Hello everyone, I would like to learn Spanish language soon. I am 36, busy, 2 kids and living off grid. Going to lessons is not an option. I am a quite well language oriented female, so I believe I can do it with online lessons, books and self-study. I am considering AI powered app, namely: Jumpspeak. Does anyone have experiences with AI language learning apps, either Jumpspeak of other? There are couple of these available. I would love to hear your impressions or even "hear-say" if you have anyone around you using it. Much grattitude for your answers. Katie

Report: We took 1 acid drop each, which was cca 100 strong. After 3 hours we ate like 3 Golden Teachers per person. I harvested fresh ones that morning from my grow kit, how amazing is that. 💜 We both were 1st day of our periods, so we were both quite sensitive to substances. The sync of periods with my best friend & on the day of tge trip is mindblowing to me. We like like 150km away from each other atm. I was on the top of it 48 hours fasted (still fasting now, day 4), so the 100 of acid was already pretty intense. When the mushrooms came, we got connected to their spirits. We both could feel the playfullness of this beautiful mushroom medicine. They came in very quickly as well, like within minutes I could feel their presence. We started to laugh and dance afterwards. We both had some challenging moments, especially our periods were challenging all the anxieties in our bellies, the psychedellic field was different, very physical. Uffffff, we took / gave each other rapéh tobacco medicine a few times during this trip and it made loops go away, lightened up the period discomfort and cleansed a lot of burps / snots. As we both are medicine women, working with psychedellic medicines & rapé & energy channels, we are quite used to people vomitting, burping, crying, and other processes. It was so nice to share this space with this beautiful friend of mine who understands this and is ok with my/her processes and body releasing gas and fluids. We were snacking the mushrooms, laughing: These are our snacks. Snacks for Gods and Godesses. 😜 It was a great combi, but we also did low doses, so it was manageable. Hey there, have you ever combined Acid and Mushrooms in the same trip? Looking for experiences. We wanna trip today with a dear friend of mine and we cannot choose. Both medicines are calling us at the same time, so we were wondering about the combination. I had no success googling reports. We are both psychedellic space holders, working with clients, serving shrooms and assisting for aya. So we are quite skilled in this field, humble students of these medicines. Clearing kundalini blockages equals kundalini awakening / enlightenment. So, it is a very long journey. Fasting & breathwork are a great alchemy for clearing blockages. As well as kundalini yoga, meditation, psychedelics etc... -

NoFap can create a huge horny distraction loops. That can cause that things get blurry. Kundalini yoga or breathwork can help. Or a good strog rapéh session gives a lot of mental relief. Good luck, it is not an easy practise, so be gentle to yourself. ??

I was on cca 4 hours of sleep on a Pranic retreat where we were not eating any physical food but feeding ourselves with pure Pranic energy. We used tools like meditation, visualisation, qui-kong, breathwork to increase the Prana in our systems. I was lucid dreaming as well that week, it was quite a psychedelic experience (no psychedelic medicines were used, but on day 6 I started to feel like I was on acid). It was a beautiful week! ?? Disclaimer: my daily life, my job, my company, my kids, other stressors were not present on the retreat so it was easier to be well rested with so little hours as well. Generally the less toxines & stress, the more oxygen & healthy habits will help to decrease hours of sleep needed. I started eating physical food after the retreat again. But I now need cca 6-7 hours. It changed me permanently somehow.

There is no better mirror or love explosion than having a child. Raising them is one of the hardest parts of my life. It is the most beautiful lesson. You might lose time to meditate and it will strip you of "freedom". But if you engage in conscious parenting, you start experiencing miracles through the child.

Art is consciousness comming through. It needs a body to manifest itself in various forms (dancing, painting...). Artists are vehicles channeling certain frequencies. Enjoy the process.

Oh yes, yes yes, perfect u did it! And 20 min in -6 is not bad at all. MY forearms and hands are the worst always. Sometimes it almost prevents taking a selfie (damn it! ) because my hands are just too frozen to grab the phone and do the delicate movements. I arrived back home this afternoon, it was a snow blizzard on the road, not the easiest this time (10 hours drive Prague-Eindhoven). And here it is like +5°C and raining. Going for a dip in 1 or 2 days again. Enjoy and stay in touch if u like. Katie

Wau, so happy to hear that you got inspired. Enjoy whatever you want to do in cold, it is a very powerful medicine. Btw, I tried to delete the tag on you in my post, not sure why the quote kept appearing. I wanted to simply add a general reply to the thread. Then I was like "okey, it apperently wants to have Roy tagged." It was probably meant to be that way, haha. For empowered connection. I am on my way back to the Netherlands right now. When prayers are the last thing left in the ice cold water, it keeps the hands "warm" at least. I am currently in Prague, dipping swimsuit-free in one of the lakes here. Today with one other stranger who was on the other side of the lake. We just waved to each other, a bit of a sudden empowerment arrived with not dipping alone. It is here like -2°C, for me temperatures that are really challenging. Afterwards effect for the rest of the day: calmness, inner peace, attacks of gratitude, joy and internal warmth, grounded. I can reaaaaally recommend Lion's Mane 2x3 capsules per day. It helps immediatelly as a nootropic and also on long term. Ideal to take the 3 caps before your morning breathing practise (5 rounds of Wim Hof breathing or 5 rounds of breath of fire or other kundalini breath). Breathing practise is the catalyst for brain regeneration and Lion's Mane can surf on it and repair memory, concentration abilities and boost your meditation practise. I love it, it has helped me a lot in combination with my practise.

I personally look for health internally in my practises and dietary choices. I am getting my boosters regularly in ice cold water. Those are safe and effective and are boosting my health. My body, my choice. I am responsible for myself only (not for my fat&diabetic neighbour) and for my children. And after all I also may get sick, I am born free with a working immune system which I take good care of. I am allowed to undergo a sickness. Grateful for my body. That is the way I look at it. I take ice showers or baths after I am warmed up, so preferably after sporting. The breathing excercise helps a lot with getting a bit warmed up but I prefere to do a run or HIIT before hitting the cold exposure. Or when I shower in the morning I shower with hooooot water, I love it. And I finish the shower with 1 minute cold water.
