  5. hey Leo, i don't have question, aside maybe from knowing how do you keep having thick skin during all those years and not being influenced too much by chasing money or your audience. tell us a bit about your past, family or friends you hang out with in LA?

  7. using terminal is a great hack. thanks for sharing!
  8. one meal a day work great for me, tho make sure to have all the nutrients that you need (i start each meal with a power smoothie, see leo's recipe + flax seeds for omega-3, sunflower & pumpkin seeds for amino acids, soaked dates, turmeric powder + a bit of black pepper, fresh ginger). i use water instead of vegetable milk, cuz the taste is the same in the end. "black pepper contains a compound called piperine, which when combined with turmeric, increases the absorption of curcumin by upto an astonishing 2000%" i'm a big fan of indian (vegetarian) food, so rice based with vegetables and all sorts of legumes. also oats (fiber) with walnuts and blueberries/raisins is noice.
  9. getting a tattoo is the worst idea... i don't like the idea of something definitive (i had a nightmare once were i was covered with tattoos). how about leaving your skin blank? it's pure potencial
  10. i tried to suggest the SD model to hundred of ppl the past 2 or 3 years, friends and colleagues, from 15 minutes to 3 hours one-on-one discussions (briefly mentioning leo, didn't wanted to scare them since leo isn't everyone's style). i only try to introduce someone to spiral dynamics when i feel this person is open-minded, have an interest in understanding culture or psychology. i failed every time! i'm arrogant and have lack of awareness. moving towards being, seeing the beauty, comfortable with not knowing...
  11. @Carl-Richard here is my take on it:
  12. i would suggest "are you dreaming?" by daniel love. i've read a dozen on topic of lucid dreaming, this one is perfect intro.
  13. i've heard the story of someone who figured out at age 40 (after ~20 years of research and trying different things) that the cause of her extreme fatigue was related to heavy metals stored in the body. individuals can get rid of most heavy metals naturally, but since her mom took a certain type of medication while pregnancy, as a consequence she's now unable to get rid of heavy metals - her body was simply storing it (it was unknown at that time, that this type of medication is a threat for the fetus). she took a treatment (i don't remember what it is, but i can ask if needed) during 2 months, which made her even more exhausted because of purging, but in the end it worked and now she's fine. she was barely able to leave house, unable to work, relying on someone else to do grocery store (eating only organic food, no-gluten etc for 20 years - diet didn't changed anything, it's in the DNA). i don't know if it's related. good luck!
