hello! dont know if this is the right section to post this but lets try. Some nights when I am asleep I can feel my throat vibrate. Or - its not my throat but the vibration happens around that area. It almost feels like I am air and I can feel the vibration physically - It gets so intense that I need to force myself to wake up because It feels like I run out of breath - when I wake up its normal - No panic attacks or out of air. My gf next to me dont report any snooring or stuff like that - One night I feelt like I was the air in my room - My only description I can think of - Then I lose my body and its like I see myself sleep but then I also feel the presense that someone is with me and that its superior to me - That time was so scary that I almost cried and had to physically force myself back to my body - I don't take drugs - Never used any pharmaceutical in my life and my blood test is top notch - I only meditate for an hour before bed. - OBE?

Share your thoughts about this quote. What does it say to you what's written? Explain how you would climb the ladder? What stuff would you do daily? And why is taking the stairs better than the elevator?

So I've been feeling extremely weird emotions last two months. I can finally say that I can do whatever I want and whenever I want. But I feel extremely homesick sometimes. My home is good, no problems but time to time I get this homesickness in my stomach:P

@Eelco1981 Good points. I think I lack connection with people around me. Most of them worship alcohol and parties, which produce all kinds of behaviors. Fears are also very true. might be some fear hidden in the subconscious about the unknown,

Think of a moment you want to stop and think about. The trick is to sit quietly in a dark room and close your eyes, become aware of your breathing and get in a very deep relaxed state. Relive the moment with every detail you can, place, smell, surroundings, who was there with you, what did you wear etc. Try to think about as many details as you can, you don’t need every single one but the more you can think of the better. Then as you sit with your eyes closed, relive the moment how it was in the first palace. Next step is to relive the moment again but this time, add other details to it, put a mask on that person who was there, put some circus music or whatever, just fuck it up as much as possible. Be creative. Then relive the moment but this time reversed. Now do the same thing and add other funny details, fill the room with soap or flowers. Then again, relive it in forward but this time, relive the moment faster and faster. Add details when you fast forward and then rewind it in a faster speed. Repeat. Think as if you are a DJ and you want to fuck that vinyl up, scratch it to the max. Depending on your trauma, do this for a couple of days then your subconscious mind will think of the details you added.

Be careful on the road with your life purpose. Don't think ahead of your time. Always live in the now and expand your senses. Don't get caught up only focus on one topic. If you want to cure cancer for example, should you only focus on human biology and medicine to find the cure? No, you might locate the answer when you study Astrology. Maybe you find a planet that has a molecule that rotates counter to cancer molecules and is anti-fungal. Conclusion: Don't focus on ONE domain.

Has anyone any experiences with CBD? I have some left in the refrigerator, used it to help my dad healing from lymphoma cancer. Next week I have to speak in public in my non-native language which is English. I am going to try this out and see if it helps to be more comfortable and reduce anxiety feelings. Studies on CBD has shown to reduce anxiety in patients with social anxiety disorder. Cannabidiol Reduces the Anxiety Induced by Simulated Public Speaking in Treatment-Naïve Social Phobia Patients

I visited Amsterdam 2 weeks ago and was curious about ganja because their government says it's legal there and, therefore, it is not harmful. My friend and I took the strongest one they called it, White Widow. We ate it and smoked it. After 40 minutes I decided to do some meditation.I sat on the floor in a lotus position, I closed my eyes and put my focus on the clock ticking. Then everything got weirdI sat there meditating, and suddenly it felt like I left my body. It felt like I had another body and was behind my physical body and looking down to it from above and my spirit body as I call it seems much bigger and taller. I was detached, and I could feel the room Then I opened my eyes and completely forgotten that I was sitting in that spot and got a sensation on my forehead, felt excellent. Then it got even weirder. I was walking to the WC, but I saw this window and wanted to look outside, I looked outside. I did not feel like I was inside nor outside; I was just there observing. It did not even feel like reality, can't describe it with the word, but I got scared about existence ^^ was thinking about atoms and that I am here right now breathing, and I am alive. Then I finally came to the WC, and I sat there and everything felt like a video game. I finished what I was doing and when I moved up. things got even weirder. As soon as I moved up, I just saw my legs from above, and I could feel that I was not even controlling my body I was just observing and everything was moving like on a short delay. Would visit Amsterdam again.

What happens when everyone becomes enlightened? Then our brain will find patterns and create new connections to find another stage of human needs, above self-actualization. It is egoistic to think that if you are enlightened, you are finished, no, you have taken one step towards many to what we humans can do for another 5000 years. Open up your mind and ask questions and always ask why. Why is self-actualization on the top? it's for now, but that will change because our brain is dynamic. The brain is always expanding, expect for Lil Wayne's. Back in the days when we were cavemen, self-actualization was not even imaginable. Our DNA is catching information and writing new codes into the DNA constantly to pass to our kids, and our kids will give to their children so they will adapt to what we have created so far to survive. The eyes will adjust to the blue light emitted from screens, for instance, but it takes some time. We are here to survive. To become enlightened faster; Turn off the TV and don't read negative war news about Syria. Watch documentaries instead of jersey shore. Eat organic food instead of processed horsecrap from McDonalds. And most important of all; have fun and enjoy the human experience and take what mother nature have given you, Weed, Shrooms or just all the healthy foods like Mangosteen and blueberries! Eat it and enjoy the taste while you sit on a mountain with your family and just relax.

That make sense. Where did you learn those words and knowledge? Would like to dig deep into this area because the experience was fun and nice. -
@Kelley White People pay a lot of money for this technique. Let me try to explain with a made up story, I will come up with one real quick ^^ My name is bob, Every day in high school, kids call me slob. I got very angry and upset. 20 years later, felings of anxiety and anger was stored inside me for ages. Now, if people call me slob, those feelings from school will come up to the surface from the subscounsious mind, making me angry and very upset. Instead, making this event controlinh my feelings and letting me down, i visualize this event from the first day I can remember and changes the emotions, for instance, I picture myself the first day i can remember feeling angry, inside a boxing ring with the bully. I beat him up with a Mike Tyson punch and the bully flies away and i se myself on a big screen holding an oscar, in my mind of course. The key is to change the emotions, then if someone calls me slob, my subscounsious mind remembers other details i added to that event and instead of negative feelings, good feelings pop up to the surface. You cant simply remove stuff from the subscounsious mind, everything we experience is stored there for our own safety and survival, However, we can reprogram it to the better. If you want to achieve a goal, for instance, you want to find a better apartment, you can tell your sub-mind to focus on it with various of techniques. Then you will start to notice ads for new apartments etc. This is what law of attraction is.

Your breakfast should consist of healthy food only with vitamins that will fuel your brain and get it ready for work. Organic shakes in the morning are something you want. Buy multivitamins supplements and take them. Avoid coffee and soda Take a 5 min break every 40-50 minutes Exercise 1 hour every day Turn off notifications on your cell phone to not get distracted from other people's agenda Check emails one time after breakfast and one time after your work is done Do the most important stuff in the morning Never multitask it can reduce productivity by 40% Don't worry about being productive For your sleep, don't use any electronics at least 1-2 hour before going to bed. Take supplements to support your sleep like magnesium and krill oil Make the room as dark as possible and just read a book instead of exposing yourself to blue light disturbing your sleep rhythm
