I found this the hard way and after two years of therapy.. for me therapy was used to further entrench myself in my mind but I guess I needed that trench warfare to find that wisdom

And men that wage a lot of war or fight a lot or men wide weak masculine side and strong feminine side. Stoic trait is a masculine trait. -

You should act like how your karma dictates and not be ashamed by it or have any regrets.

In Middle East good will is not appreciated. Only power politics will work. It is mostly SD red demographics so SD green policy won’t stick. We have seen this in Afghanistan and elsewhere. People in this thread are way too airy fairy. -

Israel is playing for the long game. Demographically Israel would disappear if it followed SD green policy. -

Power of media is critical power in war. People just don’t know the suppression of Palestinians. A lot of lessons in this war. -

He talks about that too. His spirituality is very practical and scientific. No need to waste time following other people who are circle jerking each other to infinity.. I always recommend him to newcomers to spirituality. -

Israeli intel is one of the best in the world. No way those amateur terrorists surprise attacked without notice. Probably the far right gov allowed this to justify upcoming crackdown. This is Israel’s 911. -

Placebo effect is a real thing and Dispenza has documented how the mind can heal the body. I know somebody who healed cancer thanks to him. But to be successful you need a strong mind. It is not for everybody. If you have a tiny brain it won’t work obviously. -

I was not talking about physical ailments. Although I think if you reach the highest consciousness you can even modify your DNA and fix those ailments. That dude was just not that enlightened. It is proven that you can fix your health problems through the power of the mind (it is called placebo effect). Actually this thread was more aimed at mental-emotional problems. -

@Consept at that moment you make a safe bet (policy) but after 1 year it was clear the situation was sustainable and the policy could have been adjusted. There is no rule that says you have to commit to an option for 2-3 years. -

There is a thing called moderation, right? It is not about no policy at all versus going full Stalinism. I care about them too. But virus outbreaks will happen more often from now on. We can’t afford going in full lock downs to save couple of old people. A lot of people will die from suicide, poverty or some other causes if we keep locking shit down. Sometimes difficult decisions are not easy to take. -
It is concise, with enlightening pictures, and it makes references to Buddhism and mystics like Rumi and such. Much better than parts work book by Teal that is recommended on this forum https://www.amazon.com/Parts-Work-Illustrated-Guide-Inner/dp/0979889715
