@dimitri In my opinion, it doesn't have to be a completely new thought every time. The main thing is that it's necessary that the feeling you have with these thoughts are uplifting and you believe it yourself. Really believe it, like you feel it to be true. This exercise goes beyond thinking, but you knew that already For me it works well with my list I made before doing the exercise. Curious about your thoughts after this exercise!

@winterknight I think it's also important to raise your frequency/vibration (cfr. my post on A Simple Way to Raise Your Frequency and Vibration) "When you enter a higher frequency domain, instantly you have access to more inspiring thoughts, to more exciting ideas, more exciting visualisations, more exciting suggestions as to what action to take right now. From that space, you are freed up. You are more self-realised. Suddenly, you can allow everything to just be an appearance of Awareness within the Higher Self, within the Bigger Self, within the Bigger Consciousness - just coming and going, coming and going. Now it doesn't affect you as much. You feel freer again, and feeling freer is another paradigm, another frequency domain. You start feeling inspired. Now you have the state of enlightenment, of true allowance, of true peacefulness with these emotional states. You have allowed yourself to not identify with them, and instead you have seen them als Love-Light expressions of God, of Source, of All That There Is. And you have the capacity to let them go. You allow yourself to expand." //source -

@Natasha Interesting Thanks for sharing, I'm exploring Tantra and this site I didn't find yet.

Thanks Pluto! A little remark here; There's a difference between these thoughts (I'm using in my list of examples) and affirmations. The video of Bentinho Massaro elaborates on this. Good idea though to use a mirror, I give this a try as well. I wrote some examples down because I find it hard to come up with new ones (we need 120 to do this exercise). So because of the list I have more space to contemplate 50 seconds after the 10 sec zooming in on the thought. Very powerful

@Leo Gura Thank you!

Let's talk about how sense organs do not exists. Great way to start a video Can anyone elaborate on what Leo says at the end of the video (24:00- 25:00): You have acces to reality right now. When you excavate all conceptual layers of the mind, and the mind is not interrupting the present moment anymore this becomes threatening because it undoes survival. The part about survival is difficult to grasp for me at this moment. (Video on Sense Organs Are Imaginary - Blog > Video > June 27, 2019 > https://www.actualized.org/insights)

@universe Thanks! I will explore further the book/video you mentioned! I'll let you know if I find something I'm also exploring tantra, curious if this can deepen relationships. Now I'm also asking myself the question : What is the essence? Why do we want to deepen our relationships? What vibration are we searching for? hmm Is it that simple TO BE the vibration what a deep relationship represent? The vibration we want to find in the other we have to create by ourselves? "How can you be a seeker when you can create it yourself" "There is no existing other" "I am consciousness. There is no out there experience, everything is now, all meet in consciousness"

Hi @Viking thank you for speaking your mind so directly and freely. It makes thing clear and I don't mind at all, I hope you don't mind I answer in the same way? I think you can have a lot of deep connections with different persons, if the time you spent is really quality time. I know couples that are living together and spending a lot of time together but rarely quality time. I decided not taking kids (there are already enough ). When I'm at my niece and nephew after 2 hours I enjoyed the time (I'm good with kids) but I'm also really glad I can go. I see a lot of people in survival mode with children because "that's the way to go" having kids, so they take kids. Or after there relationship is getting difficult or when they are feeling an empty space. "the next thing after after the plant - turtle - cat - dog - ... " but they haven't put thought in it what a responsibility it is. We created this thing in society that it's 'the way' of having kids. But maybe it's time for a new way, so it's ok making the choice not having kids, and being ok. I see in the reaction of people that it's not 'normal' not wanting kids. Of course there are also people that are having kids that made a responsible decision, put some thought on it and both have this desire I don't blame you for your reaction. I think a few years ago I would have thought the same way about someone. In my opinion I'm not bitter and unfulfilled with life. I never felt so much love and never saw reality so clear. Unconditional love where we are all the creator. Sometimes it's like I feel the entire universe inside of me. Everything connected. I'm grateful to be alive. I can say I'm really happy. In my environment I see how the traditional relationships aren't working. I know a lot of guys (who have kids) wanting a steady place and a really big play yard next to it. (I mean having sex relationships next to there marriage) I don't see how sharing your love (that I have in abundance) is toxic. I think it's a good thing. (if you want to talk duality ) Of course it hurts but I'm ok with the ending of my previous relationships. (5 and 6 years) I think not all relationships are ment to last longtime. What do you need to learn from this relationship it, is more the question I guess "spiritual minded women", I wouldn't call me like that because spirituality is more a concept created to break another concept. I still feel I'm human even though I decided not having children. I have a really small ego so putting I'm above human is not the case But again you don't know me so it normal that you make this assumption.

After a few thoughts you really get the hang of it, you can deepen the thinking on the thoughts. It's like everything comes together. Afterwards you are aware of your thoughts. When you have a negative thought you can say "erase" or "delete" and put a positive thought Normally I would meet up with someone this evening but haven't heart from him, which is strange. .. maybe something is changing already?

To have a relationship with me, where I'm open to have relationships with different men When you are in a (serial) monogamy relationship there are always challenges You're not that free when you are in a monogamous relationship even if you give each other space. It just doesn't feel like I wanna try this kind of relationship anymore. I never took psychedelics.
-
After having the insight into a transcendental truth or reality. (watch Leo his videos on enlightenment) I don't feel the need of being joined for life (or until divorce) with one or more persons (like in (serial) monogamy or poly). I feel I want to connect on a deeper level than friends with benefits where I'm still free to meet different people. My question: Does anyone know video's/reading material on having deeper relationships after enlightenment? - Where to find people who are open for this - Guidelines about the challenges and how to deal with them Would like to hear your opinion.

Hi @winterknight What is your opinion about The Vimalakirti Nirdesha Sutra? (You can download the book here > http://read.84000.co/translation/toh176.html) "The Vimalakirti Nirdesha Sutra is one of the most important sutras of Mahayana Buddhism. This collection of texts from the teachings of the Buddha has been of great importance for the development of Zen Buddhism. The Sutra tells the story of Vimalakirti, a lay follower of Buddha, who goes in the midst of worldly and daily worries the path of the bodhisattva The bodhisattva renounces enlightenment to help all beings on their path to enlightenment Vimalakirti teaches his students the depth of the teachings of Buddha (the Dharma). However, it always turns out that the students are right next to the core of the doctrine, and Vimalakirti always reveals to them precisely that core: the emptiness, in which the contradictions (non-duality) are eliminated. Although reading is not easy, this sutra is a valuable help for those who want to study the sources of zen. " -

@winterknight I would like to meet people who are on the path to enlightenment physically. (not virtually) Even though I know the human condition reaches beyond this physical existence, it would be nice to surround me with people that share the same path Now the people/friends around me are not aware and keep talking about there problems in the limited belief system... there just too far off to talk about the path to enlightenment and also not open to it ... (difficult to explain, I hope you understand) So the question is. Are there physical communities you know of? -

@winterknight Something shifted. No thoughts, omnipresence, ... like to discover more and explore further. Are there any communities where to connect to? Thank you for giving direction. 'Ella' Belgium
