  1. It’s a relatively high perspective, but he’s not free from agenda. The entire point of being a politician is to represent people’s agendas.
  2. He is making a point in favor of his globalist, liberal agenda.
  3. Undoubtedly some of that is true. I think you may be selling this community a bit short though. My position is that Leo’s work is exceptional, and as such he does attract some exceptional people. I won’t drop usernames but I’ve conversed with many of them of the years. If you legitimately put the work in, you may even be able to surpass Wilber himself in terms of understanding.
  4. Nothing says escaping group-think like subscribing to the conservative echo chamber.
  5. Tony Robbins does like every biohack, just read his book Lifeforce. Anything he talks about related to health and wellness really needs to be questioned. He is not properly vetting this stuff at all from a public health POV. You could easily waste a ton of money or worse.
  6. No, of course not. They are secular materialists deeply bought into their progressive, liberal political ideology. Any introduction of Wilber will either be dismissed or twisted to be assimilated into their Green worldview. Neither of those involve actually understanding Wilber. Just like Bill. It's not impossible they could get there eventually, but it would take a lot. Okay, but then I'm not sure why you're confused about my position on Bill Clinton. Bill is talking about something he doesn't really understand. That's been exactly my whole point.
  7. I don't know who that is or what their position is. I only know Sam and Emma. I think Bill is likely using Wilber to reinforce his liberal, Green worldview. He paints Wilber's work as being about "overcoming differences". This is watered down to the max. I think he does not understand that the whole point of Wilber's work is to lead you to God. Or even what that means. No. People have very different levels of consciousness / development. And their thinking can vary by orders of magnitude. One of the powerful things about Integral Theory is to see this. You see some of the spectrum of thinking that is available, which prevents excessive homogenization. It's certainly possible to develop a kind of self-development arrogance. But it's not correct to then make the move to assuming everyone's thinking is essentially the same. I would separate this.
  8. Meditation was never BS. It just has limits as a tool, and many people want to perpetually deny those limits because they believe in it so much.
  9. @Daniel Balan great work! Studying the spiral in depth is absolutely crucial.
  10. Your best option is to consistently read my posts over time. Then come to your own conclusion. Are you being deliberately dense? You know this work is about far more than reading. "Integral daily activities" would essentially be all the development work we talk about here. I'm not interested in discussing my occupation at this time. Maybe eventually. Occupation is certainly not the full picture and could be misleading. But also, different occupations require different levels of consciousness and development. So occupation is a factor to consider. Why does any spiritual teacher have people who worship them but can't understand them? I don't know for sure what's the deal with Bill. But given that speech he made in the video, it certainly seems like his understanding of Wilber is pretty superficial. You could argue he's playing 4D Integral chess and watering down his understanding to make it more palatable for the crowd. But I think the more likely case is he's just an average politician. What you see is what you get. I'm open to changing my mind about this.
  11. I have a good understanding of the more essential bits, yes.
  12. Talking about solipsism with others is so bizarre and mindfuck inducing. More like telling yourself that you’re a projection of your own mind
  13. More Thich Nhat Hanh goodness: High: non-dual awareness, non-attachment
  14. Doesn't mean much. I doubt Clinton really understood Wilber. It mostly seems like he just used it to reinforce his liberal POV.
  15. High: expanded sense of self, non-violence, emphasis on direct experience Go touch grass.
  16. Low: ego-centric view of God
  17. Even if you don't agree with trans issues, you have to admit to the epistemic pervertry here. Just shameless misrepresentation of facts:
