Joe Dispenza’s stuff is so underrated. With his meditations you can uncover so much self knowledge. Recently I discovered my body was addicted to losing. For example when I’m playing a game of chess I will just continue to play until I loose a game and get my hit of negative emotions and stop. I was not craving for winning and that was just mind boggling. The truth will set you free but it is uncomfortable most of the time. Life should really be seen as a game. If you win or lose it shouldn’t be taken personally because you just had momentum, kept to the principles to game and just played right. Morality and identity is just a construction that you believe in and what to uphold. You don’t get to win unless you play according to the rules of nature and culture.

How did you guys get into that technical jargon of nutrition? It is basically gibberish for me and I would like to have a basic understanding of nutritional values.

There is alcohol in potatoes. No joke. I think not all alcohol are created equal. Heavy alcoholic drinks like vodka hit you different than just a glass of organic wine. I drink alcohol wine once every week or two weeks and it is ok.

So freedom of outcome is a great mindset to have when you are learning, having fun, doing pickup or socializing. It puts the pressure off of you, which makes you relax and have fun while you are learning in flow. It is kind of paradoxical though because if I put my intention to have no intention for an outcome my intention because that so I will still have an intention. So what is having freedom of outcome really mean? Like having no particular external outcome? It kind of ties in with the notion of no self and thus no particular outcome for one self.

Your mind is a garden and you are a gardener. If you plant disempowering plants that is what you will get. A very sad garden. The thing with the awe inspiring garden is that you need to take your time and create and maintain the right eco system through right habits. It all happens in the now. Unless you are old you have all potentiality in the quantum field to choose from.

Interesting to see how SD blue Christians and Muslims are tag teaming against SD green LGBT. I totally get why LGBT do what they do. But I don’t get why they go after kids in schools to indoctrinate them it is ok to be fucked in the ass and shit? Just leave the kids alone. If she waits like 3 days to respond they say you should wait that same amount or more and not text immediately, do you guys agree which playing such games? I believe posturing both on text and in life is a big part of game. If she gets the sense she can get you easily, there is no game. It is just part of human nature. In my opinion it should not be even called game. As a guy you should value yourself at least 2x more than her. That is how to deal with hotties. And this girl I’m talking about is 9,5/10. They are very different than 7-8 ish girls.

Don’t resent her nature. It is like resenting a wolf for being a wolf which is weird. Instead you should love and respect the wolf for what it is from a distance. And if you want to get with her you need to learn the game she wants to play. Everybody is now talking about maturity while previous week nobody talked about it. I think it is not the end and be all of things. And it is also not a superior trait to have. Why would I feel better towards a baby because I’m more mature? Should I not play with a baby because I’m mature and it is not? It doesn’t make sense. People are taking the topic maturity out of proportion. Nobody is 100% mature and if you think you are you are fooling yourself so find it in yourself and enjoy it. Immaturity = inner child = joy in life Personally I think you want to get with her and you can’t because you are boring and you are hiding behind the fad of maturity to ease your pain. Being mature is being able to tolerate and not demonize immaturity like a dad you who is having fun with his baby while it shits all over the place.

@integral I’m doing fine. I’m not just getting the quality of girls that I want but I don’t even care because I have bigger fish to fry. I stopped doing pickup for 10 months or so. Only doing self development and deep meditation and some social stuff. Just meditating has done more for me than the other stuff. If the inner battle is won the outer will manifest. Already defeated some addictions which I’m happy about. It gave me back my self respect and allowed to appreciate myself more.

If you wasted years, did you really wasted years, or was it just a dream? How do you guys look at it? I feel like it took a lot of time to fix certain things in my life and I do have self compassion and understanding towards it, but at the same time I don't have true peace with my mistakes on an emotional level. Although I do have my whole life in front of me, I was very foolish in my early 20'ies.

It is more important with what kind of energy you look at her. She will sense every small drop or hike of energy. Girls are attuned to that. If you have the right energy she won’t care where you look. If she gives you those Bambi eyes or fuck me eyes you are good.

Some people are in love and have sex, in that case it is an expression of love. But there are also a lot of people who don't have love in their hearts and use sex to fill the gap in their empty hearts.

I have great relationships with older women. I'm childish and I'm with admitting that because that is what I'm at this moment. I think I trigger their mother instinct or perhaps I don't and they just like me; I'm not sure about that. Also women in their late 30'ies and 40'ies are drawn to me but I'm not drawn to them. Especially in the summer, these women are throwing themselves at me. But I don't like women older than myself. Probably you are right about me and younger women, they can smell the thirst or I don't know what they smell but they just don't dig my vibe. I have had a lot of traumas also so there are times that I don't have a light vibe but a more heavy vibe. Young girls just want to have fun and I'm not always fun. This is not easily fixed but I'm doing a lot of release work exercises by Joe Dispenza and David Hawkins. You definitely watched too much porn. Lmao.
