  1. What kind of diet and exercise regime do you have?
  2. Personally I think a healthy vegan diet is a way to go. It offers vast variety of different types of foods and gourmet things like cakes as well, so it is not that strict and it is much easier to transition into. Vegan diet on its own can be quite challenging in this modern meat-eating processed food -environment and nailing that can take years. Raw diets are wonderful, but personally I think that if you want to go high-speed on your personal development, there are other tools like meditation and contemplation that should be the core focus of your practice.
  3. Yes, I understand why you would want that. It does feel good to be more confident. However I am not sure if Pick Up is ultimately a healthy way to go about it. I am sure it can teach many men a lot of things (as anything in this world) but I think it seems like there can be healthier ways about it. To me it seems like the community has a lot of undesirable effects, thought-patterns and ways of living, even though it does offer some valuable tools as well. My advice would be that if you decide to do it, you need to be very considerate on which tools you use and what kind of motivations you take on board with that type of life-style and that is very challenging and can be very confusing. I would personally wish there would be a better way for you. Maybe Leo can shed light into your situation.
  4. I would ask exactly the same question of those people as well. You can have pets, you can do your make up, you can go to gym - just be aware of WHY you want to do it - this leads to deeper understanding and fuller life-experience. If you wish to have something like better self-esteem, security, admiration, attraction, great relationship or anything else, it might seem logical for the ego mind to approach all the things in the outside world that it thinks will help and it is logical to try that. You can do all these things but be aware that everything you cling to and think will bring you happiness, will eventually bring you suffering as well. It does not mean you should not do these things, but it means that you should not cling to them. You can go to gym and get bulk but do not expect it to end your suffering or clear your problems.

  6. I would assume it is possible on all levels where ego exists. However, some teachers and high level healers say that enlightenment is actually easier in human form due to the perceiving of time and distance. I have no conscious collection of this however at this moment (pun intended :D).

  8. This is a very important question and it is actually THE question that can lead you into enlightenment. I thought of answering to you but then I thought that I will not. You should really ask this question a lot and expect to be showed the way. I will just say that ego is a very clever thing and it will try to out-do you on every level that you are on.
  9. We have to be very aware that polyamory as well is a tradition and mental concept. It offers vast variety of amusement for the ego and one should be very aware why they want to do it. Many people come to polyamory because they have deep emotional issues and are lead by their ego rather than inner awareness. It is another trap for the ego that I forsee to be a big problem for many spiritual seekers especially in the future. To me it is a similar question like "Do all spiritual people in the future own 3 cars?" Well maybe but why would you want three cars? You can have 3 or 10 or 100 cars but it has nothing to do with Truth and dealing with these cars, getting them fixed and washed can take a life time.
  10. I would very seriously ponder the question why you would want to be bulkier. What do you think it offers that you don't have now? Be very honest. You can have any goals you want and many things can support your overall growth. However you need to become aware of why you want these things. You can still do it but be aware of the real reasons.
  11. I think it is very serious if the partner one is with cannot control themselves and prevent cheating. It literally means that they are very confused as a person and with their mind. I think that is something that is very alarming. It shows so many lacks in ability to plan for the future, to take care of a relationship, understand other people's deep emotional needs etc that it is just really bad. I was cheated once and we broke up. It was so painful. Only a person that is very confused can do that to another person. If they would understand the consequences and the emotional pain it causes to a person who loves them, no one would do it. To be honest, I am still hurting from it.
  12. It would be best to stay out of all stimulants. It would be very wise to ask yourself before you are having a cup of coffee to really ponder WHY you want that cup of coffee. What I have noticed that most people use coffee to escape the NOW moment on some level. They want to make it more sparkly, energizing, fun etc. All these moments when you want to escape the present moment, can be used to confront the present moment and the emotions that are boiling inside of you and can be used to FUEL your awareness. If you take coffee instead and get lost in the buzz...well, it is just not that effective. It is not wrong, but just saying that on one level this can actually slow your movement forward. Just something to think about Most people will do amazingly well in their body if they do following things: - Meditate everyday minimum of 20 minutes in the morning and if you have more time, in the evening as well - Eat a plant-based diet with delicate amount of good fats (no fast food, no milk products, minimal amount of sugar, no meat, no sweets, no junk) - Exercise 3-4 times a week - Sleep well - go to bed every day the same time and wake up at the same time Simple but it seems that accomplishing even these things take years to develop in many people, my self included. Supplements are good but if you don't have these basic things down, you are just wasting your money and time No supplement pill will do miracles in a body that is clogged up by horrible diet and other bad habits...Supplements are like fine-tuning. You need to start with the big things to really make a difference.
  13. I am not sure if I understand what you mean. Physical death has nothing to do with enlightenment.
  14. I want to improve my morning ritual. Something that I used to do, was 15 minutes of kundalini yoga, 20 minutes of healing meditation and 20 minutes of kundalini meditation. Then I eat, do my make up and dress up. I do mostly this, but recently I have only done about 30 minutes of meditation. I do want to change that up a bit and find a better and more energetic routine. I think I need to add more uplifting physical exercise type of thing in it. I also need to work on my timing: I tend to be very lazy at starting my routine and it might take me even an hour (yikes, I know...) to even start it. I just wonder around the house and do my other morning things with too much laziness. I would love to hear about other people's routines
  15. If you can be aware of your self, what ever it is that you are doing and your bodily actions and be present while you are doing it, you are doing enlightenment work whilst working on Actualized.org

I think the answer to your problem is very easy: just do what you are doing Now and recognize that your mind tends to worry and wonder off into the future and thinking about the things that you might be missing right now or in the future. The truth is that the very moment when you start wandering in your mind and thinking about what you might miss or you might have to give up, you have lost already: you have lost the moment you are in right now. This is what the mind does: it distracts us from the very moment where we are in and tricks us into all these worries about us losing something or missing out on something when in fact it is nothing you need to worry right now. So this is nothing more than a program that is very typical in a human mind that is just running your life. Become aware of it and do what needs to be done now. One thing you can be sure of: you are never put into a situation where at the same time you are in the office doing work and at a dinner table talking to your date...You will do one at a time. What matters is if you are there when it happens - if you are Aware when it happens.
  17. I have so many books that I love. I have read so many but these are the one's that I am concentrating currently. Books about recognizing difference between the self you think you are and Awareness: Jeff Foster: An Extraordinary Absence Michael Singer: The Unthethered soul Books that are based on Course in Miracles (a way to un-do your mind to return to God-like mind) Gary Renard: The Disappearance of the universe David Hoffmaister: Unwind your mind back to God Marianne Williamson: Return to love Alexander Marchard: Universe is a dream There are so many good books that might help on one's path but these are the ones that come into my mind easily at this point, so I will leave it to that.
