@Shin Reality just is. I don't create it in the separate human form, sorry. You guys keep saying that: THIS is perfect and yet you tell me to find a solution to that, which is exactly what im pointing out to you right now. -

@Serotoninluv Sorry but you keep saying that and then you tell me to seek something else other than this. This is the contraddiction that i want to point out to you. -

@Serotoninluv You have just told me to seek for something, see? Have you found something? The "I" is constantly seeking shin changing the assumpion does not change the experience, right? Or maybe yes, i don't know. Why are you identifying assumpion with experience? Are they the same thing? -

@Shin The feeling arises because you sense yourself as separate. You cannot sense yourself as one with the whole in the human form. To me seems impossible. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. This is not about accepting. The accepting is not the problem. The experience itself is the problem. The experience that "I am real" and "THIS" is happening to "me". -

@Serotoninluv There is an apparent need to seek something that makes you whole. Everybody feels that. -

@Shin Im saying that you will never be fulfilled until you are in this human form. Because you experience everything as "real", so there is a real problem here, it's a real deal,it's a real experience. Of course it is just an illusion. Everything is perfect, still, and void, but it's not perfect for the "i". It just is perfect for itself. Maybe saying that everything is consciousness it's just a way of finding another solution? I don't know. But leo's explaination is coherent. Im interested in the truth, i don't care if its good or bad. In fact these are dualities. This non-duality thing it seems to serve no purpose at all sometimes ahahah -

@Serotoninluv Well, im saying that (From what those teacher say) it's truly hopeless, im not saying that there is a solution. They say that you are the only problem that's in the way. -

@Serotoninluv So it's a trap. But you guys are suggesting that there still is a solution to that. You see? -

@Shin You like those images huh? Funny. And profound, thank you -

@Inliytened1 They say that the "I" will always be dissatisfied with this and is never going to find what is looking for. So they say that when you die what is left is: THIS. THIS is already all there is and is whole and complete. But it's not the wholeness that the "I" is looking for. It will always be dissatisfied with this, because it feels it's separate. So this is the paradox apparently. From what they say it sound quite depressing . Maybe they have not understood the broader view. -

Yeah @Inliytened1, they say this is death. -

Oh yes @Leo Gura, i got this. Thank you. Im just new to spirituality and i came across non-dual teachers which have a nihilistic view of reality and that scared me. Like when you die there is just nothing left. Which is everything, pure infinite freedom but without nobody experiencing it because the "i", the consciousness is an illusion and everything is hopeless. I am sure there is some misunderstanding there. I have to investigate further. -
arlin replied to arlin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
ok so @Leo Gura: But the dog is consciousness. Reality 1 -> "Self-conscious reality" which is the whole thing below: The "deluded and unaware" parts of Reality are : Reality 2 -> "Consciousness reality" which is the whole thing below: The part of reality that are not conscious of themselves are still consciousness. Reality 1 and 2 are ONE. "Consciousness" and "Self-consciousness" are ONE. Did i at least come near to the understanding of this? -
arlin replied to arlin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Shin Yeah, i think im trying to understand it defining it in divisible parts forgetting that it is one. Am i? -
arlin replied to arlin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Shin I was referring to the possibility that being conscious of yourself is only possible in a limited form. In this limited form then it is possible to experience "reality", which is what is and is not. Both simultanously of course since it is non-dual. But the absolute reality is infinite, so it's unlimited. The absolute to me seems to be the other facet of reality, it's unlimited and not conscious since it is the OPPOSITE of this apparent reality. It's really a mindfuck huh -

@ajasatya Oh it's true. Maybe im trapped in an intellectual experience. It's true that "no free will" and "free will" are one, i keep falling into traps ahaha -
arlin replied to arlin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@ajasatya beautiful answer although i feel threatened by those words, because now i feel like a puppet without free will and choice ahaha Or am i misunderstanding something here? -
arlin replied to arlin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@ajasatya It feels to me that without "experiencer" it can't be an experience because nobody is conscious of something. But maybe when i talk about "experiencer" i think about it as limited and human? -
arlin replied to Inliytened1's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Thank you for the encouragement! -
arlin replied to arlin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@ajasatya What i was saying is that it seems that the experience is possible only in separation, and you just confirmed that. What i was trying to say is that when the experiencer is gone there is no more experience... This non duality think it really is a mindfuck ahaha, but the answer of @Inliytened1 seems to explain it better. -
arlin replied to arlin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Inliytened1 Oh thank you, now i understand it better ahaha. Yes i am interested in the shifting perspectives technique that you talk about, have you posted something about it? thank you -
arlin replied to arlin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@RillesBut it seems to me that being conscious equals separation, i am conscious of being separate. So when somebody dies and the separation fades away, it feels to me that this consciousness can't continue to operate for the reasons i have explained above.
