  1. If I looked it up right, it's about that the government prevented a monopoly. But it had nothing to do with corruption. I agree that the government can prevent monopolies, and in some cases such interventions might be good, but we are on a slippery slope when a monoploy has the ultimate power. Generally, monopolies rarely form in a free market, (which doesn't mean it never happens) (and when they do form, they are quickly replaced by competitors once they make a mistake or sth stupid). Oftentimes, state regulations and interventions promote monopolies. For example through high entry barriers which for example exist for insurance companies. But my main point was corruption in state monopolies. Any political power should be descentralized and be a direct democracy, so all decisions be made through popular referendum A further step might be to demonopolize and descentralize courts, banks and police.
  2. I also believe that you can't reach such states through meditation. However, I do believe that you can reach any psychedelic state in OBEs. I would even say that you can reach more through OBEs. If you take psychedelics your experience depends on what a physical human body is capable of. It is limited to the number of chemicals that exist on earth and limited to how they can interact with a physical brain. Once in a OBE, you have bypassed these physical limitations. But it takes a lot of practice till you can do that with OBEs, so it might not be worth it. Taking psychedelics is far more time-efficient. But if you want to do it with OBEs, I recommens first learning how to enter the Esdaile State within a few seconds. Then you have overcome the biggest obstacle.
  3. The government has the biggest monopoly (eg. the court, police,...). Therefore so much corruption. If we want to eliminate corruption, we have to eliminate monopolies and decentralize power. Corruption doesn't survive on a really free market. If a private court is corrupt, its reputation is quickly destroyed and a competitor will replace it. A competitor can't replace the government court, because it's a monopoly.

Which will have many spiritual benefits, like more easy to OBE, easier to recognize your true Self,.. The nice thing is that you can anchor DMT release. Let's say you do DMT breathing and realease some DMT, then you can anchor that. That means, after having firmly anchored the DMT release, whenever you use that anchor in the future, you will instantly produce/release some DMT. Here he talks about the hypnosis audio: The DMT you release when doing a breathing exercise usually doesn't come close to psychedelic DMT trips. So how about you combine many of the above-mentioned points? That will increase the DMT release, though it will probably still not get close to a psychedelic DMT trip, unless you combine it with the Esdaile State or OBE technique. So once you are good at hypnosis, do as many of the ways to produce DMT as possible and then anchor it. Then you can instantly realease probably nice amounts of DMT. And doing that regularly will increase your baseline DMT level. I wonder whether there is a maximum amount of DMT your body can produce. Like if you did a 40 day dark room retreat, and spent the whole day doing breathing exercises , listening to DMT sounds and using your DMT anchor, will your DMT level just keep increasing? After a certain point it will probably get exponentially harder to produce more DMT. Is that ceiling below or above the level of DMT trips? Also, many people believe that we release huge quantities of DMT when we die or have a NDE (and at birth). So that means, it seems like the body is indeed capable of releasing huge quantities of DMT. If the body can do that upon death, then it can also do it after hard-core DMT practices. And then you anchor that Though I guess, even if you managed to firmly anchor the DMT production, the DMT release will probably get less and less, the more often you use the anchor, unless you are extremely good at hypnosis. That means, either become extremely good at hypnosis or just recharge your anchor every now and then. Btw, DMT trips, NDEs and Soul Travels are all somewhat similar. And, Marco Lorenz said that merely listening to his Epsilon frequencies can induce breakthrough experiences which are similar to psychedelic DMT trips. If you have well trained the epsilon frequencies, they can make it relatively easy to have an OBE, and as they also make you produce DMT, The OBE can be similar to a DMT trip (DMT trips can be considered a kind of OBE).
  5. Factors for DILDs WBTB (Wake Back To Bed): wake up after around 4-6 hours and stay awake for 1-60 minutes. The later you wake up, and the longer you stay awake, the better your chances for DILDs. But it also makes it harder to fall back asleep. So find your sweetspot. The best thing to do during a WBTB is AD, RCs, meditation and perhaps reading about LDing and writing in your dream journal. I use a red light, so my melatonin production isn't negatively effected. Either use a red light or glasses that block blue (and perhaps even) green light. But be aware that your melatonin production will also be slightly affected if blue light hits your skin. RCs (Reality Checks): Like finger through palm, checking how many fingers you have, or pinching your nose and trying to breathe. If you do around 30, then that makes around one every 30 minutes. Don't use an alarm. ADA (All Day Awareness): Try to be conscious/aware during as much of the day as possible, rather than being on autopilot. Being lucid during the day, will help getting lucid during dreams. MAs (Mini Awakenings): This is a combination of RCs and ADA. ADA has 2 components: Mini Awakening (MA): suddenly realizing that you have been unconscious and now starting ADA and holding ADA. I believe it is not worth the effort to hold ADA because it is extremely difficult and not the most potent componet of ADA anyways. I find these Mini Awakenings have a higher impact on you getting lucid, and they require far less willpower. Try to have 200-500 of such mini awkenings a day. It is far easier and far more effective to have 200 MAs than to hold ADA for 1 hour. When I have a MA I just invest 1-3 seconds. I just appreciate the MA, acknowledge that I might be dreaming, and make a quick check, based on how it feels or by shortly looking at my hands (5 fingers?). Doing 200 a day would be around 8 minutes, so it is no time investment. Having such a MA during a dream is not as likely to get you lucid as doing an RC because you usually put more effort into RCs than into the MAs (when doing them during the day). To remember to have many MAs or doing many RCs during the day, requires a strong intention. And it requires that the idea to RC is always close. This takes willpower, but it is also what makes you lucid (+the habbit of the MAs and RCs). Dream Journal. Additionally, you can try to remember your dreams befor bed + affirmations and intention. Dream recall is a short-term skill. It is quickly built up and quickly lost if you don't practice it. Therefore I would only put time (or more than 5 min daily) into it when your other LD skills are good enough to actualluy have a LD. Here some reasons why dream recall is important: If you have poor dream recall, you might have lucid dreams without remembering them, thus not even realizing that you had an LD. The better your dream recall, the more likely that you will have a DILD Going through your dream journal, you can find certain people, objects, places that occur repeatedly, knowing them can make you lucid when they occur next time in your dreams. When they occur in real life then do RCs. Intention. During the day and before sleep. Best thing would be to fall asleep with the intention to get lucid. Energy/Focus/Attention/LifeForce: The more energy/focus, the easier it is to LD. See John Kreiter's Magnum Opus book. Affirmations during the day and before sleep Hypnosis: The powerfulness of affirmations depends (among some other factors) on how deep you are in trance. Doing affirmations in a deep hypnotic trance is far more effective than doing them after merely closing your eyes. OBE visualizations. They increase your chances to have a DILD, but only if you do A LOT of these visualizations. Here is how they help to DEILD: Consolidate your visualisation body, which becomes your dream body during dreams. Create a bond between your ego consciousness and your dream/visualization body Meditation: Meditation and concentration practices also increase your chance to LD. Particularly if you do them right before bed or even better, during a WBTB. LOA (Law Of Atttaction). 2 possibilities: Visualize how you become lucid If you are somewhat intuitive/psychic you can tap into the energy/signature of becoming lucid. What is the underlying metaphysical energy like? Familarise that energy and add it to your affirmations, RCs, ... LD pills and devices Binaural beats and sounds in general. For example, scientists found that one of the brainwaves you have during LDing are 40Hz. So you can listen to isochronic tones or binaural beats while in REM sleep. I never tried it though. After 1 or 2 weeks of around 200-300 MAs a day, I usually have almost daily DILDs. I also do some of the other points, but I believe the MAs and WBTB are most responsible. You know of anymore factors that help to have DILDs?
  6. @Member Yes it seems like they are some kind of hypnagogic hallucinations. Seems like you are able to stay longer in this Inbetween state. hypnagogic hallucinations aren't necessarily random, some people use them for remote viewing. I guess you might have picked up some legit stuff. I never heard of that symbol, perhaps Matt8800 knows something about it, he also might know more about that inbetween state

  8. You get a lucid glimpse outside our tiny bubble, the physical dimension. And if you manage to stay very calm you might be able to induce an OBE.

OBE visualizations to create a strong double body. After a lot of practice they become as vivid as real life. See his OBE book. And in his book the way of the projectionist, he goes into more details to make it more effective. And you channel the energy you accumulate through energetic containment into the OBE visualizations, thus in the creation of you double body, which makes it more powerful. When your double body is very 'solid' you transfer your whole consciousness into it, and thus leave your physical body forever, it will then just be dead. For that to work you need the energy from your philosopher's stone. How exactly to do that, he wants to write about in a future book. This doesn't necessarily contradict enlightenment. Being enlightened means you know you are God, yet the experience of a physical body continues. After death of the physical body, the experience as a point of awareness probably continues even if you are enlightened, then you have an etheral body, and then perhaps incarnate somewhere else. John Kreiter says the purpose of transferring your consciousness to the double body is to escape prison earth, the matrix and the reincaranation cycle. But there are also other ways of doing that. One is to avoid the light trap after death and escape through a hole in the grid. probably another one is to become enlightened. John Kreiter's way would probably have some advantages though. You would have a smooth transtion, without a gap with a loss of consciousness and thus you would be guaranteed to be lucid and fully in control. And you will keep the philosopher's stone (it is non-physical) thus you keep this energy/power. John Kreiter said he will write more about reincarnation in his next book.
  10. I've heard about dark room retreats, but I didn't know that they can be effective for OBEs as well. Quite Interesting. Once I have the opportunity do to one, I will try it. Wim Hof breathing is similar to shamanic breathing / holographic breath work. If you want, you can check out dmt breathing, it's similar but shorter, more complex and more intense. It might enhance the effects of the dark room retreat even more. On youtube are some good videos about it. You can enhance the dark room retreat even more with good audios.   11. @John Iverson As mentioned before, I guess the spider was just your hallucination, so nothing to worry about. Everyone has sleep paralysis every night. But they usually aren't lucky enough to be conscious during it. You probably experienced it because of the psychedelics. But it was the first time? And you've taken psychedelics before? Then I don't think it will happen the next time after taking psychedelics again. If it does, remember, that spider can't harm you. After a few seconds sleep paralysis is gone, and the spider with it. If you believe it can pass through the window, then it can. If you believe it will turn into a super model, it will.
  12. So you try to have DILDs? Some things to consider: is your dream recall strong enough? without good dream recall it's hard to DILD. So dream journal is good. How many reality checks do you do? I guess it's enough doing around 20 reality checks. On days Im motivated, I try to have 200-500 mini awakenings. ADA (all day awareness) is very helpful for DILDs. But brutally difficult to maintain. I don't think that the staying in ada is the biggest factor of ada what gets you lucid. rather these mini awakenings, when you were unconscious and remember to do ada. So sometimes I try to have 200+ of these a day. Upon the mini awakening, I sometimes make a reality check, but most of the time I just check based on whether sth is odd and how it feels. or you can just look at your hands (5 fingers ?) That takes 1-3 seconds. 200 of these are around 8 minutes a day, so it's no time investment, but requires a lot of intention and willpower to have so many mini awakenings. This intention is what gets you lucid (plus the habit). doing MILD while falling asleep Meditating or doing hardcore RCs and ada during WBTB the longer and the later the WBTB the more effective. But it also gets harder to fall back asleep. It takes experimenting to find the sweetspot affirmations and intention before falling asleep and a few times during the day you can try lucid dream supplements like dream leaf You have been doing kriya yoga for quite some time. So why don't you try WILD? WILDs are higher quality anyways, and if you have so much yoga experience you might find it not to difficult to do. check out some guides on dreamviews.com
  13. @John Iverson So seeing the spider happened once? When you dream you create your environment. The same way as your subconscious ususally creates a car or a dog, it has created a spider when you were in sleep paralysis. So nothing paranormal about that. But there is a chance that it wasn't imagined by you but that something real was behind that spider. There are non-organic life forms that sometimes like to startle people while in sleep paralysis. So a non-organic life form might have guessed that you are afraid of spiders and therefore turned into a spider. If you have a fear response, you radiate a lot of that energy outward, and they eat that energy, that's there food. But they can't harm you. They only have as much power as you give them. They are quite pathetic poor creatures. But I guess that it was just your subconscious creation, so no real non-organic life form behind it. I've been visited by them several times. If they ever visit you, just laugh at them. And it's very very unlikely that your spider has anything to do with the matrix spiders.
  14. I'm not interested in a certain psychedelic experience but in mystical experiences. As long as a dream psychedelic gives you a mystical experience, it shouldn't matter whether it's the exact same experience you would get if you took that psychedelic in real life. Though if someone is interested in having let's say a dream LSD trip that is similar to a real life LSD trip without ever having taking LSD, then reading trip reports will probably help a lot. Or you just materialize it. I guess most of the people on this forum have spent hundreds if not thousands of hours meditating. So we do have some patient people on here. That time invested in the right OBE practice would yield far more results. In terms of required time investment, OBE mystical experiences have no chance competing with real psychedelics. While meditative practices have no chance competing with OBE mystical experiences.
  15. I guess that most people's mystical experiences during OBEs are deeper than what they have experienced in real life beforehand. Most of those people never took psychedelics, they might have done some meditations with small insights at most. And then have mystical experiences in OBEs. So the depth is independent of memory or prior experience. During OBEs, you can create mystical experiences from memory alone, but you can just as well go for the real thing. You are God so it doesn't matter where you are, you can always realize it. Eventually you should be able to have them for longer amounts of time, even when doing something emotionally intense like going nondual. The place shouldn't matter though. Eveytime I have a DEILD I'm blind at the beginning, but after 10-30 seconds I can see. If one is so advanced that he can have mystical experiences, then gaining sight should be fairly easy. What is "real" experience. Having a real nondual experience. As I mentioned, you are God so you should be able to have a "real" nondual experience independent of a memory of a former nondual experience. If you don't rely on memory, distortion shouldn't be an issue. Another problem is recall. But there are many ways to drastically improve it. There are indeed many obstacles for having deep nondual experiences in OBEs but I believe they can all be overcome if you are very advanced. And becoming very advanced is attainable if you can get into the Esdaile State. Yes, it takes a lot of time. I definitely don't recommend anyone to learn OBEs if you are only interested in enlightenment. Taking psychedelics in real life is FAR easier. But OBEs have many more benefits. If someone is interested in them, then I believe it's worth learning how to OBE, and attaining enlightenment on the side will be a bonus. Once you manage to get into the Esdaile State, you have overcome the biggest obstacle. From there on, you should be able to OBE at any time and almost instantly, that will allow you to relatively effortlessly get good at OBE skills (skills after body exit).

Type into the search bar sth like: " site:www.reddit.com psychedelics spider (cocoon, web, grid)" So it was after the psychedelic trip? Or did you see a spider during the psychedelic trip and afterwards as well? The spider in the window was most likely your creation and has nothing to do with the Matrix.

All my research strongly suggests that you can have any mystical experience when out of body and they should have similiar quality and depth as mystical experiences induced from a physical body. I've had a few very short nondual dreams and even though they were not lucid, the quality wasn't that much lower than when I took real psychedelics. There are many reports of people having legit deep nondual experiences during OBEs. I don't see why these shouldn't easily be induced by taking dream psychedelics. I don't really care how to induce a deep mystical experience once out of body, if dream psychedelics don't work, then there should be another way.
