  1. Leo did a business talk on this blog! Really useful! The crux is: 1. Find out your highest excitement! That will give you clues as to what passion is 2. Find ways to become the best in the world in it! But vido, there are soo many people, how will I be the best? Good question! that's point 3 3. Pick your niche. This helps you distinguish your crowd and collaborate with other people. 4. Try to earn 100$ first in the niche. This will be your test run and make the Minimum viable product. This will help you know which one pays and which doesn't. 5. Expand that to 1000$ then 10,000$ etc. Remember the scale is exponential so you will not see much for the first couple of years. Note: This process will take 10 years. But you will start seeing results in one year. Just giving you a realistic timeline so that you don't get discouraged. No get rich scheme sadly. Not yet except one technique. Message me and I'll show you how. Pay me 1000$ and I'll turn it to 10,000$! I promise you this is not a scam. (obviously joking)
  2. Is beliefs just thoughts? Or emotions or something completely different? I understand that it is a bias. But what is the quality of the bias. How do I find into its nature experientially?
  3. After watching the video, I clearly can see how I avoid the truth and how most of my problem is around this fact. I see sometimes I bottle emotions up to just to avoid truth. I am still trying to understand the "Why" aspect of avoiding the truth. What belief am I believing that is operating in the shadow that's programming me to avoid the truth? why is it so scary? Why is an assumption whose ring of truth fading away feel soo death-like? what is the underlying belief which fear operates by?
  4. I am not like fat fat. I'm like 76kg and my height is 5 7. After New year, I would probably be like 72. I have a major problem in avoiding truth when it comes to programming. Something about it just makes me go, I'll deal with it tomorrow. That's where I relate hard. I procrastinate by reading Leo's book list hoping to read something that just "hits" me and magically I no longer avoid the truth Realized after this episode that that's like mental gymnastics haha So I'm looking to heal this situation and translate the intuition to all parts of my life. I also have a deep longing for understanding the root of falsehood which I'm slowly processing today. Didn't expect ALL of minor falsehood to relate to something as huge as death
  5. Thanks for the detailed post! I appreciate the honesty and feels good to know everyone struggles with this to some extent. I was familiar with the concept of death and was processing stuff like getting hit by the car, etc. However, only today I connected the dot that my avoiding to look at my weight is due to a core fear of death which is why I prefer falsehood.
  6. Ohhh makes sense. Such a weird paradox. To stay alive, I need falsehood but to know the truth I need to let go of this falsehood. Huh.
  7. For me, it's mental masturbation! The content is soo good but is very advanced and the pace is honestly verrry fast in terms of self-growth. The series of self-deception is a good example. The series is old but still advanced and today's concepts are based on it. Luckily I have been watching Leo's videos for years without skipping a week which helps me keep things up to date which is a luxury that I feel people who recently joined actualized.org don't have. I feel to reach Leo's level, it's a full-time thing where one needs to at least spend up to 60hrs every week consuming books from the book list, contemplating, coming to the conclusion on your own so that this is part of direct experience which honestly takes a lot of time if you are like me who is doing this on the side. Your progress is going to be much slower than Leo's which is intimidating if you are new to the work. I don't feel I'll ever get to the same complete understanding as Leo, personally, I am interested in understanding Truth and Love which is a subsection of all actualized teachings To fully understand actualized teachings without making it a dogma, you have to read the books from the book list as well so that your perspective is open and not boxed in. I know people say just watching the videos is good enough but honestly, you need to consume the books as well to fully appreciate the work. This is essential because the information from the books is needed for you to derive the truth for yourself and make it a part of direct experience. That's a lot to ask from the audience which might be offputting to some. I personally love this work and have the luxury of time and headspace to think about this stuff which I feel not many people have. We are all stressed about relationships or jobs or business etc. Building off of the previous point, for me, actualized teaching is like a touchstone in this work. I go, explore all the ideas, read all the book, contemplate love, truth, etc, and when I come back to this work, the stuff he says makes soooo much more sense and is easier to see what he's pointing to. One needs to be open-minded and skeptical at the same time to watch the videos. You cannot blindly believe what he says but need to be open to the possibility that what you think is false and what he says is true at the same time. That's a tough ask from the audience's perspective and very not many people have that kind of viewpoint. Especially when you talk about something that's personal like religion and GOD. You need to go through the spirals (if you watched spiral dynamics). Just because you watch actualized, you can't skip levels. You can't go from orange to turquoise and need to go through the levels even if the pace of actualized is like he's doing a spiral dynamics speed run. That's mindfuck and might be disheartening for some. Could cause inner dissonance when you are lower lever but think you are higher level in consciousness because you watch actualized.org. You might develop a superiority complex as you might feel you know "more" than the average Joe spiritual guy You could feel lonely in the process since this is a solo journey. Honestly, the nature of the work itself is mind fuck and I feel actualized is just a victim to the brutality of the work. Positives: No matter what spiritual questions you have, Actualized.org has a good video on that subject in depth Makes you ask questions that you didn't even think were possible The style ties beautifully when you read self-growth and consume it. Most of the videos don't need an update to them. so the information doesn't lose value over time. This I feel is a peak inquiry into life itself, to the depth I think no one has ever gone to! So the understands are new and exciting and probably we are the first-gen to see it play out this way! Answers the questions without much mind game bullshit. Pretty straightforward!
  8. I have been contemplating this and trying to find an answer. Any replies are greatly appreciated. Leo mentioned there are bad things are feel good and good things that feel bad. I understand this. Expanding on this, there are assumptions that one makes that feel true even though they are not. Only looking back can you see that the thing you were doing is not the truth but the assumption. My question is: Why does this assumption that I make feel so true? Even though in my mind I know this is not true, it feels true. This feeling of truth, is that even the truth? How can something so wrong feel so right?
  9. Okay. If I tried to inquire about this phenomenon experientially, How do I make the distinction between the survival drive and Truth? Not conceptually, but if I became mindful of the experience itself, where do I go from there? How to contemplate this?
  10. @Leo Gura Are you telling me that I made an assumption about truth (truth being this survival drive) when I was little and its coming to bite me now? I understand that and for me a little bit of a mindfuck. However, the next question would be what is the quality of Truth or Love and is that different from survival feelings
  11. Apart from books from Leo's list, is there any other book you guys know which helps in understanding and manipulating energy? I feel stuff in my body and want to understand and master it. Any help will be highly appreciated
  12. Bashar is an alien channelled by a guy called Darryl The weird part is, he's been doing this since 1980? yet no one is familiar with him? I did consume a lot of his lectures and I personally find them super useful and kinda aligns with Leo's work very very much. There is a lecture where he literally explains time travel, how ufo work, etc, etc which is okay, I mean it did make sense to a certain extent and I am open to the possibility However, I really do not understand how no one kinda knows or gives a fuck about him. He's literally an alien giving self-help advice. I remember Leo saying if aliens come to earth, they wouldn't give us technology but rather teach us about love. Which is what Bashar is doing. I don't get it. https://www.bashar.org/
  13. The thumbnails are super amazing, especially for the 5 Meo MALT video. Who makes it?
  14. I usually have pretty vivid dreams, however, I was never lucid dreaming until today. I found a technique that would let me go lucid. I basically count my fingers and if I have 6 fingers on each hand, I realized that I was dreaming. Now the problem is this, I am lucid in a dream, I intuitively know all of this is my imagination since it is a dream but when I look at any object I can feel a sense of separation and objects being not a part of me. Even though this is my dream and everything is imaginary. How should I do to realize that everything is imaginary? More experiments are needed on what I can do in this
  15. I recently picked up the course in miracles (I'm not Christian myself) because after watching Leo's definition of God, it makes a ton of sense If you take the word Father, Christ, God, holy spirit and replace it with Leo's definition of God which is Truth, Love, etc The book is a beast! For some reason, the book makes WAAAYYYY more sense with Leo's definitions rather than the conventional definitions. If you guys watch Leo's video and are thinking to pick up the book, goo for it!
  16. @Girzo have you read the workbook?
