Great idea. He could ask questions upon creating an account like "how serious you are" etc.. And point out that if you're not serious you've nothing to search here for. If you answered No to a question

Wow it's so interesting to her about other what goes on other people's minds... But you never have any access to that, you could only imagine how others think/feel using your own mind. (As far as i know). I had a teacher in highschool who was really smart, had degrees in university, fluently talked several languages, was a great teacher and had an extraordinary ability to concentrate. But he has "dyschronometria" this basically means that he doesn't have a perception of time, he can't tell if a minute had passed or an hour, and he dose not know what "far" or "close" means. He could walk miles for several hours in the wrong way and it will not occur to him that something is wrong. He can sit and look at nature for hours, and he is so present in the moment that he dose not know what boredom means. He had never experienced that. It's interesting if he has an inner dialogue. I can ask him. I will be funny if his respond will be like: "what? You talk with yourself?!" -
I would like to see Leo discusses more about leadership

I was not sure in what sub forum to post that, but why not put captions for your videos in multiple languages? Like Spanish, French etc... This can make the work accessible to a larger audience all over the globe

You can try lucid dreams to help uou get a richer perspective on consciousness. It's easy. This has actually happened several times in my dreams. I have became so conscious of the fact that this is a dream, that i literally imagined things into existence. It feels like the boundary between the mind and the external reality collapses and they both merge together. (By the way these dreams are more vivid then "real life", and when i ask people in the dreams if they think that they are real they say "of course". They are convinced.) when you experience such things it messes up with your reality and makes you question it. I have also practuced meditation in dreams. It works much better then waking life. I imagin that it feels somwhat similar to reslize that "real life" is also a dream, but also much more profound -

One of the most common causes could be mental stress. Which can be triggered by prolonged isolation. I once slept alone in the woods for a week, isolated from society, and entertainment, and i became really stressed out from it. Stress impairs sleep which can cause the fog. Stress can can burn out mental energy and cause mental exhaustion, and to deficiencies in nutrients like magnesium. If you think that this causes your problem, or at least partially there are many herbs that can help calm the nerves down in ayurvedic medicine, and also nofap can help clear the fog, but it's noticeable only after at least a week. Also i would like to know if you have always had brain fog and it has only intensified in the last 4 months or you have had a healthy functioning mind beforehand?

I am basically the same as you and i was diagnosed with ad.d. i am 18, dropped out of school, living depressed in my room, don't have any motivation to do anything about anything... There are medications which can help... I can't take them cause they cause me insomnia, but there are other kinds that doesn't cause insomnia, (im just too lazy to get them)?. I think that with a.d.d it is important to combine psychological help, with biological. Because it is also a biological dysfunction in the brain. Also Neurodeedback is a promising treatment to a.d.d. Also there are nootropics. There is this new interesting brain practice that I've discovered but haven't tried that's called kinesiology. Might be worth to do some research about it. Do you think you have a.d.d? Where you ever diagnosed?

It sounds like you have a.d.d

He does get my curiosity going when he keeps the new super powerfull psychedelic, stronger than 5meo that he's found as a secret

Think about that. awareness happens in the brain or does the brain happens within awareness? Does the brain exists in the world or does the world exists in the brain?

Sometimes you better be wise than right

I think that having a compeling vision and passion, and a sense of understanding of the potential of life and how incredibly beutiful and fulfilling life can get, can help. and i want you to have the recognition that with enough work, what you can achieve in life is so beautiful it's beyond your wildest imagination. Imagine how much motivation you'll have if you think about this stuff, and sit with closed eyes every night before sleep and connect to your vision and soak in motiviation from it. This is necessary, because if your motivation is simply to get well in order to survive and live a normal life, you won't have a real reason to do all the work
