With day game you have to be strategic, you have to know where the hot girls are to get the most return of your time, and just sit there like a crouching tiger. Get in the habit of putting equal energy in practice as in theory. It should be close to 60% practice and 40% theory. Nobody is going to hold your hand and implement this habit. You have to do it yourself. Also stop doing spirituality. Get your shit in order.

In my view mastery and understanding are two different things Understanding = having the right vision (vision is derived from the same root as visdom (wisdom) which means able to penetrate a the subject of the matter. All understanding use the same mechanism of vision)) Mastery = being able to use your body in the right way for a technical skill which entails all facets of your body including hand eye coordination, muscle memory, subconscious imprinting and various abilities. Mastery could also entail spiritual, psychological, or emotional dimensions which are a different ball game.

I have been experimenting with the core principles of having a strong frame of reality. Basically it works like this: if you decide for her she will like you she will like you. If you decide for her she won’t like you she won’t like you. Obviously there are other factors at play like your sexual market value, social proof and other things but your reality of frame as a man is a huge one. This goes so contrary to the feminist perspective where you should respect the girl and have her decide. That is just not what women respond to. Obviously this “wisdom” is not something I share with women. They seem blind to it but it does frustrate me. It is like I have to camouflage a lot of my wisdom to not freak feminist girls out. I have healthier options out here. The vegetables are like some beans, avocado (that is not even a vegetable but a fruit), cucumber, corn (I don't like corn), so it is not unhealthy but I rather go for a stir fry or something with real veggies.

It is accepting you are a candle that will die out and you rage against the dying of the light. And that doesn’t entail sitting at home all day with your dick in your hand at your parents place like the guy that I quoted above. That is why Andrew Tate has been transformational for me.
