  1. You can think like this about almost everything around us. If you look for a minimalist life that's nice. But if you are just talking about washing machines it's odd!
  2. So true
  3. True... but also knowing ALOT can increase creativity!
  4. How should one keep calm in such situations?? Recently I have experienced being in an odd state. It's like something is being pulled up and down in my body. It happens when I'm not completely conscious, like before sleeping. I really wish I could keep calm and stop analyzing it to see where it leads me. But I can't let go of myself!
  5. It's not like that...its like when I am with people, even close friends and few in number, I prefer to to be quiet and sit in a corner out of attention. It's just a preference. At the same time I can be very socialized. It's not a big deal. I was just saying such preference exist.
  6. @bejapuskas my focus was not on terminology. By lonely I meant I feel being quiet and disconnected from people. I don't know the right word for this situation!
  7. In the way of self actualization people turn out to become introvert. For me it was so much the case... three years ago when I took MBTI test the result was 50% extrovert 50% introvert. But now it is 80% introvert. And I can see it not only in test but in real life as well.
  8. Pleaseeeee film yourself next time
  9. @JessiChell same for me I feel more lonely being with other people than being with myself.
  10. As you probably know Muslims fast during a month name Ramadan which starts in a week. They don't eat anything from sunrise to sunset. Although here some people does that each year, I've never done that due to being lazy and having many things to do during the day. Also I am not religious at all. I was thinking with this Coronavirus crisis this is the best time to give it a try. Think about it. We can meditate at 2 or 3 a.m (which apparently due to melotonine level it is a good time to meditate) then eat something before sunrise and go to sleep. Don't see it as something religious. See it as an opportunity. To take advantage of this lock down for fasting and practicing meditation. Isn't this something almost all of us are already doing or at least trying to do? And if I die these days because of Coronavirus, they may let me go to Muslim's heaven
  11. @Espaim I go to mountains for exercise so no problem anymore @LfcCharlie4 Here we have sun in all seasons. It was just quarantine problems
  12. I'm not speaking scientifically here. I'm telling my experience. I'm in quarantine for more than one month now. It's really really getting harder everyday. But it was almost a week I felt extremely down, sensitive, crying all day and angry. I finally got to conclusion it might be due to vitamin deficiency specially D. I've been taking some vitamin supplement for three days now and I feel much better. Take this into consideration in these days.
  13. you can read "becoming supernatural". This has been described there in detail.
  14. @Eren Eeager No no no... don't you dare ruining chocolate for me
  15. The thought of my food moves in my mouth freak me out Like when your food bite u in your mouth
  16. @The observer don't make it more complicated than it is U just remember it because it already happened
  17. I've read different theories about why it happens. I like one of them though. The theory says that when u experience a Deja vu, it's a sign that u are where your destiny wants u to be (the right place). It means u have lived this life several times and now you are going the same way so u remember some parts of it.
  18. By being triggered it can mean you are judging them right??
  19. It would be eating once before sunrise and as much as you want after sunset So true. That's what I always tell people here. They harm their body so much that Fasting for their whole life can't fix that
  20. It's like the story of Pythagoras who wanted to learn mysteries of Egyptians but he was asked to Fast and Meditate in desert for 40 days first.
