Is everything all right, brother Leo? I hope for a minor issue. How do you explain the dissaperance of consciousness during anesthesia its relationship to mind and brain. Would it be like death? Is consciousness something that in a way or another should remain a costant, and totally zero like during anesthesia?
-
I totally think the same.

How did you learn Lucid Dreaming to get to the point that you feel like you are a kangaroo?

It's one of the things that most stuck with me in the last couple of days since I have managed to watch Leo's last video. I am so fascinated by this... @Leo Gura. Could you elaborate more on this topic? Is there someone who you can point to that fits your definition of superhuman? Did you even meet any of these people? How do you conduct your reasearch on them? My mind still can barely conceive of them... Wow but the idea is so fascinating. Nietzsche was kind of right in a way ;P

I'd put Jesus pretty high in the rankings of the most awake people. Fully aware of love, pure enough to perform miracles -
I agree but still, Leo, 8 minutes on a guys neck it's totally way out of hand, you might as well incapacite him by shooting on his knees if it could be allowed, you'd cause him less damages. Like there were tons of other ways to incapacite him, also after 8 minutes and the guy saying "I can't breathe" and so on it's not like you can't stop choke him. I agree with being empathetic with the cop and of course agree to hear his side and to a fair trial. OF COURSE, like there is no doubt about that. But there is also not much doubt by watching the video and reading about the autopsy that he was too cruel and excessive and that 2nd degree murder seems like the fair charge.

There are degrees to it. We all are but to some degrees (aka mental illnesses) you barely know if the other person is suggering or you don't care about staying indifferent or in some cases (not too many, thank God) you even get off on the suffering of the other person, which for the killer is better than sex
-
I disagree a bit of this one though. Police job is difficult without any doubt. But still it's not like you need specific knowledge to know that if you stay all that time on somebody else's neck the person is either going to die or suffer from massive damages. The policeman was probably expressing all of his suppressed rage from his job mixed with the intrinsic racism present in many white people in the US with a natural tendency he/we have for evil. He had all the time in the world to stop harming a man who was basically on the ground cooperating, it's not like he maybe punched him a couple of times and then caused a death which he didn't intend to create. When you stay that long on a neck no degree of distraction stops your brain from thinking that he man is going to die, unless your brain is the one of a chair lol This all is encapsulated with 2nd degree murder which seems to me the right charge for him, and not just to be but to most judges even without the political pressure created,

It's a common belief from the Hindu heritage. Sadhguru stresses about it in Inner Engineering -

But why one thing is possible and not the other? Like why not growing a huge dick is not possible and healing maybe a cancer is? [like I'm not ironic, it's a serious question] -

I am you also, and also Sadhguru and also Jesus But... still doesn't mean I physically and mentally am in my dream-life -

Is Ralston a superhuman as well? -

So basically unless you physically drop death your level of awakening is never 100%? Like the highest you can get without dying is like what you got in 30 days retreat probably? Like 99.9% awakening, but not the 100% which would be when you physically drop dead? So the idea as this avatar is to get to the 99.9%, live and enjoy life and let life put you down in one way or another so that you die and get to the 100%. But if you don't care about life itself, but just to get to the 100% awakening, then the best way to awaken it would actually be killing yourself? But then to say it in human terms, it would like an instant that feels like infinity and then you "reincarnate" meaning that you imagine a new world/life? I guess from the absolute perspective of infinity all these infinite lives and possibilities are happening at the same time, but to say it in human terms, so in more linear terms you "reincarnate", right? -

I guessed so, amazing!! I guess that you mean "saints" as super-humans for example What I have been struggling lately as with fear of being in this path is the financial survival issue. Because how can you fully dedicate to this path, unless like you or Sadhguru you earn a living with this specific work. I feel anyway to get enough money to travel the world for retreats, to buy courses which are rare and cannot be torrented otherwise, but even to afford everyday living, staying sane with good nutrition and supplements, to buy psychedelics even it takes really a good amount of money in your bank or at least an income that doesn't take you more than 5 hours a day to earn. I guess to do all that and have still somewhat of a life you need maybe 3-5k every month. But to earn that amount of money in a few hours a day of work and still have lots of free time dedicated to self-actualization (so high-income 9 to 5s are not included) you need to be a free lancer that gets to paid a lot or you need to have maybe a constant stream of money that comes from stocks or real estate. A freelancer that is not in IT (which is a field I don't like to learn) would be probably a markerter or copywriter which I like, but I feel that most of the time they're like scamming people, because to get good revenues you need to use psychological tricks to make prospects to buy from you something that you're probably overselling as something that would change their life and maybe it's just something avarage (basically you become an active part of consumer society). Same things with stocks I feel it would be mostly unethical unless you just invest in high-consciousness companies, which probably aren't going to give you that much of a revenue. Real estate if done well I guess it is ethical because people need houses to live and if you don't overprice rents it's good, but having 2 years left to finish university I'd have still years ahead to earn in an high-conscious way to have enough money to invest in real-estate and have something that resambles a passive income and I would be over 30 still as a beginner of the actualization journey to be a superhuman [I HOPE you had time to read this and to answer, cause it would be life-changing, probably] -
Most of them are different ways to tell the same thing

Yeah but in the in the end the integration of all these practices is key. Do not underestimate the conventional because some of the benefits are hard to question: I speak from direct experience. CBT and conventional drugs have their essential place in some instances, even just for the mere fact that put your head in an headspace that is suitable to do all the more in depth work, which is what most therapists are missing, because maybe they stop with CBT and the drugs which are just part of the work Also every person is wired differently and some people are seen not to benefit much from non-conventional kind of psychotherapies, there are a lot of variables at play, so I wouldn't be so harsh on conventional psychotherapy and psychiatry, which has a huge potential of growth with some of the integration with tools that love to go even deeper.

I am not fully awakened (of course), but still I think that the value in books will remain the one of maybe learning new things for your everyday life and passions and to understand maybe some phenomenon within the dream of reality. Unless you'd be able to download all these notions in your mind, even the everyday information on the best recipe without reading it into a book or on politics issues. Am I right? But yeah spirituality books would be useless I guess, unless maybe just to see other people opinions on the matter or to find way to teach betterif you're into that, but for sure not to understand reality anymore -

The paradox is that God itself is me and is standing in its own way, God is also the ego that is preventing itself to be fully enlightened. So in a way God is holding us back -
Oh God please

We are talking about 1978 dude. I wish I would see it as well, but even videos of modern competitions are not so popular, compared to western MMA

Who in your opinion is both deeply awoke but also deeply embodied and purified? For what I've seen Ralston, Sadhguru, Mooji, and you might be good examples

Ways to reduce the probabily of the worst kind of dangers? -
I'm a medical student. From what I see here, which is of course not much in this post (meaning not too many info) it sound like it might belong to one or more of this categories. I'll put them in the order which seems more likely by just reading this. Unfortunatly you have symptoms that might be correlated with really half of what you might study in a medical text-book, so that's why you are having problems having a diagnosis, but don't give up, be a bit patient and by seeing other specialists you should get to a conclusion - rheumatological and immunological issue: go see either a rheumatologist or an immunologist or both - Lyme disease - check out of haematological diseases, just to be sure you're healthy on that: like lymphomas and leukemias - psychosomathic - but please leave this when you've consulted enough specialists that say that you seem to be healthy in their domain of expertise - other like gut problems or neurological problems Keeps us/me posted either here or via dm
