Interesting! Ever since I have watched actualized.org I have felt my feelings more so I decide more logical!

Rumi has a poem that I keep repeat it in my mind these days. My translation of the original language would be: "Anytime I surrender to destiny, I am calmer than a gazelle and braver than a lion. But anytime I fight destiny there comes pain after pain and chain after chain."

Maybe its hard because you are a result-oriented person.

I love cleaning so much that I use it as an award for myself in between other activities (but only when I am not forced to do it!). It helps me clear my mind. Like when I want to make a serious decision, I clean my room! If u wanna enjoy it you need to make a game out of it. Like in between your activities 10 min is just for organizing drawers. The next 10 min maybe vacuum. Little by little everywhere becomes clean in a week. I think if you do everything at once it really turn out as a duty and not enjoyable

Well try to go with more challenging choices more often because it's fun and never ever regret of your choice or imagine what would happen if you went the other way. I think it would be better if you didn't overthink on small issues so much because it takes lots of energy! Doesn't it?

Those mistakes and improvements based on them, has made what you are now. So I guess yes, our past define us. Look for red flags. Red flags are unsolved problems and issues that came from the past up to the present!

Messed up as always... they announced the first case of Corona about two months late for political reasons so they lost the control sooner than other countries... then they lied about the number of cases up to now... all the nurses and doctors were obligated to keep quiet on the case... they didn't apply any specific rule on quarantine so people went back to their lives with no caution.

Everything that Iranian government say is lie... except for when they turn against, and sell out each other ?

Then this is the problem. You need to figure it out. I had the same problem my entire life. Only after 2 years ago this feeling completely disappeared and it was when I figured out my life purpose. You need to find it.
