  20. we can be all spiritual and still have different ideas about different stuff. it's not important, if you see a few guys who are redpillers or pickup artists here on forum, what is most important is lowering down ur sensitivity towards some type of people with specific mentality.

I should say we're changing over time and that applies to everyone of us. our emotions, thoughts, point of view and so many things change over time. so not surprising when you catch somebody contradicting his former words coz life is impermanence!
  24. just don't shock your system by doing so much of it, it can turn into dangerous thing. do it gradually and increment it to expend your comfort range in a mindful way.
