Indeed. Its the tribalistic nature of people in play, along with unconsciousness. People getting caught up in ideologies, unable to think independantly. By this point its getting silly tho. People seem to be completely unable to to take a step back and see themselves from an outside perspective. Seeing this phenomenon in humanity at large is no surprise, but it being this present even on a spiritual forum like this? Hmm, its worrying.

No. Ive had so many vivid dreams now telling me not to follow the herd on this one. Also I find no reason to trust bigpharma/bigtech companies that push this rushed out vaccines. Russel Brand made some good points about this in his latest video: Trust god, trust yourself, trust nature. Dont trust huge profitdriven companies (collective egos that operate from the materialistic-paradigm) that have over and over again proven that they are not to be trusted. This is not about selfishness vs altruism. These companies are the complete opposite of altruistic. In a way, isnt it more selfish and humanity-focused to want everyone to get vaccinated and survive? (If the vaccines indeed make this happen). All other lifeforms on this planet would surely benefit more if our population was reduced from a virus. Since when is death such a big scare for supposidly spiritual people? Not saying I feel this way but its another perspective. Also the people politicising this issue, making it tribal, are fools in my opinion. Im not some conservative moron subscribing to right wing ideology. Actually I find it quite funny and counter-intuitive that the modern left seems to suddenly blindly trust huge capitalistic companies, and associate distrust of these with being right wing "anti-vaxxers" and conspiracy theorists... Truly upside down times we live in, peak of Kali Yuga. But Im not telling anyone not to take it. Trust your intuition.

You should! Would be a good way to spread your ideas and your channel and would also be interesting to see your discussion with a science-minded person like him (with a science-based audience who need their minds opened more to this). Would be a better/more interesting interview for this topic than lets say Joe Rogan. There have been some guests there who touch on the subject but they either get it abit wrong or dont go deep enough.

Sometimes its necessary to state the obvious in order to get things going. I know this isnt some original idea Leo hasnt thought of, but still why not put it out there some more? -

Yes but many people dont even know of the possibility to do so. If they did they would want it. -

Its true it will be pointless with many of the people. But definitly not everyone. There are many who just havent been exposed to this kind of information and therefore are clueless because of that. I know of several people who used to be very stage orange-minded but got their minds changed and are now open to spirituality (myself included until I had some spontaneous astral projections and spiritual experiences as a teen) . Just hearing these teachings will atleast put the possibility in the back of their minds even if they at first dont get it. Then maybe later in their lifes they try some psychedelics or something that expands their consciousness and with this background knowledge it could help them "make sense" of it and in time help them wake up. Its painful to watch these supposed "brilliant" people like Eric Weinstein etc sit and endlessly discuss/debate things unsolvable from their materialistic/old paradigm perspective. The people of the world need exposure to these deeper thruths in order to faster expand our collective consciousness. Stage orange-ish people wont ever even give a second to listen to gurus who talk in riddles (Sadguru as an example) but Leos way of explaining could reach a few of them Im sure. -

Thats often exactly what needs to happen to stir up some needed change. -
BlackPhil replied to BlackPhil's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
Well, I havent watched that much from him but from what Ive seen he takes in all kinds of people, from comedians to philosophers to psychedelic scientists etc. And Ive also noticed they bring up consciousness alot and he seems very interested in what it is (probably because hes into AI and has the delusion consciousness is something we can create with science/nanotech). There have been a few people mentioning non-duality and spirituality aswell. But they dont go deep like I said. Maybe he just doesnt know much about what youre teaching in your videos and therefore dont have the "wisdom" to ask you to come. If people put some pressure perhaps he would do the interview. And yes I know much of his audience probably isnt very open-minded to this kind of stuff, but thats the exact reason it needs to reach them more than any. The way you explain this stuff is more scientific and rational than most other gurus and spiritual teachers and has a bigger chance of opening the minds of stage orange people etc. These teachings need to reach a broader audience, not only the people who already know about it and practice spirutuality themselves. -

There is no proper and easy solution. Balance is the answer but thats hard to define. I just know for a fact that both sides tend to get too biased and tribalistic when it comes down to it, and I find it abit sad to see the political narrowmindness grow strong even on a supposedly counscious forum like this. I wish either side, Biden or Trump, would show a reflection of spiritual consciousness but as I see it now both sides are very unconscious. Atleast Trump isnt hiding his faultiness, and in a way I prefer that. With Biden and the democrats I get a very bad gut feeling of how they are hiding very dirty intentions while portraing the opposite to the public. I dont like how they seem to be greedy, egocentric people with a hidden agenda while simultaneously showing the opposite. It feels like they are using the good intentions of green-stage people to further their own agenda and power. People like that are the living dream to opportunistic states such as China. -
BlackPhil replied to PlasmicProjection's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
First of all the Bidens are far from the conscious stage greenish people they portray themselves as outwards, to think that makes people look incredibly naive. Tbh their family seems to resemble the Lannisters from GoT more than anything, looking at the recent leaks. Secondly, even if they were the more conscious alternative it doesnt mean that the US and the west are ready for leaders like that at this time of our development. You really think less consciously developed countries like China, Russia or Iran, with their rising dictatorships, will just play along with the kumbaya stuff if the west goes there too quick? No they will start dominating the west and risk to instead make us fall down the spirals rather than up. The world is not that black and white and you cant just apply spiral dynamics and always expect that the "higher" stage is better for any given situation. The map is not the territory. Edit: Im not a Trump fan either but seeing peoples onesidedness and tribalism with this makes my head hurt. -
True. Censoring them is turning them into martyrs for free though, without them even needing the suicide vests.
-
Censoring the other political side is just like repressing your own shadow, will only make it fester and grow bigger. Indeed the most extreme stuff shouldnt be on places like facebook. But in general it should be faced head on and debated. The cancel/censoring tactic the left is pushing now is countraproductive.
-
Thing is this censoring/cancel tactic isnt working, its stupid. As soon as the left or any tech company censors any rightwinger/group the pro right media and people will make this big headlines. Then the fact that people are hearing that the trump-side are getting censored by bigtech will make them support that side way more than any propaganda qanon or any other group could push.
-
The left very much have themselves to blame for Trump being this popular. I mean how stupid can you get? By calling everyone who disagrees with you a nazi/white supremacist, censoring right wingers, rioting, blaming all cops or all white people for the actions of one guy, making up easily dubunkable lies and overstatements by Trump in MSM and overall acting like a bunch of irrational, unconscious degenerates you are just making people sympathize with Trump more! No way this many "normal" people would support Trump if it wasnt for the behaviour of the leftist and MSM lies. I know many people who use to be trumphating democrats, hippies pretty much, who are now voting Trump just because of the leftists stupidity. Im not a fan of Trump myself so this is painful to watch... sometimes it even feels like the left and MSM wants Trump to win using some reverse psychology, if not the stupidity is just on another level...

So Im wondering what the nondual perspective on astral projection is? I myself am a nondualist, I agree that the source/god/infinity is one conciousness, but from what I can tell from Leo, and also people like Martin Ball, is the idea that the illusion of the self/separation only goes as deep as this physical body? And that, for instance, when we die we immedietly go nondual. But why do we in this case "have" an astral body? First time I experienced an astral projection was before I even had a clue what it was. Back then I was a young agnostic/sceptic who was only trying to provoke lucid dreaming by basically doing a form of meditation in my bed. After a while I got intense vibrations in my whole body before my astral body separated, limb by limb, and went hovering above my bed (in the astral plane). After that experience I started studying what it was and have since then experienced it many times (was some time ago now, seems I cant do it as easily nowdays for some reason). I mean judging from this I must assume that the illusion of the self/ego/perspective goes way "deeper" that this physical body. Also there are many people who claim there are further planes that you can visit "above" the astral one (like so called mental planes etc) all the way til the source/god. I personally never went this far but my experiences with just astral one (where Ive met entities and seen incredible stuff) has been very intense and convincing, so I would like to hear Leos thoughts on whats going on here. I can add that this always happened without any form of drugs. I have since then experimented with many psychedelics from lsd to ayahuasca/dmt (not 5 meo yet) and sure it can be amazing and insightful but it still feels very different from an actual astral projection (including dmt-breakthrough). To me it seems like the illusion of this reality has different planes, where this physical one is the final one with the most dense vibration of energy/consciousness so to speak. And that all forms that exist in this illusion also has "images" on the other planes before the final manifistation here. I know that in reality its actually nothing but it seems like the illusion has many layers to it.

Everything is heaven/divine/god just from the simple fact that it actually is something instead of nothing. Doesnt mean there arent realms that can be hellish for the egos/perspectives way beyond this place (Ive visited some myself when astral travelling). -
BlackPhil replied to BlackPhil's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes. I mean sure we are gods imagination, but what says god didnt already imagine that these forms/egos we call humans remain separated and just change into another dream/dimension after physical death (maybe stuff like karma might come into play here determining where we go)? -
BlackPhil replied to BlackPhil's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Mm sure its rare but every human has the ability to learn the practice. Seems like a few people (like myself) just have an easier time doing it naturally, for unknown reasons. This stuff has been practiced and recorded by human beings for as long as history goes, and every healthy humanbeing can learn it, some easier than others. What Im wondering is why the forms of this "reality" seems to have different layers/planes to it. And why we as egos can experience this if we only exist as either the illusion of physical form or the absolute/god. -
BlackPhil replied to BlackPhil's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Could say that in a sense yes, in another sense no. But still that doesnt explain much either. This physical plane is in a way also a dream (that you can become lucid in). The question is why the ego seems to have access to all these different planes of dreams (and seems to have a "body/vehicle" for each of them), if the illusion of separation between the ego and the absolute doesnt go way deeper than many nondualists seem to grasp. -
BlackPhil replied to BlackPhil's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well actually when it happened most frequently was back like 10 years ago when I was in my late teens. Back then I didnt really do much spiritual practices, I only smoked weed and did some casual meditation now and then. I would say my consciousness is alot "higher" nowdays but I still have a harder time performing astral projection at will. Nowdays it happens randomly now and then, usually when Im newly awake in the morning. Always starts with intense (nowdays almost painful) vibrations mostly in my spine/skull. And Im fully aware of the experience, its like a lucid dream but much more real and "conscious plus the fact that you are fully aware of the actual separation from your physical form, and its all but an instant shift of consciousness (like dmt-breakthrough is), instead its slow and goes limb by limb pretty much. I get the feeling that many nondualists may neglect the possibilities of many layers to this specific game/art of forms we're in. And instead only jumps directly from this here to the absolute. Source is one and everything, this is not new stuff. But that doesnt mean there cant be illusions of more stuff between this illusion and source/god/nonduality. -

Look. I know its one consciousness playing a game with itself including all possibilities at once (within an infinite amountof bubbles of "realities/possiblities"), using forms and different shapes to make some sort of art, and with the tools/forms we call egos/humas/animals/perspectives observe the whole thing. Its all mindstuff, you dont need to tell me what the absolute is, because I know all you can tell me about it. Also put down the ego bs, yes you are god at the core but dont engulf your ego with the whole glory. What Im wondering is the take on why this sort of things, that we can try to put into words, as separation from the "physical form/astral projection",aswell as planes of "existance", seem to exist/appear for so many perspecitves (forms/egos/humans) in this specific dream/illusion. -
BlackPhil replied to BlackPhil's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes Ive been both trying to explore it myself and listened to people with much experience. But since Leo and people like Martin Ball claims that the ego just consists of this physical body/mind I would like to here their take on this stuff. Does Leo have any personal experience with astral projection etc? (Typing from phone) -
BlackPhil replied to BlackPhil's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well Im not really looking for rationalist-scientists attempts to explain and rationalise the irrational, you dont get very far by listening to them. Im not really that interested in exactly what happens in the brain during these experiences, but the metaphysical stuff. These scientists claiming its an hallucination, not even yet grasping that everything including this physical reality is one. I cant really take modern scientists seriously when it comes to spirutual/meta- questions. And I know its just one thing when we bring it down fully, but planes would be a way to put words to something thats going on here.
