I made this to avoid non-sense activities, and focus on my #1 goal : 24/7 awareness & lucidity I hope this will inspire you to do something similar in your life. About journaling, I'll carry an old camera powered with AA batteries to capture memories & dreamsigns. A picture is worth 100 words, and I want to focus on the experience more than saving records/writing... Something like this :
