You’re assuming foreign policy will change without Trump in office. Effectively Biden continued Trumps policies foreign policy wise indicating it’s the unified vision of the uniparty or deep state officials. Trump was arming Ukraine which Biden continued. Trump cracked down on China which Biden didn’t change. Trump backed out of the Iran deal and Biden didn’t try and remake it. It’s entirely possible a Democrat next in office will effectively do the same things, albeit slower and in a less abrasive and offensive way.
