Sounds like your own problem that you are just grouping others into.

I do 12-14 hour fast every day usually stop eating by 8:30-9:30pm. Usually after I wake up drink some lemon/lime water and coffee then do some form of light exercise followed by a cold/hot contrast shower. Then eat some b-fast. Been working for me.

Some systems thinking right here.

Mostly a waste of money. Get your vitamins from real, whole foods, where they will be in the natural ratios for your body and bioavailable for absorption. Don't have to worry about any upper limit vitamin toxicities either. Only vitamin where its worthwhile to take as a supplement especially if you are in a colder climate is Vitamin D, or a vitamin D+K supplement for better synergy and absorption.

You tryna find out or what? lol @Tom T I've tried this. It takes a lot of effort to do it. You really gotta concentrate on squeezing the pelvic floor muscles and have to use your finger to put pressure if you can't do it yet by just squeezing. The orgasm is intensified in one aspect but partially made worse by trying so hard to control, but this could just be a learning curve. I felt less depleted afterward. One time I did it and had a good workout a few hours later, something that I wouldn't have done probably if I just let it go. I didn't quite feel multi-orgasmic, I felt like once I held it in I lost most of my interest in sex, but again could just be conditioning of the default habits and adjusting to something new.

I'm really sorry to hear that. Do you think you are going to try again with 5meo? Perhaps another psychedelic can get you where you want to go and lift your spirits in the meantime. -

Be wary when someone tells you something like this. Their experience is not yours. -

13:48 - When talking about quantum mechanics and particles relying on an observer, the guy said "it doesn't apply to the macro world" First thing that popped up in my mind was, macro world vs micro world is utterly relative and is just a human distinction. Where is the cut of between macro and micro? The size of humans? How arbitrary. Surprised Deepak didn't jump on that one immediately. -

I would still be really careful about downplaying Ralstons awakening. I don't think there is better work out there when it comes to exploring the nature of the conceptual self vs being. If someone disagrees, show me otherwise if you've read Ralston's books. How deeply he breaks down every layer of the self in his work is seems unparalleled. -

I got to thinking, if the awareness taking place in the present moment is all that is there in actuality, how would "my" same awareness be the same awareness inhabiting another living being or entity seemingly at the same time as mine, yet I don't have access to it. I thought a lot about the insight Leo shared "because you are too busy being you" that you don't experience other perspectives. I got to thinking, that this is just an illusion that is rooted in the deeper illusion of time. Since both awarenesses seem to be happening at the same time, but since time is ultimately an illusion, this transcends that dilemma. All I know is that in this moment there is awareness, and that everything is God, there is only one awareness. From a higher dimensional perspective that I don't have access to in my current level of consciousness, God somehow is playing out all the perspectives of every living thing, maybe non-living too, and every entity in existence on a queue, that plays out one at a time from Gods POV within duality, but in this dimension of human consciousness they seem to be happening all at the same time. So God can still be in the shoes of every single perspective, throughout time, and still interact with itself. Am I on the right track or does it go even deeper (of course it does but can you help point me) -

5meo the most optimal tool for experiencing this directly? -
You are mistaken. Starch technically has protein, but incomplete protein, lacking all the essential amino acids. You couldn't be optimally healthy with only starch, its not possible. And protein in general can be used as glucose so your point is moot.

I wonder if Leo discussed psychedelics with him and what Ralstons attitude around them were. I assume he hasn't used them, but I could be wrong. If love is a facet that happens after truth, since to realize truth is love you first have to realize the truth, maybe psychedelics would've pushed him there. -

The thought "things exist without me experiencing them" is a nothing more than a thought. Your notion of the world existing without you there to experience it is a concept, a representation of something but not the thing itself. -
Veggies veggies veggies! Green stuff, will get a lot of calcium. Also some nuts, beans, and of course dairy, which be mindful of your consumption of.

This is an interesting topic.

IMO they are creatively dull, really hard to get fulfillment just crunching numbers, trying to meet quotas, trying to close a sale. Shoot higher, contemplate what brings you the most joy.

This would be a super interesting video indeed. Would imagine it being similar to the Quantum Mechanics, Derrida, Incompleteness Theorem episodes.

Starch is a great addition to the diet but not the foundation to a diet. Thats a swing and a miss. Protein (amino acids) is the most essential thing your body needs, then healthy fat sources, then you can introduce carbs in the picture.

Beans and Legumes are the most calorie dense, but they are packed with nutrients, making them a good option if you are active and you aren't over eating for you energy demands. Potatoes/Sweet Potatoes/Squash are slightly less calorie dense than bread but are good options for energy. Oats are a great carb source as well.

Never done one myself, but apparently coffee enemas are very cleansing for your liver. It can be addictive though, in fact it was on an episode of "my strange addiction" where this couple, both husband and wife were addicted to taking multiple coffee enemas every single day and even their teenage son living with them told them they were addicts and needed to stop. This is probably extreme, as with most of the stuff on that show, but it seems like the caffeine effects may hit harder and be more enjoyable that way.

Evil from your egos point of view. The trying to stop evil just perpetuates evil, thats the whole lesson here. Turn inward. -
