You need to eat organ meat. A lot of people have trouble because they eat muscle meat only. Organ meat is difficult to cook but it is super tasty if you can make it right. I'm doing it once a week and it helped me in so many ways. Since I'm eating organ meat I cut back on muscle meat. My body just doesn't need to eat it that often.

I was tracking my hours spend on my LP in onenote with some kind of excel sheet. It doesn't work out. How do you guys do it? I'm willing to spend 10k hours in a span of 15 years. What I did was divide 10k through 15 years and then divide it through 12 months and track it on a monthly basis to see if I'm on track. My question is specifically about what kind of format you are using like excel or something else.

People want to pay a high price so they can justify it to themselves that the content is really worth it. In marketing they have a name for it: halo effect. I guess just donating doesn't give the same vibe.

You are overthinking this. A regular ok looking girl will have multiple options just by being hot. Men will come at her like bees will come to honey. If you are a regular looking guy. This is not the case. Men need EQ to talk to girls. You can look ok but if you can't open your mouth your screwed. On the other hand if you are regular looking girl, just have sexual value will carry you a lot and you would have a big chance of finding a nice guy who can provide and protect. I know some couples like this. The other way around is very rare.

A lot of times I just underline one word. If I export that quote to onenote I don't have any use for one word quote. That is what I meant. I have been taking notes in the wrong way.

I love taking notes in books but I hate how much space it takes to store them. With ereaders it is almost impossible to make notes. Underlining text on a ereader works well though and most of the time it is enough. I have a pocketbook and making notes in epub is just very gimmick and it doesn't work. I hope they fix this with newer models. If they do I would say good bye to my physical books. At least the ones that aren't important for me.

I'm reading a lot of books and it is a pain in the ass to take notes of everything. Good thing with ebook readers is that one can underline and export to onenote but I'm reluctant to do that. Underlining is useless if it is taken out of context (of the text)

The only reason I would want a book shelf is to show off to people. I was thinking the same: buy some physical copies of some books that I already read. Ereader feels like looking at paper Good for you. Unfortunately I'm not a good listener. I'm very visual.

Strategy used by companies can be used by dating too. Also company use strategy of Sun Tzu that was a general. I'm talking about the theory of strategy which can be applied to many aspects of life. Women "think" with their feelings. That is something I can't do. I wish I could tap into that. Women don't make calculations when choosing to spread her legs for you after a first date. When picking a long term partner, women tend to use their cognition more and think about your status, personality and financial position and compare it to her other options.

RSD had a female instructor called Sarah and she gave great advice but there was no credibility. It is like a rapist who cares about wearing a condom. Or a feminist who teaches men how to beat up wives. It doesn't make sense. I saw here in person doing her pitch after the free tour and it become obvious to me: she just does it for the money. I could just sense her intentions and it was nasty. You don't want to learn from somebody who just does it for the money. Females have no interests in understanding men although the other way that is not the case. That is the harsh truth about genders.
