  4. November 13th First Meal: Large Coffee 2 cream 2 Sugar + Banana Pecan Muffin- Take out Second Meal: Fetuccine Pasta w/ Chicken- Takeout Third Meal: Bacon and Cheese whopper + 2 pieces of Cake - Take out
  5. Meditate. Sometimes I feel like someone is prying my third eye open during my meditation, it is an interesting feeling.
  6. Nothing really. I'm just curious. I guess i'm hoping someone will say something that transforms me, but I know I have to be the one to do it. Yea i don't appreciate you attacking me.
  7. I am going to start meditating for 2 hours every morning to begin my day. I believe this will have MAJOR impact on the quality of my life. It's on the board. I'm pumped.
  8. Hey @Yahya. It seems you are going through a very difficult time in your life right now. I recommend beginning a meditation practice to help cope with some of your problems. You are still young, and sometimes being young is hard and you have to find a way to just cope with your situation. Also, I would recommend just trying to avoid the bullies or find a way to get them to leave you alone. Fighting is a bad idea, and if you can find a way for the bullies to get off your back that might dramatically improve the quality of your life.   9. @Swagala I have the same problem with my breathe. Whenever I feel like I let go to direct experience, I always feel like i'm holding my breathe and I need to do something or else I won't breathe. It's very annoying. I think we need to realize that even when it feels like WE are doing something, if we actually look and pay close attention then we will see that it is all happening and we are doing nothing.

  14. What can i do to feel better in each moment. Right now I find upbeat music, binaural beats, and push ups can make me feel better. Do you peeps do anything else to improve your mood? And how can i utilize music and exercise to their utmost feel good potential? Why do good things FEEL good? Why are there songs that can change mood so fast? Why do some songs suck? What is FEELING good??

  18. I am a few days into this journey with the dream board. I do feel different since beginning. I am focusing on doing things that make me FEEL good. I am listening to upbeat music. I'm trying to practice love as much as possible whenever the feeling hits me. I have switched my meditation to the mornings in the hopes that it will have a positive effect on the rest of my day. I have begun listening to Abraham Hicks, and although I face resistance in listening to her I think she has value in her talks. I have to build momentum. I have understood the concept of momentum for a few years now, but hearing it form Abraham Hicks is refreshing to know it's a REAL phenomena. I feel like i'm building momentum. I can keep it up. I've done it before.

  20. Be kind to yourself. Don't worry about rushing through this, it is a process. Start doings things that make you FEEL better. Like music, exercise, etc. Then build momentum on that feeling. Good luck (:

  22. @Nak Khid Man i cooked today. i just hate doing it so much. I want to stay away from high carb stuff like pasta if i'm going to cook at home. I'll keep thinking about it and trying to implement.
