I use both iPhone and Android and I found out speech to text is very advanced in the iPhone. For my businesses I have to text a lot and send emails. And typing is so tiring. I use speech to text and it can be done with minimal effort. On my Android phone it doesn’t work well. Not worth trying if you are rocking an Android. Some people are not use to it and people look at me why I talk to my phone but I don’t get too bothered by that. If you have to text a lot it is definitely a productivity hack you could try.

Instead of reading a whole ass book, you can just find very good summaries on books. It is like seeking for gold, you have to seek and you will find. The key is to read multiple summaries. 1. It will save time 2. You will get multi perspective view if you read multiple summaries back to back 3. Make your own summaries compare it to similar books with saved time Especially if it is a topic you are familiar with it is ok to read summaries from my experience. It is an art to find good summaries though. @Juan thanks your for vulnerability. I’m careful with naming and shaming myself. I haven’t watched porn and fucked a girl so I’m patting myself on the back. I’m not shaming and judging myself. I’m very open and understanding with myself. I exercise 3-4 times a week. I eat very healthy. No fastfood or smoking. It is not my physical health. To be honest I’m not busy with relationships. I’m in the process of accepting women as they are. No way I’m going to tell a women to change on this forum or outside of it. People learn through pain and repentance.

Women have it easier to get sex and that is about it. But the thing is that women just don’t want get pumped and dumped so saying they have it easy is weird. Most women are highly emotional and less rational so their life is an emotional roller coaster. God have mercy on their souls. I’m a very stoic person which comes with its own troubles. I prefer to be a man though. The biological clock for women would seem horrific if I was one. If you are a hot girl you are riding the magic school bus between 16-24. After that women have it much harder. Especially with their looks fading and if they have a kid it is hard to find a life partner I could imagine. For a lot of women it is hard to adjust their standards and date according to their own merits hence the cat ladies and disgruntled feminists. As a guy if you fucked up your 20’ies you can always regain your glory later on. The peak for men is later on life.

I only drink red wine every two weeks. Half a bottle is enough for me to get tipsy. And my rule is to never drink more then 3/4th of a bottle and never eat after. And I always have to do it in a social setting. Alcohol makes socializing much more fun. I don’t see another use for it imo. You will never see me at home drinking and then just sitting at home eating.
