  1. He said he came close to mahasamadhi and got spooked so he is taking a break from psychedelics. In one of his newer blogs he said he feels he is headed into a void of infinite love or something but for now wants to continue making videos and writing his book first to create breadcumbs for people to follow him.

  3. I think he has a very strong ego, he said in one blog video that he has difficulty stopping thought because he's fascinated by his constant insights. Probably he hasn't properly surrendered because he enjoys thinking too much. That is why I believe he likes psychedelics so much over long term practice, because while temporary they may force him to surrender.
  4. Read I hate you don't leave me by Jerold J. Kreisman and Hal Straus, and Stop Walking on Eggshells by Paul T Mason. If you aren't already you need to talk to a psychologist, if you were in a relationship with a BPD person it may be a sign you have an undiagnosed problem like being a fixer or having codependent narcissism.

  6. How is societies current transition between stages going? Is it not smooth enough, is it possible society will revert? How do you feel about claims that young people in western countries lack meaning in their lives? Do you feel foreign policy reflects understanding of stages, or do larger countries try to force smaller countries to skip stages?

  9. The power Big Tech is gaining is very worrisome. They have an absurd amount of control over what a large amount of the population sees every day. Now they are using their wealth to lobby the government. With enough lobbying and a divided opposition they could legitimately control the federal government eventually.
  10. Women desire a man who is more 'masculine' then them so that they can feel feminine. This means they usually want him to earn as much or more than them, be more outgoing, etc. But in the west women are more masculine in general, in fact single women even earn more than single men, so no matter how 'masculine' they get they want a man who is even more masculine than them, which becomes a smaller and smaller minority.
  11. A good beginner work on Islam is The Life and Times of Muhammad Paperback by John Glubb. It's not a religious conversion and he tries to weave together a wide variety of sources with different levels of trustworthyness. I've also heard good things about Muhammad: His Life Based on the Earliest Sources by Martin Lings but I wonder if it's biased since the author converted to islam. I wasn't a big fan of Leo's video, I overall agree with his points but I feel like he didn't research it that well. For example he brings up the 72 virgins thing, but from what I heard the source is extremely iffy and some claim it was a mistranslation of raisins, not virgins.
