  1. The videos on love is so profound, that I ordered shrooms, time to watch that and feel my soul
  2. @Leo Gura True, I will respect it from now on. I was surprised how you motivate yourself to do these kinds of trips on a consistent basis. Crazy
  3. I did shrooms once before last year which was also 3 gms but I statred wit 1 gm annd then some hours later took 2gms once I knew the trip was going good
  4. I agree with this. It's interesting that he talks about ketamine and it's very similar to what leo says in his video
  5. Executing is not my forte. I'm currently doing my masters in AI and working on a proposal presentation for it. However, my best friend procrastination finds a way to seduce me. To overcome that, I feel I need to see beauty. So do I see beauty in the process of making the presentation or see the beauty in the vision that will ultimately this thing will ultimately serve?
  6. What's this?
  7. You might be right, reading that I can notice my body react. Damn, that's a long journey then... Thanks for the input. I will try to be as open and conscious as I can.
  8. I want to understand suffering and love. I want to understand Truth, but not to the extent of Absolute truth since I want my understanding to be accessible to most people. What I'm searching for is what are the consistent practices I can design for myself (that's fun) to follow my dreams without any fears or resistance. To design them, I want to understand what I'm working with (love, truth, suffering, etc) and why something works if I did design something I want to create a system that will help me and others to develop their own game to clear the stage orange in a more loving and less anxious motivation way. So every time I trip, I try to understand love mostly since I want to understand how to practice love and use love to design consistent practices to fulfill the stage orange phase of my life. What's stopping me, how fear is tricking me into not doing something, why love dissolves fear, how truth is love, etc.
  9. I did 3 grams of shrooms (took 1 gm and the after an hour took 2 gms) and I watched your guided mediations and your videos on love. I loved that experience, however, I found it hard to contemplate or self inquire in that state alone. What do you do exactly when you say contemplate? (I found it easier to contemplate on LSD than on shrooms)
  10. @Boddee tara springette books deal with how to deal with those symptoms. Check her out if it excites you
  11. Apart from practicing love towards others, it also taught me how to practice love towards my vision, towards my dreams, towards my fears and to finally REALIZE what I doing WRONG! I think the latest video is insane in its application and I have been using that understanding like, - Respecting the sovereignty of my fear! So rather than trying to make my fear into something pleasant, I instead respect it now! Fear arises, Oh please come and have some tea... - Understanding how to love my vision, give time and attention to it, see the beauty within it, etc. This one is something I read a lot of times, but it only now after like 8 years clicked for me as to why that works! and sooo much more... Insane. need to rewatch that many more times to fully integrate that into my life.
  12. Within every state of consciousness, you have relative truth that feels like absolute truth. The more we "increase"/change the state of consciousness to encompass the greater consciousness, the relative truth gets recalibrated to a more absolute version of the truth. A couple of questions, 1. If reality is infinite, then wouldn't All relative truth be synonymous with absolute truth? 2. If absolute truth exists, the only thing that makes that truth absolute is that the truth stays consistent as you increase or change the state of conciousness? 3. So if my current bubble of waking consciousness, I have some truth that feels true and some truth that feels false. I asked for many months why, and I realized why is basically asking what is the cause and effect also occur within the illusion of time. So then the real question is for me, Let's take a state of consciousness A and another state of consciousness B, if we do A-B, what exactly changes? Like literally, I have experienced LSD and shrooms, I know my consciousness changes, but what exact changes contribute to the change in consciousness?
  13. by truth that feels false is like the Ego, Ego not existing is actually the "truth" but feels false
  14. Hey guys, I have been experimenting with a kriya yoga technique that I modified for 2 years, and I share it in the video. I need help with how to use that state of consciousness in a more productive way. It takes you there super fast, it's super deep, let me know how it goes!
  15. @Tech36363 yea, thats the first piece of the puzzle I feel. Because you start out twith shamanic breathing, then do locks from kriya and an another variation of the lock that I show in the video and I swear, you like forget everything
  16. @Tech36363 @Vincent S Thank you guys. This is really powerful, really trippy and you can do it within minutes, I don't konw why more people are not trying it Let me know how it goes on for you and we can have a discussion on how to use that state of consciousness because I would need your insights on that as well to see how others experience that state
  17. I would disagree that JP is more useful than Leo. For me, Leo's work is about how to enable the developer mode in the game of life. JP's work is about playing the game that you are in, in a better way. If you went, I don't this game I've created, and I want to create a game that I like playing, then you would need to understand things like how to animate, game design, coding, etc. which is what Leo's work is like. If you are in a game and want to speedrun it and get the top score in that speedrun, then JP's work is the best. It's not like one is better than the other, it's more of what you want from life. I personally get immense value from Leo's work as it helps me understand systems, the assumptions people make, the assumptions I make, the way they believe those assumptions so sincerely, how to deconstruct that, etc. I like that since my passion is understanding suffering and creating a system to get overcome it and understanding why the method works.
  18. I'm still processing the lastest video. In that Leo said reality spontaneously spawns stuff. That's a bit odd for me now. I'm the kind of guy that keeps asking why, and I don't stop until I get an answer. But if reality spawns stuff, then when I ask why, what am I even doing? Does the concept of why depend on the concept of time and memory? Because if reality is just spawning stuff, then the idea of why itself will be redundant? But if the concept of why is redundant, how will I understand the mechanism of reality?
  19. Hello, Insightful video. I wanted to understand where the concept of vibration (higher, lower, etc) fits in this model? As in, what is that symbol pointing to exactly? Is it a synonym for state of consciousness or is it something different?
  20. Recently, Leo made a video on detoxing. In passing, he mentioned how dangerous lead was and how it literally removes any chances you have to awaken Veritasium made an amazing video on just this! Now imagine seafood and vegetables being contaminated by toxins! Dystopian
  21. I gotch I used this method and I not only quit smoking but also stopped binge eating. I was 86 kgs but now I'm 73 or something. So Here's what you do. The game is simple, to notice yourself going through the self-destruct mode rather than being the character who's going through self-destruct mode. How do you do this? Okay this is how I executed this I actually liked pizza a lot, but eating it always made me feel bad because I used to stuff it down my throat like farmers feed corn to ducks to make the fancy liver thing. THE TRICK: Over indulge, so when I have a craving, I order a big pizza, I eat. I keep eating. My stomach would feel full, BUT THEN you contunue to eat. Throughout this process, notice the sensations in your body, notice the taste, notice the pain, notice the pleasure, notice your ego becoming the living manifestation of gluttony. Notice everything repulsive about it but don't judge yourself. Just notice. You will automatically let go once you realise that the craving that you had, does not get full filled with the indulgence of pizza. I did the same with cig. I usually buy a pack, pleasurable is 2 cig, but then I over indulge, I would feel like puking, I would still smoke, noticing the taste, noticing how it didn't give me the high anymore, noticing how disgusting it was. After a couple of time, you will know first hand that this doesn't serve you This is the goal. Making your ego realise that this thing that you are doing, doesn't serve you anymore. The way to do that is to notice the aspects of it that doesn't serve you. I'm in a hurry so I'm not making this edit pretty, but if you were confused in any part of the process, let me know
  22. Yoo I had and have a lot of acne too. So if you face is oily, put a towel on top of your pillow and wash it atleast once a week. If you don't wash it, you will get acne again Remove sugar, dairy, fast food (or any processed food) Eat shit that is made by nature not my machine, like bread bad, rice good Don't jerk off to much, minimize to once a week or once every 2 weeks. Don't jump to Accutane now, try benzoyl peroxide 5% and then if it's not too strong enough, then 10%. If you go to a doc, he will give you antibodies + this mostly I don't feel comfy sharing my before after pic here, but if you are curious to see, DM me and would love to share Gotta change the way you value people, if you give people value because they look good, when you look in the mirror, you are fucked. You're self esteem will drop below rock bottom. You can start value people by their values, or character, or their willingness to grow, etc. If you get stressed, you're fucked. Acne will pop out + you will lose hair.. What diet do I follow? The diet that you can stick too. This is a loving process, takes some time to eliminate the addition. Junk food is designed to make youre brain over eat. Beautiful video, watch this. Very inline to our line of work as well https://youtu.be/548FCRTVBys
