  1. Uhm... let me think... Well of course i am here and there is someting else, so it seems that i am separate. but non duality says that all is ONE, right?
  2. Are you suggesting that i am creazy because i have an experience of being separate? It's not just thought in my mind, it feels very real. It feels like this is happening to "me". But the experience of separation it's an illusion. Everything is one unified. It's perfect. It's whole and complete. I believe it's your experience as well ahahah.
  3. "All of this" Just is. It's not happening for someone or something. It just is. Inside my brain feels like this is happening to "me". Which i believe it's an illusion.
  4. What do you mean? Surely it seems that i am separate from reality right now ahah
  5. Yes @Inliytened1, i understand that. I do understand that when talking about non-duality, we are pointing to the unknowable. It is an infinite void that appears as what is and it's beyond experience and knowing. This void is perfect, it's infinite and it's unconditional love.
  6. Trying to be enlightened is what the individual (which is a seeker) does. The seeker tries to find another experience to find what's missing. You believe that the experience of separation is real so it can be overcome by another experience. But all experience are temporary, and the separation is just an illusion. There is nothing to find... The experience of separation is not real, it's an illusion. Why should i try to overcome it?
  7. I don't want to be enlightened in this stage of my life. I am only 20 years old and i am trying to figure out other things. I don't want to be enlightened i just want to understand.
  8. I am still deeply confused about non duality, i only know that what i know is screwed up. Im so confused and don't know what to do. I feel like i have to figure this out ahahah. Im watching leos videos but there are so many opinions of non duality coming from different people that messes me up.
  9. @Inliytened1 Seems like a fantastic experience. Only problem is that takes a lot of time to get there, but it's ok, i will see.
  10. @Inliytened1 i think it is possible to express it in words as well.
  11. @Inliytened1 that seems beautiful, how do i attain that?
  12. I have another idea. How would you describe non-duality?
  13. I have heard about a second brain which is the "gut" brain.
  14. Thank you guys for all the answers, i really do appreciate it. All of what you said of science is logical and coherent. Yet, you come from the perspective that the subject-object experience is real and so then it can be understood, it can be known with ideas, concepts, or knowing the limits of the mind and science. Non dualism says that the subject-object experience is illusory. So i tryied to point out to you that trying to overcome it, with having the right knowledge or experiences, it's just furhering the misunderstanding. Absolute Freedom cannot be found within the experience of separation. Real experience or real knowing are consequences of the illusory individual, the illusion of subject-object experience. There is nothing missing and no need to find anything. When the dream ends, no one wakes up. You say that when the dream ends, some sort of god wakes up which is conscious of himself. Im just pointing out the fact that this concept, can be used to fix what is missing/to find something real. All of these efforts are consequence of the experience of separation, the subject-object experience, the individual. Which is illusory! I appreciate all of your answers, i really do! And i am really gratefull that you guys are trying to help me understand, i really am! I don't want to be annoying... But what i explained to you seems logical and a complete picture after all. So this is what SD theory is all about huh? Interesting. I have not watched leo's SD videos yet.
  15. You are a firm believer aren't you ahaha i like you
  16. @Serotoninluv yes it's true ahaha but how can it be bad?
  17. @Serotoninluv In one hand this may be true, yes. On the other, i can quote your words to yourself to confirm what i have just said.
  18. Maybe, im just new to this. I explained it to you... how were you when you were new to this? Didn't you need help? Im sure you had questions as well when you were new to this.
  19. Thanks for the suggestion, i will keep in mind. @Leo Gura Yes, if consciousness is really everything then it is true what you are saying. All of what you say is based on the assumpion that consciousness is everything and what we have discussed before. Problem is scientist believe that consciousness is created in the brain (I have seen your consciousness video). What im saying, is that it is possible, that you Leo have "fallen in the trap". Non-duality means that everything is perfect as it is, and THIS is all there is. It is and it isn't (Leo you know what i mean). Im saying that out of that paradox of non-duality arises an experience that THIS is happening to "me". So this duality right here is very dissatisfying. It feels like something is missing. So the "Me" is constantly trying to solve the problem. The problem is that there is nothing to solve because everything is perfect as it is. The problem is the "Me" itself, which feels separate from the whole. When i say that you leo is possible that you have fallen in this trap right here i mean that maybe what you say about consciousness is only the result of the need to make the experience COMPLETE and WHOLE. Do you understand? Leo you experience yourself as separate, not as a whole. No matter how many concepts you believe and you share the experience is the real problem. You have to look at the experience that you have, not at the concepts in which you believe. If everything is perfect as it is, why don't you accept then that the experience that you have is the real deal here? It seems to me that you are trying to fill it with concepts to make it whole. But look at the experience. Im saying that it's not important if scientist discover consciousness in the brain or not. Or if they ever will or not. Im saying that the experience that you have directly with reality is the real deal here.
  20. Right, yes it's true. If it were not for the problem that it is dissadisfying for the separate "i", it would be perfect. Saying to accept it or to change perspective it does not seem to me like the solution. Maybe it is, i don't know. I am just learning, i am new to this. (Please remember!)
