Hey everybody... It's a while that I'm trying new thing for changing my diet. I find one thing to be particularly useful and to share it with you in case you wanna try. So it's about two months I drink a glass of warm water with three or four spoon apple vinegar almost every morning before breakfast. Sometimes I add a spoon of honey too. I see some changes that I think it may be related. I had sputum in my throat for a long time. And I had sensitive sinuses and I was really intolerant to cold... All are solved... I would be happy to hear if you think these are related to apple vinegar and also you had such experience or not

@Vladz0r mine is somehow similar but I can't stick to the plan everyday

@LfcCharlie4 at first it was two tb spoon for a glass because I didn't like the taste. But now it's about 5 tb spoon or more for each day

@LfcCharlie4 ya two table spoon is said to be enough for a glass of water. And I think it's the best to drink it the first thing in the morning

When u get really really advance in a subject, it's seems unnecessary to argue with people on basics. With all these available resources you probably expect them to be in some level of development first. I think it's logical that Leo prefer to invest his energy on people who at least understand the basics.

@SickLuv hey... It's getting worse everyday. It's very epidemic and we don't have enough supplements as gloves or masks... I have literally none. We try to stay at home but I don't see the point since my dad goes to work and if he be infected we all will be too. The TV shows everything is under control and it's like nothing is happening but its really becoming a disaster. All schools and universities are off for a month. I'm not scared because I know we will be infected soon I just hope we don't die because of it
