Walking meditation helps me when I get too restless from sitting. Like said above feeling uncomfortable is a sign it's working. Self inquiry is about ripping yourself apart, it's not about finding peace. The peace part happens as a byproduct much later on.

Songs go as deep as the consciousness of the person writing it has. Its much easier to create customers or consumers when you write music, make movies, create news that puts them in states of fear and envy

I would not do 5meo near water personally too but I also would not climb up a mountain, skydive, ride a motorcycle but people are free to do whatever they want as long as they are not harming another person. People shoot themselves literal rockets that can explode in the name of discovery. I would never do that unless someone can guarantee me that I would meet a spiritually evolved alien. They have the right of free speech but I don't think they should be judging Leo, in fact, the amount of judgment in general in our society is way too high

Its a good question. Yes, conspiracy theories are fear-based, even if they are true. The notion of a separate self is an illusion. This breakdown to conspiracy theory as a fight against yourself. We consistently self conspire against ourselves.

@Surfingthewave I have had deep awareness moments where I have gone to the point of feeling if I took 2-4 more steps I would not come back. If you also go super deep you witness the destruction of the universe, the "god of destruction," Shiva is a real thing. I don't mean the God Shiva as a spirit but what you will experience when you want to go deeper. The feel-good fluffy stuff is easy to be with but when you want to go ultra conscious, you have to go dark. There could be another way but I don't know of a way or anyone that has done it without discomfort. Leo is going to be fine but it's great to have a post like this to show your concern. I would be deeply saddened too if Leo were to be gone. There will be an end-boss or bosses that Leo will share with everyone when he goes even deeper.

It's from both illusion and perception of lack.

He's probably one of the more well-rounded teachers. Since hes such a good story-teller people love to listen to him. From time to time, I listen to him from videos I have seen before and seem to get more out of it. At the very least you can learn how to tell stories listening to him. Adyashanti is my favorite teacher as far as the topic of awakening goes. I would say Sadhguru is more advanced that Eckhart

There hasn't been anyone of that stature that you describe. Not Jesus, Buddha, Leo, Sadhguru or anyone. There have been many that have been close but to become everything is a TALL TALL order. There are hundreds to thousands of people that have had an experience(s) of everything but to become is a whole different Arena.

I don't recommend taking any substance during pregnancy. You have no idea how the biochemistry of your body reacts to the substance. There are certain parts of pregnancy where your body mixes the perfect balance of hormones to develop your child's brain, organs and so forth. Most of the childs development happens in reflection on who you are inside and how you carry yourself through life. They will see everything. Read books, meditate, listen to conscious music, do shadow work. All of those things will reward your child more than any psychedelic can at this point.

Leo seems to be more of a 5meo person and the body makes it naturally so there isn't much of a price to pay physiologically since the body knows how to break it down fairly easily.

There is Christ consciousness and Buddha consciousness that transcends time and space. You can tap into the selfless love and wisdom that they embodied. There aren't any books that will help you. You have to look inside and love the devil inside you ultimately. They are you after all.

@WHO IS You are misunderstanding. You still should meditate and listen to insights from teachers on occassion. I have been meditating for 20 years and I have been finding it easier after so many years of meditation to access insights that improve my life and others. To me reaching higher states of consciousness or having mystical experiences which I have had means very little if I cant translate it into my personal life. There is no one way or best way to do the work. You have to create your own path and be willing to struggle along the way. With online resources and countries and cities all over the world that offer resources/seminars/retreats, there is no longer any excuse not to actualize other than fear and laziness. The famous saying, "Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water." This is very profound, on a deeper level it means you can also reach awakening by doing mundane things like chop wood or carry water.

I have had direct experience with Sadhguru. He's not as awake as he personifies but at the same time he's never said it out loud or claimed he is the most enlightened master. There are different levels and awakeness or enlightenment, hes definately on the spectrum but I cant say that hes "fully" awaken

Not true, if you break past that then you will marvel in your creation and "ordinary life" will be profound

Vulnerability is LOVE along with everything else. The world can't handle vulnerability because the general consensus is that nature is against us, along with TIME and everything else. This virus wants to integrate with humanity and elevate us yet the ego is too stupid to realize it.

Wim Hof is a badass mofo. Even after showing evidence to scientists and showing that his students can do what he teaches there are still people that come up with excuses. He's the real deal.

The only thing Leo has wrong is when he mentions not many people awaken at his level. There could be many people out there that have awaken to those levels hes mentioned but are not in the public eye. They choose to be silent.... there are video's of Sadhguru mentioning that and he even acknowledges passively that they can be more awaken than him. There is a pitfall if he really believes he's the most awaken which he hasnt necessarily claimed so far.

Just saw your video Leo like to wish you Godspeed, multiple healings, and look forward to your insights on your journey. It's good to see your vulnerable side and reveal your struggles with your thyroid. The community should "actualize" and send you warm embraces rather than try to take you down or someone else down.
