Israel will then have to rely on its nuclear weapons as a show of force when they no longer have US intervention as a cover. This will cause surrounding Arab countries to start making nukes to defend against Israel and each others since the Middle East is not a nuclear weapon free zone. There will also be Islamist revolutions and terror attacks in response to this which can trigger wars here and there, possibly even a civil war in Israel. Eventually larger enemies will engage Israel but it will have degraded capacity due to loss of the upper class Jews and Western support so they’ll use the Samson option.
