, I used to count macros all the time and got very neurotic about it. It started becoming just another thing I was stressing about and it became to me about hitting numbers which turn out to not be as meaningful as you thought they were. It does teach you valuable lessons though on learning how to eyeball certain portion sizes of foods for certain amounts of calories/macros. Use it for a period of time but don't do it for the rest of your life. After a while you can learn to eat intuitively based on how much food your body needs by eyeballing portion sizes and being educated on the caloric and nutrient densities of individual foods. Once I gave up counting I actually started to eat healthier, shed more body fat and learn more about which foods are best for me.

I would say killing yourself for a greater cause is much higher consciousness than killing yourself because you are depressed and hate your life. But the question here would be: is it your best/only option? Is burning yourself to protest higher consciousness than keeping yourself alive and fighting for a good cause in greater/more sustainable ways? Killing yourself at war to fight the enemy might be considered noble but if you are high consciousness you wouldn't be participating in war in the first place. Lets say you are Will Smith in the end scene of "I am legend" and you need the mother and child with you to survive to give the antidote to the zombie virus to the other humans, then killing yourself by setting off a grenade which will kill the zombies in the room and allow the mother and child who are sheltered behind a vault to escape afterwards would be your highest option. Just my perspective. -
Yes it does. All you can really control is buying high quality organic meats where the animal could roam free, eat its natural diet, be healthy and live a happy life (to the best of our assumption) while eating meat in moderation (having a primarily plant based diet). If you are an athlete lets say and you have high energy requirements, your body will require more protein and you can process cholesterol better. So lifestyle factors are super important. Also some meats don't have to be killed (eggs) In order to be a vegan athlete you have to make sure you are getting the full amino acid profile in your plant proteins, whether that be from combining plant proteins (brown rice+beans) to get the complete amino acid profile or getting complete plant proteins (quinoa) and would be very helpful to supplement with a plant protein powder if you are focused on performance.

In a sense thats selfish, going off all by yourself indefinitely and enjoying liberation vs use your insights to build the consciousness of others. And you can do both, hence the importance of solo retreats. -
