You have to get out darling. This is not the relationship you truly desire and it is not gonna turn into one. If you don't want to leave, you need to do some serious questioning. All my love to you.

You have a trust issue in your relationship and it is partly caused by your previous actions and partly of course by her insecurities.

And then you have blaming thoughts and guilty thoughts to deal with afterwards? You cannot get rid of negative thoughts by acting on them! They never go away. They just transform to another type of painful thought. You cannot get rid of thoughts - many people have tried doing exactly what you suggested and has it worked? Most of them have just destroyed their life following their crazy negative thoughts thinking they will disappear when acting on them...

If you ponder deeply why one would want to cheat, it is always ego doing the talking. Need of experiences, need of approval, need of this or that. Never satisfied and always looking for something to fill the void inside...It never ends up being what people think it is.

Most people don't even know themselves, so it is too much to ask for them to know other people...Many people are married to "strangers" because they have no idea even who they are as people. Most people just live life and do things on auto-pilot and then when they are unhappy at 35-40 years old, they seem really surprised...But it is not really that life situations make us happy or unhappy, but our connection to something greater than our ego. You can have a family, you can have a job, you can do whatever you want, but you need to have that guiding light with you if you want to be happy.

I cannot remember who this was, but an enlightened teacher once took LSD cause his pupil insisted but it did not have any effect on him. I think it is because all these substances are so low consciousness and connected to the sensory elements of the body that when you have fully enlightened, you just do not get lost in the sensory experiences of body or life anymore and that is why it has no effect. -
Great. Just relax into the fear and see what moves through you. It will pass like everything else.

I meditate and usually after that I somehow want to do it or end up doing it. It is weird but that is what happens.

Go to a doctor if you have physical pain. And do it as fast as you can. -

Enlightened person would not get much out of alcohol. It is so low consciousness that drinking would only lower their consciousness and it would not be fun for them. They can do it but it will not be as enjoyable as their everyday awareness so I don't think they would be guided into doing something like that. -
I recommend trying Ramit Sethi's business school online. I have not done the whole course, but I have watched all of his free content and even from there I have gotten so much out of. I can definitely recommend it! His website is called "I will teach you how to be rich" Sounds good right? But he is also very intelligent and super-business minded person with a lot of ideas and practical implications on how to make it.

I don't eat eggs but I think it is not as bad as milk and meat. If you need to keep something animal based on your diet then I would keep eggs. Just make sure they are free range and if possible, organic. And 3 eggs a day is quite a lot...I would recommend more like 6 eggs a WEEK if you need to eat them.

You don't have to agree with Leo on everything or anything at all. That is fine.

Don't try to make the pain better. Just let it stay as long as it stays. It is very tempting to try to find ways to lessen the effect, but the easiest way to be fine with pain, is to welcome it completely in and not try to change it or change your own feelings. If you try to make it smaller or more tolerable, it just comes back again and again cause it wants to be met completely. I can't find the exact video right now where that was from but here are few that might help.

Judging feelings or experiences never helps anyone and especially the person who is thinking that. It just means that person who is doing the judging, is in pain himself cause they cannot live outside their own judgements.

All pain is "good type of pain" if you wanna see it that way. However, it does not mean that you can make or should try to make the pain disappear somehow by rationalizing it. You have to be in it, feel it, welcome it to be one with it. You can ask "How may I serve you pain? What can I do to make your experience of me better?" I learned that from a Matt Kahn video and it has worked wonders for me.

This is my own personal experience. I was in a relationship with a man for 3 years and he cheated on me. We broke up but the cheating did not have anything to do with how much or little I love him. I love him and I only want the best for him and I can see the patterns and the reasons why he cheated on me. However, it would just be foolish to stay in a bad relationship with a person with pain-inducing patterns just because I love him. -
This is simply not the truth. There are so many plant proteins sources that you just need to do your research. If you think about vegetables and your only idea is a carrot and a cucumber, then sure, you won't have much protein, but there is so much more: beans, quinoa, lentils, tofu, soy bean products, vegan protein powder, quorn etc. It is so cheap as well and low in fat. Also most of the personal trainers are as much a slave to the system that we currently have as anyone on the street and most of them have not pushed boundaries with their diet or thinking, so you should not rely on them 100% for knowing everything - cause they don't. They just know what they have done themselves and what they have done all their life. Very few personal trainers have actually tried a vegan or vegetarian diet or done it properly and long term. Look how healthy and vibrant this man looks. Amazing!

I suggest you do some research. It is completely different to drink human body's milk as a baby than to drink other species milk when being an adult human.

What do you think you will get from this experience with Ayahuasca? Why do you want to travel this far to experience it?

Thank you for telling your story. Heart breaks are always hard but especially the first one. Did your ex tell you why she wanted to break up?

This is such a good thing to do. It really makes you aware of all the emotions that you try to escape with sex and masturbation and orgasms. Excellent tool to learn more about oneself, understand the patterns in ones life and understand physical addictions and belief patterns.

Well I ain't talking theory here It is completely possible to have a relationship whilst on self-developmental path. If you aren't currently having a positive relationship and do self-actualized work, then you have bumped into your next lesson to become more self-actualized.

First you need to get your immediate life in order. That is your life purpose right now. How is your diet, exercise, how about your emotional and mental well-being? 1. Clean out your diet, no processed food, very little sugar, no fast food, no sodas, no milk or other milk products, vegetables should be main food source with little fat (if you have most of your calories from fat, you will have problems), learn to cook. 2. Take a regular meditation practice. Start with 10-20 minutes a day. 3. Start a exercise program of some kind. If you haven't done anything, aim for 2 times a week. 4. If you have emotional problems or mental problems, go and seek a therapist and attend at least 1 a week for minimum of 6 months. 5. If you have problems with sleep, you should correct your sleep pattern. This will keep you busy and your life will massively change. This is your life purpose right now. When you have this in order, you can proceed to next thing but not yet.
