Thank u a lot for ur detailed reply ❤️ Well I’m not anymore depressed since years,this therapy I taking is because I believed my psychiatry to keep it..I trusted him because back in the days I didn’t know the reason because I was sad..to this days I learned a lot with self actualization and I can safe move over..it will take time because tapering with ssri is an hard pillow to swallow but I can do it I was interesting in psychedelic for the powerful effect they can induce..but is probably wiser like u said to just relax and follow the “safest” way for me with traditional method as meditation/breathing/yoga also last question do U think psychedelics can potentially lead to more problems for a soft mind?

No well I’m on my way to remove them I already get over the depression years ago is a long story..but ye I will focus on making stronger grounding habit..remove antidepressant and than starting on psychedelics ??

All my relations in last 20 years went to be a disastrous, I even try to see depth on it but didn’t improved from time to time my feeling is that I have to pay some big karma about love which result in insuccess on woman/relation can this be possible ? There is a concrete correlation between self esteem and spirituality ? Can self esteem have taken basic and emotional concept ,from a deeply realized spiritual man ,who has come to realization that he is Enough? Also didn’t meditation and self inquiry boosting a way which someone can see himself free of every belief and conditioning and be relate to an high self esteem person?

Life is like poker. Everyone gets dealt a hand at the poker table, and it’s random. You can’t complain to the dealer to give you “better” cards. You gotta take a risk, put your chips in the pot, and hope for a good flop. The message is to find a way to carve out a decent life for yourself without complaining that everyone else has it better than you, or believing that other people owe you something.
