  1. As somebody who is involved with spirituality you should know that you aren't the body and shouldn't be identified with it. At the same time, you want to keep your host healthy. Try cutting out wheat, sugar and salt as much as possible. Study Ph balance and keep a good Ph balance. As for aging. Being old is relative. When you are 40 and you look back, you will say you were crazy that you thought you were old at your age. You can't avoid death so the best option is to accept it. Look what is underneath the fear.
  2. That is what I'm thinking too. There was too much tension in the beginning for it to be friendzone interaction. I think I just fucked up by leaving too much silences. Other than that the conversation was 10/10 and I think we both enjoyed it. This woman was like 9/10 in terms of beauty. I think woman are picky about the energy that guys radiate. I was calm, funny witty overall but there were some moments that I thought: "damn, I don't want to lose this fish" during those micro silent moments.
  3. Body language told me something different.
  4. Hard to tell after one conversation. She was a little nervous.
  5. Everybody has its own path. I don't have to be a cheerleader to watch his videos.
  6. Only mistake I made: unintentionally leaving silent moments. I was ok with the silences but she wasn't I think.
  7. Why would OneNote not be future proof? I'm using Onenote 2016. Until now I haven't came across any problems. OneNote is part of a larger Microsoft ecosystem. I won't be leaving Microsoft OS anytime soon so I won't have a problem. The mindmapping fuction of Obsidian is interesting. I'm using another app to make those mindmaps so currently having two separate systems. Obsidian would solve the split but from the looks of it, it is not very advanced and it feels gimmicky. My mindmap software is much more advanced so I will stick to my setup.
  8. Predators have big brains. That is why we humans are smart, and a cow is dumb relative to us. If you have a small brain, vegan diet will work out for you. If you have big brain, vegan diet just doesn't cut it. Perhaps vegan diet will cut it for you, but not for the long term. On short term you will burn your reserves and then slowly decay. Like 80-90% of your energy goes to the brain. To power a big brain we need cooked food, easy to digest, and high in easy to digest fats, calories, minerals and vitamins. Behind veganism there is a huge industry to pump out vegan products and vitamin pills. They create the problem: veganism. Then create products to sell it to the masses. Problem with vitamin pills and other vegan nonsense products: our body isn't made to absorb vitamin pills. We need organic stuff which is easy to absorb from.
  9. Women don't usually scan for sexual objects like men do. I asked a girl and they said during the day they are busy with their own hot girl stuff (most of the time) and they don't value scan even when they are in the market for a bf. She said during nightlife or things like that they would scan for guys they like but during shopping/during the day she said they didn't do that. At the moment there is a lockdown, and the only way to approach them ladies is in the supermarket or on the street. I do get some eye contact from some of them but most of them are just busy with their hot girl shit. The reason why I opened this thread is to understand the female mindset. Do their brain just work different? Do they think "I'm a hot girl, so I don't need to value scan the environment, the high quality confident men will find me"? If you are ok looking dude and you act like hot girls, you are not getting a partner. Girls are privileged in this way but I do understand the male/female dynamic. Basically good looking/confident/high status men present themselves to the girls and girls pick from the options that are present (sniper approach), while men have to do a more shotgun approach and approach multiple girls until he finds the ones that are interested. For the PUA on this forum, do look for indicators of interests? Are these any value for you? What I noticed is that it is important to project your -non-verbal - high positive energy onto the girl. If she accepts your energy projection (non-verbally or not), it is peanuts after that. Energy game is so important.
  10. @Emerald very interesting. For women bonding is very important. As a guy if you can't bond with people because of trauma or a deficiency you are pretty much fucked. Most incels are stuck because of this I think.
  11. @Emerald a lot of women tell me that. They just let it "happen". They don't do or think about it which I find fascinating. The chemistry element just doesn't happen though. From the female perspective it might seem that way. Inner state of the male can be developed. If the guy is chaotic, insecure, and not confident, most women will reject him. Girls want to feel comfortable. And if the guy is not comfortable, the woman won't feel comfortable. At this moment I'm not even busy with pick-up or getting a gf. I'm too busy with myself and therapy. I'm raising my consciousness/mood, my general vibe is raising, and I noticed that girls love the positive vibes; I'm not trying anything. I'm basically being myself and just walking by. Women just pick it up.
  12. Nothing wrong with acting aka using masks. Just don't make an identity out of it.
  13. Levelling up in SpiralDynamics doesn't provide pussy but levelling up in the levels of consciousness (David Hawkins) does.
  14. I didn't know that and I didn't know that women don't know that about themselves. When I'm depressed I never get attention but if I meditated or did something to pump up my mood I get a lot of attention from women. This is the insight I got: It is like they don't look at my physical appearence. My physical appearance doesn't change in a day. For example yesterday I was depressed and girls weren't seeing me. Today I was pumped up and I got eye contact and smiles. Currently not even doing pickup. I'm focused on myself but I did one approach. Unfortunately I broke my state very quickly and I got nervous and she picked that up through the law of state transference. I just excused myself and I left without even trying to get her number. State control is so important. The fucked up part is this: emotions / states can't be controlled. Only way to control a state is by infusing it with mindfulness.
  15. I read the spiral dynamics book but I had to jump huge sections. It is just useless bullshit. Even if I read it I wouldn't remember it. Why wasting time and why read just to read. I'm reading it to learn something and don't tolerate gibberish. Recently read Wilber. It is night and day. A lot of things became clear to me.
  16. I'm investing in myself. I couldn't bare the emotional labor of investing right now while I'm working on productivity and trauma. Investing in bitcoin is, was and will be a safe bet. The risky coins are those alt coins. There is higher reward but also higher risk. Bitcoin is relatively safe but it is a bet, like all investing. Otherwise it wouldn't be called investing.
  17. I should have put all my money in BTC when it was 15k. I was hesitating so much. In hindsight it is easy to talk though.
  18. @Lyubov if you are fugly it doesnt matter
  19. It is only wasted if you didn't learn your lesson and continue for another 20 years.
  20. One can't really blame people who expect Leo to heal himself. After his 5 MeO streak of 30 days (if I remember correctly) he made outrageous claims and said he could - probably - heal his health problems. These people who expect Leo to heal his own problems don't come out of nowhere. It is directly linked to the claims that Leo made. Also it is nog strange people look at the teacher and what kind of legacy he leaves behind. General rule of thumb: if you want to know if you picked a good teacher, look at his personal life and generap happiness. And ask yourself: "do I want to end up like that?"
  21. What I'm confused about is this: I thought spirituality was about not understand everything and being ok with it.
  22. It is definitely not an one time seminar. You really have to do it more than once. The first view weeks are about the projective modes. I didn't have to practice these modes too much. It is advised to focus on the modes that you need to develop. And you really need to look through the bullshit and bragging by Jeff. The material is really good. I wonder if he did all the research or if Owen helped hem. I never saw this model anywhere else. Nor does this Jeff idiot give sources for the model he used.
  23. Just finished this program: https://www.charismamastery.com/live Just, wow! It is a indirect approach to pickup but it is so hands-on. You really can become a natural with this program. Especially if you have bad programming because of deep negative influences during your early years it is a very good program. It is an outside-in approach. The program looks at you as an energy system with inner systems and outer systems. The outer (projective) modes/subsystems are: vocal, kinestic, and facial modes. These are the modes you use to communicate to others. In the program you get to train each projective mode seperately and put it together with other projective modes, because all the 3 projective modes work together. The inner projective modes/subsystems are intellectual mode and emotional mode. Apparently the intellectual intervenes with your outer projective modes when you have bad programming. This is what causes "non-charismatic behavior". The emotional mode disrupts the intellectual mode. It also talks about the intuition and the higher observer. It is kind of goofy but according to him we get universal energy through our higher observer. The intuition is the mode which allows us to use the universal energy to express ourselves. I was pleasantly suprised by this program. I knew him as a knuckle head but it seems he changed and become spiritual. Very stage yellow type of program. What is annoying is him trying to impress the viewers by using fancy words and totally half-assing it. The material is good to follow on average but from time to time he does make strange jumps. All in all it is a good program, but I do recommend doing RSD transformations first: that is an inside-out approach to pickup and deals with trauma release and self-limiting behavior.
