  6. I decided to start a journal on my pickup journey. I started this journey about 5 weeks ago. With night game I had some experience but with day game I was totally new. In this 5 weeks I went from being fearful from just saying "hi, what is up?" to having whole conversations. My approach anxiety decreased considerably but I still do have some. Couple of times I spend more on girls I liked and they just dropped me and didn't even have the respect to tell me why they decided to ghost me. This is really the core of this topic I guess: I don't feel respected and I don't want to be taken advantage of. I know it is probably a reflection of my inner self: I don't have respect (love) for myself so it reflects onto the girl and they treat me like I treat myself. This is something I'm working on.

  15. I don´t really have diet. I always eat healthy food combinations. It is hard to formulate it here but my go to is (green leaf) vegetables and fresh cut meats, fish and other protein. So it other words mostly mediterranean.
  16. You need to go to the source of neediness which is inside. If you find other girls, those will just be another emotional tampon for you. Trigger yourself & let go of identification of neediness and related emotions & repeat.
  17. My old therapist found dogs scary because of a childhood trauma which I found weird. I judged her in my head and felt guilty that I judged her. My thought process was like this: "how is she going to help me if she hasn't fixed her own traumas?". Is it healthy to judge professionals this way? I felt guilty and I suppressed it and now I'm with a new therapist and I'm seeing similar red flags. I've talked to a lot of therapists and a lot of them don't know what they are talking about (purely an opinion and nothing more). Seems like most therapists only study for their university courses and when they are finished they don't really do self-help and own research. Finding a stage yellow therapist is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I don't have time or money for that. Most therapists don't even know about meditation or about subconscious work: I have to do it myself. I'm really going to therapy for emotional support; with my real problems like overthinking, apathy, dissociation they can't help me with. So my question really is how to deal with these kind of therapists? I'm really not trying to judge them. Currently I use them for emotional support, accountability, feedback and reflection. It is much better than having no therapist; if I didn't get anything out of the sessions I wouldn't go.
