@Nahm good advice. Thank you

@Spiral_Wizardry_Fan a country which fire a rocket to its citizens in an air plane is far from being nationalistic. We wish they were a little. I was talking to my mother yesterday and I said I feel like being an orphan in the world. It's like we belong to no country and no government will protect us if something happens. All they care, all they want, all they do and all they act upon is Islam which they follow no rules of it! They are so hypocrite and lying.

@electroBeam he did die for truth no for idiot's politic. I sacrifice my life for politic then it is possible even a more cruel politician come with power.
-
@Hatfort our government closed internet availability all over the country for a week in the last protest which was two month ago. I see it coming again.

@fridjonk @crab12 I know they are infinite love now. I don't think I am mourning for them. I think I am mourning because I see their life as my life here. I am mourning for us who left to see what is happening and what may happen.

@Annoynymous I don't think I want to sacrifice me and my family life to fight for good since it is a dualistic perspective. I am actually planning to leave.

@Annoynymous @jimwell we can talk for days about Iran political situations and it can be investigated from hundreds of perspectives. I am ok with all of them. We are grown in this situation and we see many problems everyday that European and American cannot even stand one of them. Many people loose their senses and become angry and violent under these pressures. Many people go with flow and become government friends and very very few people like me tolerate all of these by consciously working on themselves. I see how people get killed, tortured, bullied, and wronged everyday. I see how people are under unbelievable pressures everyday. I can handle them. I am emotionally mature and I have worked on myself for years now. It's not over and Iran's problem is not going to solve for years. Still a long way to go and I am ok with this. But nothing like this airplane crush ever broke me so hard. It's mostly because of the kind of people who were in the plane. They were people like me. We, as teenagers, had never fun as u do. You have many opportunities to relax and meet your needs. We have always suppressed our basic needs because they were either taboo or illegal. Then as young people all we did was studying and hoping for a better future. Me and my sister and many of our friends hoping we could leave the country by study visa. We are going through a hard process to apply and accepted in a foreign university. Some people in the plane were those who have gone through alot. They were just accepted at Canada universities and they were leaving this shit country for a better future. They were academic. At the edge of fulfilling their dreams, they were killed by a mistakenly fired rocket. And the people responsible for such a tragedy are acting like it didn't happen. I see those young people as me, my sister and many adults like us. I know time heal this pain but right now I just can't find a way to stop crying .

@Harikrishnan the more fucked up the Middle East, the more it is easier for America to take advantage.

@jimwell https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/world/2020/jan/11/iran-admits-shooting-down-ukrainian-airliner-unintentionally I only wear Hijab outdoor where they can arrest me. I don't follow any particular religion

@Parththakkar12 Iran sacrificed one of his powerful military man. He was (as here say) the second important man in the country. He was living in Iraq and attacked American many many times.
-
As you grow you will see it doesn't matter if everyone belittle you or try to attack you by any means. You won't notice it anymore. You should focus on yourself more than on how others behave. Keep doing personal development.
-
Observe, understand and love them. They are people who have not been provided with the path to grow. And if they were, they are not capable to grow. So don't try to go to war with them. Just understand their situation and love them.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Before getting this serious in personal development, I was so out going, enjoyed spending time with friends and many other activities. But now I prefer being alone, reading book and be away from other people. I don't see my both phases as being negative or positive, but I am enjoying this phase as I enjoyed the other one. Don't you enjoy being introvert as you say?

So recently I changed my diet and looking for new food to cook, new things to add to my diet and new drinks. One particular drink that I make almost everyday for three weeks now is this: A mixture of celery, beetroot, carrots and lemon. I juice them all and make a big bottle. The taste is great and the color is lovely
-
@Nivsch I can do that. But I wanna change it. I don't want that fantacy.

@DrewNows It was a nice order to explain food history.

@Nickyy as you said I need some basic knowledge about food. I am reading some books. But at the mean time I also like to cook some healthy food. Can you introduce me a book or YouTube channel that is for staters?

I am really into herbal tea and borage flower tea works like sleeping pill for me. It's purple but when you pure some lemon in it, it turns pink I love it
-
Yes of course.

You need to eat the dinner soon. There was not even once I could sleep well when I had dinner just before bed. Recently I drink borage flower tea before sleep. It is really great for insomnia.
