Do you have writer's block ? Or do you believe, that you have writer's block ? You probably have a reason in the past, that made you afraid or "doing things" because of the reptilian brain. Leo talks about zone of genius, that push you out of your comfort zone. Try with little simple exercises, then bigger ones (aim for small goals first). Also, meditation practice.

This seems to be an awesome product. The life purpose course was really mind-blowing already, and eyes opening... The subconscious mind is one of my fav topics. How do you know that it is called "subconscious reality course" ? I wonder what insights Leo have found while using 5-MeO-DMT...

Try this (@week-ends, when you have all time, and by yourself, if possible). - set an alarm approximately after 5 hours of sleep. - stay awake for 20-30 minutes. - go back to sleep, and try to stay awake while falling asleep (this is called WILD, it doesn't requires reality checks techniques). You'll experience all sorts of various things, sounds, sensations, and if you fall asleep without entering the dream directly, it's not important. You may remain that you are in a dream later. To focus your brain on a specific thing, while falling asleep, you can count in your head (1 - I'm dreaming right now. 2 - I'm dreaming right now. 3 - I'm dreaming right now... etc) you can focus on a sensation or a place that you know very well in real life, or in your childhood's past (a thing that works for me is my grand parent's house, which where I have a lot of memories) or ridding a bicycle, if you know that sensation very well in real life. It doesn't mean that you dream will be about that particular place, or about ridding a bicycle, but it's just a way to "focus" your mind while falling asleep. The difficulty is to let go, enough to fall asleep, but don't totally loose your awareness (some parts of the brain will still stay active). You can train these parts of the brain during waking life, by doing reality checks, or practicing awareness. Also, consider your waking life as a dream, it's a good starting point... (there are much more depth here). I'm not super experienced in lucid dreaming, but I did some, induced or spontaneous. One of the most profound experience I had was after a week of awareness practice, I did a WILD and found myself in a dream where details were extremely vivid and realistic. The forum Dreamviews and the book "Are you dreaming ?" by Daniel Love, are great resources. (I recently bough some crystals, and experiment with these. I got good results with a Scolecite, on the 6th chakra). -
I suggest you read joseph campbell's book "the hero's journey". I think there is a value in all form of narrative medias, but it also can be wasteful. It can be useful to feed your subconscious mind with various medias, if you feel attracted to a specific genre/theme, at a specific moment of your life, it's probably a good idea that you do it. Did you watched the movie "Forrest Gump" ? It's a great example of someone who experienced tones of things, and you can learn and grow from that fictional character/story.

I've been vegetarian for 7-8 years, today I occasionally eat some fishes and white meat again, and it doesn't feel like "going backwards". Looking back, I think I was clearly acting like the green stage in spiral dynamics ("The Grand Model Of Psychological Evolution - Clare Graves & Spiral" Leo's video) -
Once someone said of this forum (I don't remember who) that Ego's have the illusion of choice. I found this interesting. I'm not expert in astrology, but I would say that your life is already written, and will unfold naturally. All you have to do is "going with the flow".

What is true about the pineal gland ? I've heard that DMT can be produced naturally by the brain, especially at the moment of the death, but also while doing consciousness works like lucid dreams. I've heard that when you commit to suicide in a lucid dream, your brain, eventually, can produce DMT, which can leads to an OBE.

My method : I have a notebook and a pen next to my bed/pillow, and when I fall asleep I think about decisions... As falling asleep, brain waves get slower, which is a nearest place to the subconscious, some ideas can came out.

Leo created a "niche" so several ppl can express self-help videos in a similar youtube format. Brett Jones could find his own style into that. -

I wonder if Leo would plan to do a second video on Karma, after he experienced 5emo-DMT -

What does "motivational/work-out" mean ? This definition is personal, and music can trigger that particular emotion. For me, it mean something rewarding on a spiritual/primal/intellectual level (maybe a neurotic quest after dopamine)

I found a tips on how to print images/emotions/visionboard in subconscious mind, for those working on computers all day long : - Resize your chosen pictures (just crop, not squash) to fit the resolution of your screen. - Set wallpapers to change every 5 minutes, and choose the path/folder to your pictures. - Set screensaver to start after 1 minutes, and randomly change pictures after few seconds.

Womens are advanced so that actualization topics seems boring to them^^ It's like we boys are learning to "read" in primairy school, while girls are allready writing. I could easily imagine at prehistoric ages, womens saying "we are fine here, it's a nice place to live, there are some fruits here, life is easy, it's peacefull..." while the man says "I WANT THE MAMMOUTH" and think all day long about travelling thousands kilometers in the wind and snow, to catch the mammouth. This animated movie describe quite good the feminine and the masculine energies : Also I would point to this movie : Womens are born with psychic abilities allready -
Here are my random thoughts, in no particular order, that came to my mind as reading your post : How it work for me: 1. beauty / joy 2. elegance / simplicity 3. consciousness / awareness I think that originality is just a reflect of what's you've experienced, the brain acting like a sponge, you can associate ideas to create new ones, on a conscious or subconscious level. Dealing with the subconscious is so much important for me, when it comes to the creative process. And when I mean creative process I don't just mean "sit down and do the work" but thinking about it continually all days long, and dreaming about it at night (Hopefully I'll reach the 10,000 hours faster that way^^ but it's not my goal). I don't know why I'm like that, but it is just the way my subconscious work : thinking about it all the time (my project/skill/product). Even if I fall in procrastination/victimization/limited-beliefs traps all the time, I always reach the point where I keep going and learn. In fact, I think that if I couldn't do it, I would just quit modern busy lifestyle and take a long retreat in a monk monastery or in mountains (anyway I'll do that after I accomplished my task on music). There are no way to say it (yes they are, but it is very naïve/innocent and can seems silly), but in this communication area, emotions wins. KOAN Sound : Lost In Thought https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lCH4gGillI Hey Lyle, did you purchased/ the life purpose course ?

In latest Leo's video, I though he was describing my daily life, without "meditation". Leo said once "every experience, is a meditation experience". I've heard once from someone enlightened (I think he was enlightened because he was answering my questions before I ask them, like reading in my mind) that meditation can heal, but it also can hurt (talking of heatlh). I think that in the end, focusing on a meditation practice is not the point, but it is a "tool" for awareness. -

Instead thinking of "add" something to your developpement, ask yourself "what can I get rid of""

See the benefits of having a settled sleeping routine. Over one week, one month, one year... And go back to sleep at the end of the day thinking "what incredible things I have accomplished today, and what incredible things I'll accomplish tomorrow". It's a long term, endurance, pattern. Midnight is a good time to go to sleep, or you can choose to live with the daily sun light pattern (like daily animals).
