  1. it would seems people from the hypnosis scene, are materialistic and hold a belief such as "the brain". hypnosis may be exercising (metaphysical) power over matter without even knowing it. "programming" may be another word for magic (kabbale, enochian...) the later in the humans history, the more complex those systems are. some of the first humans, had total control over matter. if someone's car broke down, it's because the cylinder head gasket was too old, as well as because this person lost touch with authentic motivations. symbols are everywhere. everything is mind stuff. look at this, isn't it beautiful ?
  2. i tend to prefer long videos : short video = i watch it, forget it & move on to the next thing long video = i have to do breaks, listen to it on severals days, this let time to contemplate
  3. @Alexandru i just wanted to try. in the end it was a distraction. i found light impulses work the best, check : "lucialight 3" or "pandorastar" it's retro-engineering opponent. http://www.lucialightexperience.com/
  4. fun that anthony jacquin, the author of "reality is plastic" has subscribed to non-duality teachers https://www.youtube.com/anthonyjacquin
  5. i tried several times binaural beats. i resonate more with sacred geometry converted into sound : https://indigoaura.bandcamp.com/track/overtone-alignment-part-2-remixed
  6. fun that he mention derren brown i just watched the movie "the game"
  7. the past few years i've been exploring my feminine side, and emotions. this doesn't mean i'm gay, but i've noticed that erotism, love & emotions doesn't have anything to do with gender. 10% of my erotic dreams are gay, and i'm ok with that.
  8. running in a group helps a lot
  9. 1. One soup spoon of vegetable oil (walnut...) 2. Supplements : B12, D3 + K2, Spirulina, Chlorella. 3. Broccoli sprouts (sulforaphane) which is a bit awful. I've found black olives goes pretty good with broccoli sprouts. 4. Seeds like : flax seeds (chew it well with dried fruits, goji baies...), sunflower, pumpkin seeds... 5. Fresh fruits or/and vegetables (peach, cucumber, spinach... depends on the seasons). 6. In a rice cooker with water : green lentils, leek chopped off, turmeric powder + a bit of ground-pepper, cumin seeds, a bit of colza oil for cooking (no salt, or anything like that). In the rice cooker basket : 1 orange sweet potato chopped off, with sometimes 1 carrot. I stop the cooking / rice cooker before it stops by itself, so the water content is still high (like a soup, or porridge). Out of fire, let it rest for 10 minutes with the lid on (it will soak water). I then add a lemon juice, and 2 soup spoon of pumpkin seeds oil. The lemon juice adds a lot, it's important! 7. If you're still hungry, bananas + raw chocolate powder, braid (small spelt or rye, to avoid gluten) and peanut butter (not the one with trans fat). Everything I listed it organic (I'm lucky living in a place where it's cheap and easily available). I avoid nuts & walnuts before sports, because it makes me feel tired. Sports on empty stomach is best.
  10. David Sinclair (Biologist). Anti-ageing / Longevity research. ____________________________ Intermittent fasting (one meal in the evening). What you eat doesn't matter, it's when you eat that matter. Skip breakfast & lunch, when you can. You need a period during the day, when you're hungry, and it put your body in a "defensive" mode. Restrained diet + exercise = caloric restriction, makes animals lives much more longer. Resveratrol = GOOD (found in plants, not in alcohol). Resveratrol + caloric restriction = BEST. Supplements : - Resveratrol (half a gram a day). - NMN (both works together, taking one supplement without the other is non-sense). When you're 50 old, you have half the level of NAD than where you were 20 old. That's not good. NAD level is boosted by NMN supplements. Avoid sugars & carbs. Orange (fruits) juices, have too much sugar in them. Don't over-eat. High blood glucose = shorter life-span. Running, workout, cold bath right after sauna (extreme temperatures). Switching between extreme temperatures, activates you're body defenses (anti-ageing). Vitamin D + K2 (both works together). Green leafy, vegetables, colorful vegetables... An overload of iron damage cells. When doing sports, try not to do "too much". Get your body damaged enough, so it can repair itself and have the benefits, but don't over-do it. Anti-oxydants is a myth, in the field of anti-ageing. It doesn't work. A "stress" that doesn't kill you, makes you stronger (live longer). If you "stress" a plant, you get more Resveratrol from it (grapes). High levels of amino-acids is bad, it accelerate ageing. In the short run, amino-acids gives you performance benefits. In the long run, it come back to bites you. Your body have two choices : 1. Grow fast, reproduce fast, build muscles, cells divide... great in the short run. 2. Grow slowly = longer life-span. The reason why "ageing" it not considered as a "disease", is because it happens to everybody. It's not natural, don't go with it. The average farmer in Japan is 65 years old. Same in China. This drag the economy of the planet down. Wasting money (trillion of dollars) on keeping older people alive, for their last 10-20 years of their lives (dementia, frailty, etc). This money could be used to solve : global warming, better education... Anti-ageing is not a selfish act. X-ray scanners is damaging your body (airports). X-ray scanners changes your epigenome : the "reader" of the DNA. Ageing/diseases is not caused by the lost of DNA, but the lost of the epigenome. This is "noise" information. When you are 80 years old, the CD/DVD that contains your DNA, is scratched. What feels good when you're young, come back to bites you when you're old. Sun exposure is good when you're young (Vitamin D), but accumulation of scratches on the epigenome, bites you when you're old. How to polish that CD/DVD, to get that information back again ? This will happen in the next century. Never recommend someone to "do something". Just tell to people what you do, and let them makes judgements and try for themselves. Being 50 years old is still young (sports, mental performances...) Don't compromise on your health, when you get older. Don't force kids to eat. Researchers are afraid that their lives may have been vain, if new researches proves that it wasn't true (same for Egyptologists).
  11. just for fun really, nothing serious. - calisthenics everyday - clean eating & sleeping habits - kriya yoga - no fap - running 30 kilometers a week (3x 50 minutes) - working on the stuff that i really care about - and more...
  12. I didn't felt anything, during or after. In our natural environment we're supposed to graze skin against bushes & stuff, while hunting. With modern civilization we avoid bleeding 100% of the time (unless you're a woman). Giving your blood helps both people and yourself (renew blood). I don't eat meat and I've run 22kilometers on Sunday, tho my hemoglobin level was higher than average (because of seeds & spirulina). I encourage you to do the same. 500 ml look like this, don't worry it's all fine.
  13. nice some more : https://medium.com/vantage/how-photography-bridged-the-autism-gap-between-father-and-son-9c5111d363ca https://www.timothyarchibald.com/personal-projects/echolilia/thumbs
  14. i think alex grey's art is green (he took LSD in the 70's and depicted his psychedelic experiences). i can't fathom what turquoise art would be like, maybe it's invisible and only "turquoise" people can see it ^^ i think it must be rooted in "being" so there is no questioning about the nature of thoughts, metaphysics... I would put en emphasis on story telling, symbols, languages, inner games & emotions... The shoes scene at 5'25 :
  15. why does kriya triggers anger in me ? usually, i am a pacifist person. is it because i repress my anger all the time ? it come from chakras 1 - 2 - 3. or it's collective consciousness ? it's coming from nowhere, i have no reason to be angry. it could be a coincidence but i'm almost sure it's kriya (it's been on/off depending if kriya or not). is there a way to fix this ? is it normal ?
  16. I am only 28, so I have time. My parents are dealing with their parents right now (my grand parents therefore) and I'd like to know how it's like to take place more and more as an adult in life, and stop relying on parent's set of values, and reliability. For those who are lucky still having their parents, how would you live your life from now, if they were dead ? Thanx
  17. Oh, actually I've been here. My mother's parents passed away and I've seen the process of getting older and alzheimer/demencia. Sure it helps with contemplating life. I don't think it helps seeing the stupid shit you're doing, but it helps with being less concerned about the "importance" that we usually think of things. Everything is vain (which is very optimistic, because you're free to do anything you want).
  18. https://www.youtube.com/user/NutritionFactsOrg/videos?view=0&flow=grid&sort=p Well, that's a good source bro.
  19. I've played poker for 2 years with friends, I've learned some social "rules" that we see in society : when to show up, how yo hypnotize...
