  1. I highly advice Leo not to follow raw diet. It doesn't work on the long term and it will make your health issues worse. I recommend he tries the mediterranean diet. Lots of legumes, meats (including liver), fresh greens, olives, and so on.
  2. I was addicted to it for a short while. I’m too busy to waste time like that now.
  3. I read the book the road less traveled book by Scott Peck. It is should become a stable self-help book for spiritual and personal growth. Basically all of Actualized's content in one book (in broad lines). It puts everything together wonderfully.
  4. Going to pop 200 ug soon. I was thinking about recording my voice. I’m afraid I will lose my insights if I don’t. What do you guys think? I couldn’t find anything on this subject on this forum.
  5. @Yog solid plan. Could you share your list of questions when you have it?
  6. I did a recording last year of my 15gr truffel trip. It was a pain in the ass to listen back to 3 hour recording. I never talked like that because I’m not a talker but I literally talked for 3 hours. A lot of things I said was repetition but that gave me the ability to auto correct my thoughts. It was a bad trip and talking gave me relief. Biggest downside was to having to listen back to 3 hours of mostly gibberish, to get the lessons out of it. Mind you: this was one of my first psychedelics trips so that is a factor too.
  7. You can’t skip stages. It wouldn’t be a spiral anymore.
  8. Short answer: yes long answer: yes, but thickness of your penis, skills in bed, your personality and so on matters as much.
  9. I’m using this right now: https://www.actualized.org/articles/ I made my own index in OneNote and make notes accordingly to these sections It is useful however sometimes I come across a video (on YouTube or this forum) and I don’t know in which section it belongs. Is there a way to look it up? The search function doesn’t seem to give the info about in which sub section the video is listed in.
  10. Is this really who you are or did your environment (since childhood) shape you to be this way?
  11. You are right that we don't have control over our immune system but I don't think it is self evident we have control over our ego. Most people live on autopilot and they are not even conscious as described in the book Power of Now. Personally I don't even think highly conscious or enlightened people have free will. The universe might be deterministic and everything is just a chain reaction. Free will might be an illusion.
  12. Eat bone marrow (soup or grilled) to boost up your immune system.
  13. I noticed people give you that thousand mile stare at you. I guess trying to figure out what is going on. It really starting to get on my nerves. Recently I started uni and most people have jobs because it is just 1 day per week attendance. My plan was to not have a job for the coming year so I can go balls deep into spirituality, read a lots of books, do a lot of contemplation and meditation but I’m having doubts now. I think I can live with the reactions of other people but how will it look on my cv? I’m in IT by the way. I’m meeting new people and they ask what I do. When I just tell the honest answer people who are within the matrix (aka batteries of the system) just don’t respond well. Should I perhaps lie and say I have some job I don’t have?
  14. It is also what vibe you radiate when talking about it but I agree with what you said in general lines. Yea, "Just be honest"... Good luck with that in the real world. Perhaps if you have your business like Leo then you can. At the work place and other social places you are just going to be singled out if you act like that. Compromising on honesty/integrity for privacy is a necessity. I'm probably going to say that I'm going to learn more programming, which is partly true and not a lie.
  15. Amazing thread
  16. Most content on youtube channels are just rehashes of the same stuff. I'm not talking about Actualized org fyi. I still haven't connected the dots so I need to rewatch some stuff. And actualized has a video directory on actualized.org which is easily copied. I'm talking about more easy to grasp content from other youtube channels. Just going to make an excel sheet with url and date I think. It has to be chronological otherwise it is useless.
  17. This thread is a good idea.
  18. Perhaps I will say I found a parttime job because for them to understand my position I will have to open up too much (which makes me uncomfortable). I thought about it and the reason why the awkwardness is there is because there is an elephant in the room and I don’t address it. My wrong assumption was that people wouldn’t go into my private shit but most people get weirded out or engage/ask to find out more about my situation. i have two options: 1. Invent a job that I don’t have. (I don’t like this option since it hurts my integrity) 2. Tell the truth which is that I’m focusing on trauma healing, self development, reading books, doing research, learning programming Second option is just too much information.
  19. @Calcifer I’m using OneNote too.
  20. Rarely came across trolls on this forum. I guess I’m not often here.
  21. I live in a first world country so the likeliness of being tortured is close to nihil. I’m in the process of letting all my fears go and I’m doing a fine job but I’m still not there. A lot of hidden fears are still in my unconscious. When I look to my dreams I still have some nightmares like being stuck in a cave and slowly dying without a way for suicide to save my misery. Or like being stuck in a brazen Roman bull (look it up). I’m planing to do high dose of LSD soon and in the far future some DMT. From what I understand there is the chance of getting stuck in a loop of your deepest fears. How do I deal with such fears? Letting go technique won’t work when you are stuck in a brazen Roman bull.
  22. Does empty stomach make a difference?
  23. That is until your HARD wired survival instinct kicks in. We are all Buddhist monks until we end up in a brazen Roman bull. I get your point but I think it doesn’t apply to me. I’m not afraid of it right now but when being stuck in a torture scenario in my dreams or during a psychedelic trip it is hard to just accept it when the situation is unbearable. @cle103 That is how I developed my fear of torture too. I’m interested in history and there was even a time that I savored the history of torture by doing research. If I can recollect my thought it was like this: “I’m glad that I’m not stuck in a torture scenario. That is why I always must behave. And if people just want to torture me for no reason or false reasons (which happened in history) I must not give them the opportunity and commit suicide before they catch me”. I think you are right that I should dive deep into these thoughts. There might be some underlying reasons why these thoughts pop up. I had a difficult relation with my mother who would scorn me and pick fights with me for no reason. I don’t know if it is linked to that. I have to find out. Having said that I think everybody would fear what we fear. That is besides the point.
