Forest Gump Mama's says "Stupid is as stupid does". So "Arrogance is as arrogance does". Maybe you need to accept yourself as fully arrogant (authenticity) so you can get rid of that (naturally, polarized) and switch to the next thing.

Try both, see what triggers you emotionally the most. I have personally associated the English language with certain topics. When I think in my native language (which have a lot more history in my brain) it often have more nuances and it's more complex, but may end to be melancholic/muddy. English on the other hand is simple and straight forward. I've recently talked to a friend about the impact of language on emotions, she says speaking in Spanish makes her happy/smile. For affirmations, I think the shorter, the simplest sentences are the most powerful. Like : "I embrace the light" "I love you" (you = yourself and everything else) Also, associating affirmations with a music is I think a good way to trigger emotions & brain chemistry (to enhance brain plasticity).

I feel you. The matrix is a game, just play. Just keep for yourself the things that may makes looks like an alien. Any discussion about "consciousness" is a distraction. Everyone around you is the most spiritual creature. Just "Be". -
Balance, timing, space visualization... those are skills you learn since you were born. It's not supposed to go away. I would suggest the book "Mastery" by George Leonard.

Hey @Gabriel Antonio I will post once in a while. After few days of basic exercises, there is not much to say. I don't know what to expect. In the end, I won't take notes on the book itself, because the techniques are simple and easy to remember.

@Samra Woooow, so weird : D

From Leo's blog "Don't Half-Ass Yoga" : . Practice yoga on an empty stomach, at least 4 hours after eating. Don’t over eat. Have a clean diet. No wheat. No sugar. No refined products. It’s OK to eat a banana 2 hours before practice, if I’m really hungry. Morning or evening, it doesn’t matter (but not right before bed when I’m tired). . Follow the instructions as rigorously as possible, and trust the system of the book. Don’t mix and match, synthesize from various schools or customize your own practice. Don’t compare or seek for the best yoga schools/techniques : it’s a distraction. . It requires 30 to 60 minutes of my time, every day. . Do the techniques mindfully. Don’t think about your every day life, tasks and duties, while doing Kriya. . At the end of the routine, stay still for 10 to 15 minutes in silence. The silence after the techniques is even more important. . Once the practice is over, go with your life (family obligations...) . Discipline.

Since actualized.org is aiming for yoga, I have bought the kriya book on leo's list. I'm waiting for shipping on saturday. Yoga seems more interesting to me than meditation, since it involve the body (I don't know if kriya involves postures tho, or if it's just breathing and visualization). I'm kinda hyperactive, using yoga as a way to evolve on the spiritual path, I'm in. -

I've read many times that, domesticated animals are in the process of being incarnated as humans. Soul groups = family members over generations. Or, a domesticated animal may be someone you knew very well in another life, and decided to spend some time with you as an animal. I'm not sure if it's relevant to dig into that rabbit hole. All of this is extremely complex, because we perceive time in a linear fashion, it's very difficult to make sense out of these information. I did once a hypnosis/visualization/regression on youtube, with decent results. It seemed to me that what I've seen with my internal vision/eye, is exactly what I needed to see at that particular moment in my life, to help understand myself better, like if someone else showed me pictures. -
Walking in nature. Saying out every though that come to your mind, like a sort of dialogue with yourself (practicing no resistance to what though is coming in, speaking before thinking). This combines well with walking or sitting in nature. Same with drawing, or writing (automatic drawing, or writing). Lying in bed, focusing on physical sensations of the body and breath. Stretching, or dance. Wash the dishes in full awareness (slowly, paying attention in every sensations...) Your can do this too while going to work, or going back home. When you are with friends, try not talking but 100% listening in total openness. Playing an acoustic instrument, without theory or knowledge, just trying to figure out by yourself and experimenting. Fantasizing about a fictional telepathic conversation with an animal that goes by, for example a squirrel (it's possible also with trees). Try to capture it's "vibe", purpose or emotions (without using words). If you have a partner, look into her/his eyes for 10 minutes straight, with no talking. Sing (spontaneously) find a root note that resonate with your body, and heal your body. Sitting in the sun. Letting the rain fall. Note to myself : do things which are "useless" without thinking about productivity, efficiency or optimizing a planning.
