  1. China as a system is non-sustainable. It is a patch work of different people with different kind of interests. Until now they sustained themselves due to globalism and human exploitation. Soon other economies will replace China and your national income will decline. That will naturally cause a disruption within China. They failed to create a national market to replace export. In 10 years or something we will see the disintegration of China. I recommend the book "the next 100 years". It explains it very well.
  2. If your intuition is good do it. If you don't trust your intuition and don't have clear intent and self image leave it aside.
  3. China is a monster that will eventually eat itself up. Now the Uighurs are on the menu. After that others will be on the menu. And eventually the leadership itself will be on the menu. Unfortunately though. Soon there won't be any Uygur left. We will only know them from pictures.
  4. @Dancer @Someone here I meditated on that and it was amazing. ?
  5. @Someone here ok. I thought you implied there is no distinction between falsehood and truth, because you said there is only truth.
  6. That is what I was going to ask. Why meditate if one is already enlightened? And if there is no truth versus falsehood, and everything is truth I don't get why we have to contemplate, meditate and so on.
  7. So basically there is the truth and the interpretation of truth in the brain
  8. Aren't there different kinds and degrees of enlightenment?
  9. I already read those.
  10. Multiple approaches is adviced: Start with schematherapy. Then CBT. Gestalttherapy. Then EMDR to finish off.
  11. I read the first part of the book. I still have to finish that one. Those looping models are hard to grasp and memorize but once memorized it can be applied to a lot of things. I hope the remaining part of the book will give me more clarity. Lateral thinking is very good. I will look into my journal for those other book titles.
  12. Last weekend I did some low dose LSD and I started meditating. I got caught in a loop. In the beginning I tried to figure it out but I quickly discovered it was just a loop and there was nothing to solve: strange loop. It was kind of frustrating and I really didn't know what to do. I felt kind of dumb too. I just gave up.
  13. Nowadays it is better to be ruthless and being a nice guy. Exactly because of such girls. Don't fall for their "men are trash". It is really them. I don't see them picking a nice guy who isn't a prick and doesn't spike her emotions because that is "boring". As a nice guy you really have to pound some before you can dial back the assholeness.
  14. I have to pick up his books sooner or later. I thought emotions produced thoughts. Emotions are low res. Thoughts are high res consciousness. I'm trying to surrender but it doesn't really help when I'm on psychedelics. During normal meditation it works and I kind of lose myself but there is a headache.
  15. Toxic green is a problem. I don't get why they should get a special treatment. I don't think green is being singled out.
  16. I'm very bad at letting go on psychedelics. The emotions are just overwhelming and intrusive.
  17. Learn from it and move on. If you carry that trauma energy with you, it is going to fuck you in the ass. I have been scammed and I see it as a lesson. There is really two modes, opening up more, or closing yourself off. If you are scammed, and it was your fault, you should be glad and learn from it.
  18. Psycho-cybernetics mentions the concept but I would like to learn more about it. Basically a lot of books make use of requisite variety but they don't call it that way. Requisite variety is closely linked to creativity. I know some good books about it. I can post it if some are interested.
  19. This book is the real deal and very foundational.
  20. Eggs, black olives, greens, fresh pressed coffee. Medium rare steak and a great salad. Kefir drink. Asian style high temperature cooking. Make good food combo's. Learn about Ph balance.
