There is a difference between understanding the game and playing the game. I always make face palm when I read people writing you are not your body and you are the only person in the universe (sollipsim). These are all theoretical understandings and it is all fine and dandy to have such trans-human fancy philosophical views but at the end of the day you have to play the game, may it be the survival game, emotional game, romantic game or whatever game you are playing. Before going in you should do the shenanigans with breathing in-out and breath hold. Not during it as far as I remember.

If you aren't healthy you shouldn't do breath hold for 1,5 minutes. But for somebody who is healthy it is do-able. I usually don't do it in the shower or bath but on the bed, does Wim recommend you do it in ice baths?

It doesn't cause lack of oxygen, you actually get more oxygen in your system through the quick breathing. It seems like you don't understand how it works.

Even if you live in a good apartment you still can encounter such stuff. I live in an impressive apartment but there are some people from other neighborhoods that camp in front of my apartment to smoke, make noise, play music very hard and leave dirt. My ABC map is backed up by OneDrive. And I see that OneNote backs up the OneNote file to this ABC map. Does that mean my OneNote file is backed up twice? Once backed up by OneDrive and another backup by OneNote? Or is it smart to have it backed up like this? I’m asking because my OneDrive is running low and I need to delete stuff.

@Michael569 5 gb Ok, that is what I thought. I thought OneNote had their own servers but they just use OneDrive as the cloud service. If I deleted the OneNote files from OneDrive that would have been disastrous. In that case I would have lost my files.

Get in front of the mirror, compare yourself to a spider , and then an jelly fish and then a squid. Do you look similar? In my opinion aliens could look like creates from the movie The Arrival. In fact that alien in the movie looked like a giant squid. And squid are relatively intelligent. Now go to the zoo and try to have an emotional exchange with these animals and see if you will be successful. They are from the same planet and you will still have trouble. You could say, these animals aren't intelligent, well you don't have to be intelligent to have emotions. The only animals who we can have emotional exchanges with is domesticated animals who evolved to be like us.

I just watched Leo's post on The Varginha Incident - Brazil's Roswell and now I think it is even more fishier than I though. What are the chances of aliens looking like us with two legs and two arms and that they would have human emotions. This would either mean we are related to these aliens (our ancient ancestors mixed with them) or these people are just pulling things out of their ass and don't have a good enough imagination to come up with some real freaky alien stories. If real aliens from other planets would come into contact with us they would look really different from us and we would have very hard time communicating with them, especially on an emotional level and this dude is talking about emotional exchange between aliens and a human lol. Just look at the distance between species on earth. We have a hard time communicating on an emotional level with most species on earth, let stand having an emotional exchange with an alien.

I had a girl like this last week. It is give and take. I have no trouble giving but at the same time it is also ok to demand. I mean, she has a mouth and such.

From my experience this is fundamental when taking psychedelics. When you take psychedelics your brain activity can 10x its activity. You can’t break but you can put your “mental clutch” in neutral or at least you can learn this. If you try to break or get caught up in a mental loop it can fuck you up big time. That is why I always meditate a half day before doing any trip. Sexual transmutation gave me immense power and physical, emotional and mental discipline. I already opened several threads on the benefits of this spiritual technology but it fell on deaf ears for the most part.
