  1. If you are stuck in sleep paralysis, and want to wake-up, just hold your breath for few seconds, then your body will automatly wake-up.
  2. Sorry, my explanation wasn't really clear. I meant that enlightment is not something that can be "learned" or "acquired". Sure all the informations and exercices in the course are very valuable, for every person.
  3. Yes, this course is great ! If you are interested in spiritual enlightment, you don't need this course. But if you are interested in living a great life, this course is for you (you will learn a lot about yourself, and "how to" in details).
  4. I don't try to perform reality check anymore, but i tell to myself "what the matter, if I'm dreaming or not ? Awake or asleep, it's about experiences" so I try to live as vividly as possible. "wind is rising, we must try to live" -paul valery
  5. I though it was pertinent to post this here, to bring awareness around how circumstances/society can influence our choices. Sure, it's pervert, and victims of the experience could have emotional sequels, but Illusionism/prestidigitation is crafted to make you "tilt".
  6. I was skeptic, before someone who did Ayahuasca gave me a clue, that our reality is not the only reality, and that our senses and thoughts as humanbeing, are limited, and a part of this whole "energy" thing. Leo, what do you think of Carlos Castaneda' books ?
  7. Social pressure, this person needed help. It's sad, but keep compassion (I guess blocking your reactions to this event is not the right way, the family should be supported).
  8. Damn, you'r right !
  9. lucid dreaming is a myth, reality is a dream it makes no sense seeking for lucid dreaming, it's the same as awake
  10. (Dynamic link of the track doesn't work in my browser, so I'm listenning on your soundcloud page). I like sound design at beginning, the tune remind me some Mr.Oizo' soundtrack in movie "wrong cops" but with a touch of chiptune.
  11. @Leo Gura Is that true that you want to start a music festival ? Or it was just an exemple ? (in life purpose course, video #80). Maybe it was inspired by one of your client ? I'm interested to know more, because making music (especially electronic produced type of music) is related to my life purpose. Did you coached people in this field ?
  12. Maté (a plant with active caffeine)
  13. I've been vegetarian for 6 years, here is my tricks : - Almonds (calcium) - Linseed oil (omega 3) - Quinoa (iron) - Brewer's yeast (all sorts of vitamins) - Wheat germ (same) - Sprouted seeds of all kinds (fenugreek for proteins) and sprouted bread. - I occasionally eat shellfishes, for zinc and iodine (b3). I would prefer to kill an animal on my own, when it's for eating, but I don't have fishing skills. B12 is the only thing that cannot be found easily in vegan/vegetarian food (this vitamin lies in the ground, when herbivorious eat grass and transform this vitamin, then it can be assimilated by carnivorous). The only way for vegan/vegetarian is synthetic B12. (Be carefull : Spiruline is a hoax/marketing, it cannot be assimilated). Eat soy only if it's fermented, as tofu of miso. Never drink soy milk or unfermented soy products, because of estrogene. If you'r vegan body builder : loaf with lupin flour and fenugreek seeds (a friend of mine who's vegan and fight at MMA told me this, there is 20 times more protein in there than any meat). Eggs are important ! Cheese is ok, but milk is unnecessary, after you growed up. Rice : ALWAYS the whole/brown thing, or there is not point eating it. Some people says that avoiding gluten is good, even if you'r not allergic to gluten (see acid/alkaline). I didn't given a try yet, too lazy. Black radishe is good for liver. Don't over eat milk products in all cases (many diseases start here...) As Leo said in his video, best is organic food, but depend on where you live on earth (it's probably easier to eat heathier if you live in a hobbit house, than big cities). Even if it cost more, think about giving your money to local farmers, than world wide companies). Sometimes the food we eat travalled 3 times around the world before we eat it.
  14. I noticed that when I'm seeking for minimalism in my physical environement, it's because I'm seeking for minimalism in my head. I've finally figured out that it's another way to procrastinate, when the real change can happens in your mind. I can't wait for a video on Kaizen on Actualized
  15. SoulBass, I'm a 25 old man living in France. Hobbies : bouldering/rockclimbing, and riding my bike. When I was 17, I discovered a tiny book on buddhism in my parent's library, I start questionning myself about what is reality. On 18 I watched "Zeitgeist" documentaries (which I think are kinda subjectives now) and become vegetarian. On the same time I discover Eckart Tolle' audio books (in my native language) that I listen every night on my mp3 player, as I fall asleep. I start to recognize emotions, and have some "spiritual" insights. On my 19, I feel an inexplicable pain coming from nowhere, such a metaphysical crisis (thinking backward, it was linked with teenager's hormones). In this period I listen to pink floyd 24/7, discover Lovecraft novels, read all the books I can find on H.R. Giger, and fall in love with paintings of Edward Hopper and Egon Schiele (my studdies was arts oriented). On 20, I continue reading books, on several topics such as psychology, NLP, kaizen, subconscious... and practice meditation. A friend of mine advise me to read "The Game" by Neil Strauss, which I read in 3 days. From 21 to 23 I'm very busy with studies and my girlfriend, so that I don't have time to spend on self-help. On 24 (last year) A friend of mine at work, tells me about Actualized' videos. Last 12 months I've been questioning myself about my job/career, and felt the need for a change. I bought the Life' Purpose course this summer (which I've almost finished) though that it would be the perfect "springboard" for my job change. I've learnt so much things that I've did not expected in this course, thanks for this. My plans for future : life purpose, doing more meditation and raising more awareness, and doing more lucid dreams (something I want to explore in my life, I'm still at my first steps). (I don't try to overcome my weaknesses, I just let them flow and let things happens...)
  16. P. D. Ouspensky' The Psychology of Man's Possible Evolution (google it and you can download a .pdf) Eckhart Tolle' The Power of Now (audiobooks on youtube) In the end, reading books doesn't make differences, it's just you practicing meditation, and trying to figure out by yourself.
  17. It's probably matter with the addiction to the dopamine that our brains release when we are in the anticipation of a reward. Studies showed that the level of dopamine is even higher during the anticipation, than the reward itself.
  18. Try to have a physical journal instead of a digitial one, that could helps you to un-hook from internet. Allow yourself to spend some time on facebook/instagram too, like one-time-per-week and find a balance.
  19. Thanks for sharing your experiences, and for inspiring writtings. I can't wait for that ^^ I'll be definitely following this journal. I've heard of someone who made the Ayahuasca, and have the capaticty to go into someone else "mind" or spirit (psychological) and unlock things, from negative past experiences. It's a friend of mine in which I trust who told me this story, I got the phone number of this "healer" but I never had the courage to call, to ask him some questions, such like "How to do that ????" I have fantasmed on time travel through power of conscioussness, but scientists says that it is finally impossible (note : I consider sciences like another opinion). It remains me the story of Ettore Majorana who studied time his whole life though mathematics/physics, and disapeared on a specific date, a date that he chosen years before (people think of a planned suicide). I also watched videos on youtube of people who have received (often not by choice) the capacity to hear deaths voices and help people communicate with them (I'm aware that youtube is full of fakes, but I saw videos in my native language which seems really convincing and felt "real"). So it seems to be there is conscioussness of death bodies floating somewhere (in a "bardo" as buddhists says), which I think is kinda cool, plus there is something like "angels" or guides. I rode "the war of art" by steven pressfield (a book advised by Leo), the author talk about a divine consciousness, or a "muse" that feeds our imagination, when it comes to create something for the good of humanity (a piece of art as exemple in the book, like the 7th symphony existed before Bethoven, but he was just the right guy to "hear" it). I don't know if it's true or not, but in the end it doesn't matter, I find it inspiring and it helps. That all I have to say, a lot of questions, but I can't figure out until I manage to meditate more seriously.
