How to make your Visualizations more vivid Practice Servitors. Make one to improve your Visualizations. I made 2 servitors for that purpose and I can feel a difference. I believe, once they are very powerful, they can make my visualizations into full hallucinations. The nice thing is, the only real time investment is charging, and while you charge, you visualize the servitor (and you can add auditory and tactile as well while charging), thus you train your visualization skills directly as well . And during your OBE visualizations, you can charge the servitor as well. And you can interact with it. win win. sigils or asking spirits for help,... Hypnosis. Possible, but you need to be very good at hypnosis or it will probably take very long till visualizations improve significantly Try to anchor hallucinations. So first trigger natural hallicinations, that can be achieved through: - Ganzfeld Effect - Hypnagogic Imagery - strong DMT release through methods like: - taking psychedelics (don't know whether that will work as well) - Afterimage: Look at a candle, sunset, window,... then close your eyes - rub your eyes Then try to anchor the hallucinations with your hypnosis skills. That is very difficult, I haven't managed it yet. If you manage to firmly anchor it, you can induce hallucinations anytime using a trigger. -

Burning is good. Or eat it and invoke the spirit at the same time (so they can enjoy it with you). Have a light possession. I read that this is very pleasing to some spirits. It's not ideal, but when you have no other option, throwing it into the bin is fine too. But always try to ask the spirits for their preferences Gods of one religion are sometimes relabeled as demons by another religion later on. Not all spirits that are called demons are truly demons, but many are. On working with demons: Merely working with demons is not left hand. You can work with them for good purposes. But I would still recommend not to work with them, because, even if they can also do good things, their nature is usually wrathful. And the more you work with them, the more their presence gets part in your life, and the more of their qualities you adopt. And working with demons is playing with fire. If you offend them, they can seriously fuck you up. All the good things a demon could do for you, benevolent spirits can do as well. It usually just takes a bit longer and perhaps more effort -

Semen Preservation has significant benefits for most practitioners, like more focus, motivation, more attractive to girls, more energy, less sleep,.. Semen Preservation means you can masturbate, have sex and orgasm, but no ejaculation and no wet dreams. Wet dreams are not as bad as ejaculation from masturbation/sex. In my experience, 1 masturbation ejaculation equals to around 3 wet dreams ejaculations. I've had many hundreds of wet dreams during the last years and researched many ways how to prevent them. I've put it in 6 categories. Category 1 being the one which is most effective, category 6 least effective. 1. Category: Prevent blue balls no masturbation and no sex Draw the sexual energy away from the genitals and spread it through the body. 1. Open your energy channels with the microcosmic orbit meditation. 2. Visualize energy flowing from your balls up the back. Suck it up while inhaling. At the same time suck your stomach in and up. And at the same time clench your anus muscles (and perhaps perineum musles as well). no erections during the day (during the night is fine). When you are about to get an erection, tense your large muscle groups. I like to to some kind of L-sits. Or immediately have a cold shower. Or think of something terrible or visualize taking an ice bath. Doing reverse kegels can help as well Non Ejaculatory Orgasms (NEOs). when you have a NEO, the energy shoots up to your head. But it's risky. Unless you are able to do it properly, there is a good chance you will ejaculate. And If give up before orgasm because the risk is too high, you risk getting blue balls from masturbating. I currently don't practce it because it's too much risk. 2 years ago I practiced it and a few times I managed to have NEOs without a drop of semen to come out. A bolt of energy shot to my head. working out. (Thus blood flows away from your balls. Too much blood in your balls (due to eg. erections) is said to cause blue balls) cold shower (the closer to bed the better) Put some ice on your balls make a servitor for that purpose no sexual thoughts at all Testicle massage. Valsalve maneuver. 2. Category Kegels: Strengthen the pc muscles. (the muscles you use to stop urine flow). They can act like a gate. When these muscles are strong, they can prevent wet dreams and you can have NEOs (one way to have NEOs). Mantak Chia said you need to do 300 reps a day if you want to have whole body orgasms. I usually prefer to do just around 10 reps but clenching very hard and long. Some 10-30 seconds and one around 3 min. But find what works for you. Most people hold the flex for 2-15 seconds. The anus muscle is irrelevant for that purpose. And I'm not sure about the perineum muscle. If you think it would be good to practcie it as well then do it. Reverse Kegels: Relax the pc muscles. (the muscles to get out the last drops of urine) This might be even more important than normal kegels. I spend on them at least 2 times as much time. Before bed, spend some additional 2-5 min doing reverse kegels Massage the perineum (the area between your balls and anus.) daily! If it is tensed you are more likely to WD. Stretch your perineum. Squat as deep as possible. hold that position. breath in deeply with your stomach. Perhps combine this with reverse kegels and the valsalva maneuver. Hypnosis: Have less sleep 3. Category Train yourself to wake up before ejaculation. To wake up early enough to prevent it. When you wake while orgasming, clench your pc muscles. If you clench early enough you can prevent the semen from going out. I've done that several times. You can train yourself to automatically do it. But it's not optimal because you might have a retrogate ejaculation. It's not bad for your health but you probably lose some energy and semen. Still not as bad as a WD though. So better train yourself to wake up well before ejaculation. Don't drink anything 2-4 hours before bed. Go to toilet right before bed. Most WDs occur in the last 3rd of the night. So if you are very serious, wake up after 2 thirds of the night and take a piss. You can combine this with a WBTB and WILD to lucid dream. Desensitize your glans. 4. Category: Use Magick Servitors. I made 3 servitors for that purpose. One to prevent blue balls. One to wake me up well before the point of no return and one for preventing WDs in general. So far I've put most effort into the one who wakes me up well before ejaculation. So far, he has been effective. Ask your higher self or guiding spirits for asvice or protection Ask Spirits, Deities or Angels. Archangel Michael is good for protection. A good evocation ritual is in Damon Brand's book Archangels of Magick Intention: Have an iron intention to not have WDs. Particularly before bed. Servitor When you are serious about hypnosis, I think its worth considering to make a servitor, an imaginary entity that lives on the astral and helps you. In the case of hypnosis, the most obvious servitor would be one who makes it easier for you to go deeper into trance. Currently my main focus is on other things, but I will refocus on hypnosis soon. So I don't practice much hypnosis currently, but some days ago I made a servitor to help me go deeper into trance. Even though I haven't properly charged it yet, I do feel small effects during hypnosis. (Or at least it seems like that). Matt8800 wrote some interesting things about servitors in this thread: If you want to learn how to do them read John Kreiter's book(s) "create a servitor" and perhaps Damon Brand's as well. You can create a servitor in 15 minutes. But the more time you take to charge it, the more powerful it is. -

After around 60 hours of practicing hypnosis, I unexpectedly noticed how my conscious thoughts have a lot more power. So when I randomly for example think "happy" and put intention in it, I immediately feel happy, without ever having anchored that emotion. I don't get super happy but it does change my mood, noticably more than before I started doing hypnosis. -

Control your Emotions and Hormones through Hypnosis It is possible to trigger any mood/state and release hormones through hypnosis. When you have anchored it, you can trigger it at any moment within a few seconds. That enables you to: Release DMT prior to meditating or astral projecting Release Testosterone after working out Release Seratonin after getting up Trigger Alertness and Focus when you want to study Trigger Wellbeing and Happiness and release Dopamine and Endorphin when you feel down or depressed Trigger Tiredness and Melatonin when going to bed ... It's quite easy to anchor a specific mood. When you feel good, you anchor that mood of feeling good. Then you can re-experience that feeling anytime you use the anchor. (You obviously need to be good at hypnosis for this to be most effective). Triggering a specific hormone is more difficult. Sth like dopamine should be easy, when you anchor feeling good you also anchor dopamine. But how are you going to anchor sth like testosterone? The release of testosterone is probably too subtle to notice and identify so it's hard to anchor. I guess the only way is through direct suggestion. So you say "now release testosterone". For this to work you would need to be very good at hypnosis. It should then be easy to check whether it works or not. Go to the doctor and test your testosterone level. Immediately after making the test, use your testosterone anchor and immediately do another test. I really believe this is possible. People report achieving things with hypnosis that seem far more difficult. For example, some people (including the famous hypnotist Milton Erickson) claim they could enlargen the breasts of their clients through hypnosis. "I have done hypnotic breast enhancement several times very successfully. Lactation is also very possible. If I looked it up right, it's about that the government prevented a monopoly. But it had nothing to do with corruption. I agree that the government can prevent monopolies, and in some cases such interventions might be good, but we are on a slippery slope when a monoploy has the ultimate power. Generally, monopolies rarely form in a free market, (which doesn't mean it never happens) (and when they do form, they are quickly replaced by competitors once they make a mistake or sth stupid). Oftentimes, state regulations and interventions promote monopolies. For example through high entry barriers which for example exist for insurance companies. But my main point was corruption in state monopolies. Any political power should be descentralized and be a direct democracy, so all decisions be made through popular referendum A further step might be to demonopolize and descentralize courts, banks and police. -

I also believe that you can't reach such states through meditation. However, I do believe that you can reach any psychedelic state in OBEs. I would even say that you can reach more through OBEs. If you take psychedelics your experience depends on what a physical human body is capable of. It is limited to the number of chemicals that exist on earth and limited to how they can interact with a physical brain. Once in a OBE, you have bypassed these physical limitations. But it takes a lot of practice till you can do that with OBEs, so it might not be worth it. Taking psychedelics is far more time-efficient. But if you want to do it with OBEs, I recommens first learning how to enter the Esdaile State within a few seconds. Then you have overcome the biggest obstacle. -

The government has the biggest monopoly (eg. the court, police,...). Therefore so much corruption. If we want to eliminate corruption, we have to eliminate monopolies and decentralize power. Corruption doesn't survive on a really free market. If a private court is corrupt, its reputation is quickly destroyed and a competitor will replace it. A competitor can't replace the government court, because it's a monopoly. -

Here he talks about the hypnosis audio: The DMT you release when doing a breathing exercise usually doesn't come close to psychedelic DMT trips. So how about you combine many of the above-mentioned points? That will increase the DMT release, though it will probably still not get close to a psychedelic DMT trip, unless you combine it with the Esdaile State or OBE technique. So once you are good at hypnosis, do as many of the ways to produce DMT as possible and then anchor it. Then you can instantly realease probably nice amounts of DMT. And doing that regularly will increase your baseline DMT level. I wonder whether there is a maximum amount of DMT your body can produce. Like if you did a 40 day dark room retreat, and spent the whole day doing breathing exercises , listening to DMT sounds and using your DMT anchor, will your DMT level just keep increasing? After a certain point it will probably get exponentially harder to produce more DMT. Is that ceiling below or above the level of DMT trips? Also, many people believe that we release huge quantities of DMT when we die or have a NDE (and at birth). So that means, it seems like the body is indeed capable of releasing huge quantities of DMT. If the body can do that upon death, then it can also do it after hard-core DMT practices. And then you anchor that Though I guess, even if you managed to firmly anchor the DMT production, the DMT release will probably get less and less, the more often you use the anchor, unless you are extremely good at hypnosis. That means, either become extremely good at hypnosis or just recharge your anchor every now and then. Btw, DMT trips, NDEs and Soul Travels are all somewhat similar. And, Marco Lorenz said that merely listening to his Epsilon frequencies can induce breakthrough experiences which are similar to psychedelic DMT trips. If you have well trained the epsilon frequencies, they can make it relatively easy to have an OBE, and as they also make you produce DMT, The OBE can be similar to a DMT trip (DMT trips can be considered a kind of OBE). -

Factors for DILDs WBTB (Wake Back To Bed): wake up after around 4-6 hours and stay awake for 1-60 minutes. The later you wake up, and the longer you stay awake, the better your chances for DILDs. But it also makes it harder to fall back asleep. So find your sweetspot. The best thing to do during a WBTB is AD, RCs, meditation and perhaps reading about LDing and writing in your dream journal. I use a red light, so my melatonin production isn't negatively effected. Either use a red light or glasses that block blue (and perhaps even) green light. But be aware that your melatonin production will also be slightly affected if blue light hits your skin. RCs (Reality Checks): Like finger through palm, checking how many fingers you have, or pinching your nose and trying to breathe. If you do around 30, then that makes around one every 30 minutes. Don't use an alarm. ADA (All Day Awareness): Try to be conscious/aware during as much of the day as possible, rather than being on autopilot. Being lucid during the day, will help getting lucid during dreams. MAs (Mini Awakenings): This is a combination of RCs and ADA. ADA has 2 components: Mini Awakening (MA): suddenly realizing that you have been unconscious and now starting ADA and holding ADA. I believe it is not worth the effort to hold ADA because it is extremely difficult and not the most potent componet of ADA anyways. I find these Mini Awakenings have a higher impact on you getting lucid, and they require far less willpower. Try to have 200-500 of such mini awkenings a day. It is far easier and far more effective to have 200 MAs than to hold ADA for 1 hour. When I have a MA I just invest 1-3 seconds. I just appreciate the MA, acknowledge that I might be dreaming, and make a quick check, based on how it feels or by shortly looking at my hands (5 fingers?). Doing 200 a day would be around 8 minutes, so it is no time investment. Having such a MA during a dream is not as likely to get you lucid as doing an RC because you usually put more effort into RCs than into the MAs (when doing them during the day). To remember to have many MAs or doing many RCs during the day, requires a strong intention. And it requires that the idea to RC is always close. This takes willpower, but it is also what makes you lucid (+the habbit of the MAs and RCs). Dream Journal. Additionally, you can try to remember your dreams befor bed + affirmations and intention. Dream recall is a short-term skill. It is quickly built up and quickly lost if you don't practice it. Therefore I would only put time (or more than 5 min daily) into it when your other LD skills are good enough to actualluy have a LD. Here some reasons why dream recall is important: If you have poor dream recall, you might have lucid dreams without remembering them, thus not even realizing that you had an LD. The better your dream recall, the more likely that you will have a DILD Going through your dream journal, you can find certain people, objects, places that occur repeatedly, knowing them can make you lucid when they occur next time in your dreams. When they occur in real life then do RCs. Intention. During the day and before sleep. Best thing would be to fall asleep with the intention to get lucid. Energy/Focus/Attention/LifeForce: The more energy/focus, the easier it is to LD. See John Kreiter's Magnum Opus book. Affirmations during the day and before sleep Hypnosis: The powerfulness of affirmations depends (among some other factors) on how deep you are in trance. Doing affirmations in a deep hypnotic trance is far more effective than doing them after merely closing your eyes. OBE visualizations. They increase your chances to have a DILD, but only if you do A LOT of these visualizations. Here is how they help to DEILD: Consolidate your visualisation body, which becomes your dream body during dreams. Create a bond between your ego consciousness and your dream/visualization body Meditation: Meditation and concentration practices also increase your chance to LD. Particularly if you do them right before bed or even better, during a WBTB. LOA (Law Of Atttaction). 2 possibilities: Visualize how you become lucid If you are somewhat intuitive/psychic you can tap into the energy/signature of becoming lucid. What is the underlying metaphysical energy like? Familarise that energy and add it to your affirmations, RCs, ... LD pills and devices Binaural beats and sounds in general. For example, scientists found that one of the brainwaves you have during LDing are 40Hz. So you can listen to isochronic tones or binaural beats while in REM sleep. I never tried it though. After 1 or 2 weeks of around 200-300 MAs a day, I usually have almost daily DILDs. I also do some of the other points, but I believe the MAs and WBTB are most responsible. @Member Yes it seems like they are some kind of hypnagogic hallucinations. Seems like you are able to stay longer in this Inbetween state. hypnagogic hallucinations aren't necessarily random, some people use them for remote viewing. I guess you might have picked up some legit stuff. I never heard of that symbol, perhaps Matt8800 knows something about it, he also might know more about that inbetween state -
