  1. @fridjonk Yeah I found god through LSD. I know what they are, and I know the point. You don't want to spend years seeking through infinity for more and more. The purpose of spiritual practice is for the present moment to become good enough so you don't need to seek. Then you live, create, and just be. Leo will change his tune soon. Seeking has to come to an end at some point.
  2. @fridjonk Eventually you won't need psyhcs. Psyhcs are training wheels to find god. If you find god without them then the drugs are pointless. Pretty sure @zeroISinfinity could do 5-meo and have almost exact same experience as his realization in meditation. Don't fetishize psychs and understanding like Leo, big mistake. Get the message from psychs and embody through actual practice and bringing the path to your life.
  3. @zeroISinfinity You are getting better it's great to see
  4. @LfcCharlie4 Its all about integration and embodiment. The experiences mean nothing if they aren't translated to your everyday sober life.
  5. I've been doing them for about a week and I notice a difference. I think a key part of the entire enterprise is just the attention on deep breathing. I think prior this challenge I just wasn't taking time throughout the day to deeply breathe, and just that change has produced major changes.
  6. @Charlotte What kinds of projections specifically? Can you give an example in your life?
  7. @Surfingthewave How did you switch from meditating from a dualistic point of view, to a pure non-dualistic form of meditation. I still meditate from a dualistic, self doing the meditation, pov, but I also am aware that the point of practice is to glimpse the non-dual nature of reality and then meditate on that insight. Any thoughts on finding a specific practice that facilitates this recognition? I'm using the waking up by sam harris and he mentions this specific point, but I don't even know if I've had the recognition yet and i'm very confused on this subject.
  8. @28 cm unbuffed When we see the world through the eyes of understanding we see that we are everyone. Great insight about leo
  9. @Nahm Could be worth doing a post on that very topic. I was meditating 2 years before I found the forum, and then enlightenent became real for me. I imagine lots of people think Meditation x Time = Full awakening. But the shadow work or deeper understanding of reality is where it's at imo.
  10. @Gajuun I use practice tool to drill abilites. I'm currently working on nailing renekton's combos. I haven't thought about that yet but it's a great idea. I'm trying to nail my mechanics and game knowledge right now. Like I want to ensure I have all combos on muscle memory to ensure max dmg on renek. Also I want to learn all the main matchups top so I know all trading patterns and how to dominate lane. I think watching pros will come after I do the above. What rank are you?
  11. I am going to start a journal to track my contemplation on different areas of my life I am trying to improve. @Nahm recommended that I pose a question or an issue i'm trying to solve, and then let it go and allow the insights to come to me. So i'll likely post a question to myself and then go meditate or do yoga, and then allow the insights to come and i'll record them here. If anyone has any insights into how to better use contemplation to progress on the path that would be appreciated to.
  12. What practices are most effective to achieve enlightenment/awakening? Meditation practice that allows recognition of the non-dual nature of reality
  13. How can I make progress towards becoming a challenger league of legends player? Drilling combos Learning specific matchups Practicing in normal and ranked What drills should I do? aim booster practice range focusing on 1 or 2 combos per training session What videos should I watch? RTO SRO What should be the main areas of focus to improve as a top laner? Learning combos of your champion Playing meta picks learning all matchups for your specific champions
  14. @Ross Labby How are other areas of your life? How are your practices, like meditation yoga etc? Would you consider yourself on the path to enlightenment? For me my life purpose came together when I was in intense seeking, I was doing multi hour meditation sessions in the float tank and the insights about LP just came to me. I think having a strong foundation of spirituality and self help makes life purpose a lot easier. A lot of those concerns you mentioned are legit, and there's no real way of knowing that what you're doing is the best and you couldn't have done better in another area. But that's true of anything we choose to go after. Maybe Michael Jordan would have been happier as a baseball player rather than a basketball player. But at some point you have to have confidence in yourself and your ideas. Also who's to say you can't do music, and then start a podcast about music? You can be multi dimensional, no reason to limit yourself.
  15. @Emerald Wow very accurate nice. Any tips on where to begin shadow work? I bought a spiritual course a while back with a shadow work note book, but It was prior to my awakening and I thought maybe I don't need it.
  16. @Emerald What can I do to improve my general well being. Energy, positive mindset, business success etc?
  17. @Monika I'm going to promote my blog through playing games at a high level. I'm currently playing league of legends and I'm planning on writing content and getting the blog going once I hit masters rank. At high level games, there are 10's of thousands of viewers watching games because of twitch streamers so it will be easy for me to just link my website and gain traction like that. That is the main way, but I can also get in contact with streamers who are interested in healthier content then just pure toxicity. The quality of the content is most important. I can link my blog to 1 million people but if the writing doesn't provide value then it won't matter how many people I reach.
  18. @zeroISinfinity Thanks. I always wondered is your dog actually named mcguru ??
  19. @FoxFoxFox What is it about in your view? Or where can I learn more about it? Also do you have any specific practice recommendations? I do between 30-60 mins of mindfulness meditation per day, but I find I get bored a lot and i'm hoping for a practice that brings something more than just mild relxation. I want vitality, energy, bliss etc. I want to be the best me I can be, and that comes with feeling as good as possible.
  20. @FoxFoxFox So how would I go about embodying the peak experience I had on LSD? Have you done psyhcs?
