There's "time eating window" which is recommended to be 8-10 hours. What's that window precisely? Let's say, I'd eat 8:00 til 18:00 -- any time I want, any amount, like a pig. But from 18:00-8:00 of the next day - no food. That is, the window will be 10 hours: from 8-18; consequently, non-eating window - 14 hours. The former can be descreased, as the latter increased. Is that what how it's supposed to work?

Of course. But prevention of a dease with a low mortality rate is done by.... healthy life-style. What a surpise. Non vaccinated people, and vaccinated too, who have no heath defects, simply don't have any issue with recovering from covid. For them it's nonthing but a flu. If you need a vaccine to prevent covid, or if you think you do, than either there're ALREADY problems with your health, or you've been watching and listening too much TV, news and wrong people. --- That doesn't imply that people don't die. They do. But look at the death rate. And compare it with deaths from other deases that occur and have been occuring always - cancer, diabet, yellow feaver, obesity, alcoholism, smoking... and so one.

Your problem is that you assume that there's a) only 1 virus - c19 - in this world and b) vaccine is the ONLY cure from it. That's a narrow naive worldview. There're 1000s of viruses out there. Some rare, some aren't. Let's take a 100 for simplicity. Then, using your reasoning: if you choose to live in the society, you'd have to give me, and everyone else, a 100% proof that you're not infected with ANY of those 100s of viruses, at ANY given time. And that proof must be not not pills, or immunity of a recovered, but with a vaccine. Go ahead and vaccinate yourself against 100 viruses. You can't? Then, lock yourself at home - you're dangerous for the society. --- You live in the society. Then accept it that you might get infected from someone, or infect some, no matter what. And are you certain that you've never infected anyone with, let's say, a influenza? Maybe that person, or people, died -- because of you. How can you know that that's not the case?

And somehow the anti-vaxxers/unvaccinated hasn't discriminated the pro-vaxxers. The former don't go around screaming "get de-vaxxed", "get unjabbed". Granted, some unvaccinated do scream some things. However, there haven't been any shops, cafes, entry requirements of a country, or places where "only anti-vaxxers/unvaccinated are allowed". Who among the two groups are more like fascists then? Who wants discrimination more?

For a normal person, who has no serious healh issues, whether it be flue, c19, headache or diarrhea - makes no difference. --- You're the representative of whole socienty who has the right to decide who can participate in it, who not? After omicron there'll, probably, emerge shomicron, gomicron, somicron, tomicron, delta, shmelta, gorelta and so on. The solution is, according to mass media of EU, US, CA, AU, their governments and some others as well, and those angry pro-vaxxers (not all but the most angry ones) and big farma, apparently, to get jabbed every half a year, or even every several months as it's in Greece already, against every possible variant. And this is only against this virus. The thing is, the natural immunity lasts normally, 1 year I guess, and is stronger because it includes antibodies AND T-cell memory; whereas the immunity from these vaccines lasts short periods of time and doesn't include T-cell immunity, but only antibodies, and the lattter even don't generated in all the cases. I fugure that after several vaccines and boosters the immune system of a person will say "I no longer am capable to generate protection by myself. Give me a vaccine". And such person has gotten himself on the hook.

In the 1st world countries the vaccination rate is 60...90%, even close to 100% in some smaller countries. For the herd immunity around 60% is enough. So, where is the herd immunity promissed by the governemtns and mass media, by "doctors", by vaccinated warriours, around a year ago? Everyone has forgotten already? Instead, there're new lockdowns, more cases and more deaths in the most vaccinated countries. In some countries, more so than when noone was vaccinated. More vaccinated, more cases, and more deaths, that is. Not less, not the same, but more! Who, or what, to blame this time? Where is that promissed heard immunity?

Now, after I've shown you data that dispooves you and shows that vaccinated are the ones to blame too, increasingly, you're trying to change your mind and adjust for age and heath as well. Ahhhh, those people (governments, toxic vaccine-warriours, most doctors) who assumed they knew -- didn't know..... I see.... that explains everything! They were able to forsee that our knowledge could be limited then, and precisely because of that they were, and some are, against mass vaccination? It's astonishing that some weak people with shitty health give advice to healthy people of how to care about health.

While some people like to think that they help their community by getting vaccinated, they still can spread the virus too. More or less so - it's arguable. I've read that it's more or less equal. However, others really help their community by having strong health, and therefore, not falling sick in the first place, and therefore, not spreading the virus. A non infected person simply can't spread a virus. Or when they fall sick, they do it for a short period time because they'll recover quickly thanks to their health. That - is true help to one's community, which none of the vaccines, or vaccinated people, will ever beat.

Yes. But who are those others in Singapore, if 95% has been vaccinated? There're no others. Or you imply that the people there were getting vaccinated while being infected? --- By the way, there's a wrong dilema here. Apart from those vaccines, there's a drug - Ivermectine - which has been around for decades. Cheap and safe. You get it only when, and if, you've been infected and feel that you might end up in a hospital. Compare that to these experimental vaccines that have been around for a year, that you should get no matter what, and every half a year, and which most people get forced to take against their will.

There're thousands of viruses in the world. All amoung us. Many very dangerous. Why don't you praise God every day that passes by, that you haven't gotten infected with those?
