IMO being an alpha is an internal thing. It's not about being a big dick who bosses people around but it's having ownership and mastery of your own mind and independence of outer circumstances. If anything an alpha helps and serves those around him. Ask yourself based on your internal thoughts and emotions, are you an alpha. If we could see your thoughts and emotions, would they be correlated to that of an alpha. Or would it be a fearful squirrelly mind craving and escaping, thinking out of control and manipulating everyone. There's your test, fuck a stupid internet test which you can easily skew the results for. Also another great test is your attractiveness to females. They basically are nature's biggest alpha male test. How many women have ya fucked?

I find that the old stuff is actually pretty irrelevant as you awaken. Like tips on positive affirmations , confidence, purpose, good habits, sex, authenticity...when you awaken and move deeper into spirituality it checks all these boxes naturally and if it doesn't you don't even care because it was superficial or unaligned anyway. But as thoughtart said most people don't have minds or balls to go for enlightenment

GOOD. Please actually put this into action. I'm so tired of all the whiners and babies who just bitch and can't see the value of this content. Wasting all our time and theirs too. Even a paywall of like $5 a month would be make people much more serious and weed out the trolls. I'm actually fully serious about enlightenment and dedicated my life to it. I meditate and do retreats and take psychedelics and work harder than most people here. And if you're coming with "trying to kill the ego is for the biggest egos" fuck you. Me trying to kill my ego has resulted in peace and love of another level. The whole "there's nothing to do" attitude is such a cop out

You guys are so obsessed with Leo's personality and not focused on awakening and the information being shared. I've never seen him say anything disrespectful about women and he's not even that harsh as a teacher. You should be thankful, you'd be so lost in bullshit without him. When he says something like "actualized is the best school of philosophy" it sounds obnoxious but it's fucking true! I'm kinda glad that people are turned off by him because it filters out all the big egos that want their ass kissed by their teachers and their stupid beliefs validated. I study at a yoga school with an actual enlightened person teaching and you can feel it. But at the same time most of the people here are not even close to being awake. It's just like a feel good thing for them.

Everyone is non dual awakened god realized until you stick them on a cushion for 3 hours with just their thoughts

Tuku you actually have a point but I think it’s only attainable at the highest levels of consciousness. Most of even the best practitioners need sleep.

I’m noticing that people are constantly in this state of competition, comparison, anxiety, anger, insecurity, bickering, judging, etc. Myself included if I really notice my thoughts, it’s a lot of negative shit. Even in a place where people are working on themselves, it’s riddled with bullshit. Even the people who are supposed to be leaders are mainly concerned with self promotion. I seriously wonder if it ever ends, because when I lived in the US, it was definitely all bullshit, and now it still is, just in a different spiritual form. It makes me want to be a hermit, like if I’m honest with myself, I really don’t enjoy being around people a ton and I really don’t feel like I can trust them fully. They pretty much always let you down. And I just see the game their playing, myself included, and it’s so far from truth it’s no wonder no one is awake. It’s all these beliefs and delusions. Anyway, just some thoughts I’m having.

Can they provide serious baseline changes? I believe if you use psychedelics along with your spiritual practice it can be a powerful catalyst. But they can also throw things off, sometimes I feel an impurity when I trip compared to just raising my consciousness in a raw manner like a silent retreat or nature immersion. But many don’t have the time for this

Go with the flow. Some days maybe a ton of sex then maybe a month of none. It isn’t like a schedule like taking vitamins ?

IMO porn lowers your consciousness and will definitely effect your relationship in subtle and gross ways. If you don’t have that outlet more of your sexual energy will flow to her in ways of touch, presence, appreciation etc and she will feel that

@Breakingthewall well none of that is necessary even if you’re not doing psychedelics. All of that will get purified through meditation, but ya I agree with you that psychs can bust through “blind spots” much quicker
