How to deal with emotional triggers ? In the episode "True growth vs Fake groth" Leo says that a sign of true growth is to look at the emotional reactions in any specific area of life. So, how is that managed ?

Personal growth, Resolve neurosis, Develop Self-esteem (Nathaniel branden's self-esteem) Become more authentic, develop masculinity, understand the mind. Not enlightenment, although I'm OK with enlightenment practices to achieve these goals I just listed, but enlightenment is no my main concern.

These days I got an insight on what contemplation is all about. It's about sitting down and trying to understand experientially an idea.

In Leo's channel he has videos about Self-Acceptance Practice and Self-Inquiry Practice, but I would like to understand more about the many other practices of Inner Work, since they are the heart of personal development. How to do Contemplation How to do Introspection How to do Shadow Work How to work with Beliefs The wrong ways and misconceptions of practicing Inner Work

In this video Leo talks about how the model for the emotions is organized from least to most useful. I wonder if it is also organized in level of consciousness, from least to most, and in level of control and responsibility. I also saw a pattern in the way emotions are organized in this model that reminded me of the consciousness level model: Victim---Fighter---Creator---Peace It seems like the more one grows in consciousness, the more one feels higher and higher emotions on the spectrum. For example a victim feels basically 3 categories of emotions : Apathy, Grief and Fear While the fighter feels : Lust, Anger and Pride The Creator : Courage and Acceptance And the Peace stage : Peace

Bruno replied to Bruno's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The thing is that I don't want to pursue enlightenment right now, but the way I wrote my post and the place I posted it made it seem like I did. I think I've misunderstood the goal of Leo's video here. -

Trying to defend myself because in some way I felt attacked by your comment... -

Don't you think that's a pretty defensive and emotional response ? -

That reminds me of the consciousness spectrum: Victim--Fighter--Creator--Peace
