Making good gains! My camera broke though. Will post an update beginning of February.

Stop relying on substances. Big trap. Fix your sleep, food, exercise, and be passionate about your activities. Also, limit Technology usage. Be nicer to people. Smile more. Engage less in negative thoughts. Have things to look forward to. Unless you have some sort of disorder, you'll be highly focused and energized if you nail these. The problem is, this will actually take willpower and time. You probably just want to pop a pill and don't worry about it.

Sounds more like aliens to me -
You said that being rich is "anti-spiritual" - that sort of implies that one is the most spiritual when poor. He probably spends his money like most people do.. why do you care so much? That seems like quite a bit to offer. What do you consider a "Spiritual" city, in which all the enlightened folk should live?
-
yes. Spiritual = Poor

Nonsense. Find a new trainer.

yeah, I don't get it. Why don't homeless people just start a online shopify dropshipping business? That video is the definition of "just buy a house bro" lol

If you want to gain weight: Skip cardio (at least for some time till you feel like you are gaining at your desired rate) Don't skip meals Make eating a habit (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) Make sure you always have food around Count your calories to check if you are really eating enough, most people deceive themselves (the app myfitnesspal works great for that) Focus on weight lifting (machines are also fine, especially in the beginning) Eat more nuts, a handful in the evening can make the difference between gaining and losing weight I would also not worry about the time frame of 6 days. My weight fluctuates at around 3-4 KG from day to day, Weigh yourself maybe every 2-3 weeks don't get too obsessive over the numbers.

Nope. If you act like an idiot, people will try to stop you. It's insane to me how some of you think it's normal behavior to show up to a protest with an AR and expect people to treat you normaly. No one would have jumped on him if he wouldn't be running around with an AR. Protestors obviously (and correctly) saw him as a threat He put himself in a dumb situation, he should be held responsible for that. Btw. he was caught on camera a day or something before mentioning how he want's to kill those protesters.
-
Certainly not right wing kids with assault riffles. They also did inervene, idk what you mean, they just gathered forces to push them back strategically.
-
Americans be like: "Wdym, it's completely normal if a 17 year old right wing militant walks into a protest, in a different city to protect property which isn't his own and no one asked him to protect, with an assault rifle and then uses 'self defense' by shooting at people. It's not against the law?!"

Looking for Happiness is like running faster to find some rest. -
I read like 80% of the list. The rest doesn't really interest me. It's really easy once you make it a habit.
