  1. Hey man, this info is really curious. Where can i find more of it? Also i have a question. Do we need 4 of them to have a successful relationship?
  2. I also think being patient but in the sense that enjoying the journey allows us to be more happy.
  3. How or where can i learn more about that? @PenguinPablo Thank you all guys, you have been helpfull.
  4. I understand, thank you guys.
  5. I am going to donate. Thank you leo for this work. You are having important impact in our lives.
  6. @Raptorsin7 Thank you man, i really appreciate it.

  8. I find hard to meet my daily requirments of protein intake from food. When i say that, i mean high quality proteins contained usually in high amounts only in meat, poultry, eggs. But i have 2kg of whey protein pouder. I am deciding if taking a dose per day is unhealthy as i am changing my diet to a more healthy one, adding more fruits, veggies, and removing sugar. What do you experts raccomand?
  9. @Barna Good stuff bro! Ahah @seeking_brilliance Oh i think it was just a typing mistake, sorry ahahah @Proactive Thanks for sharing!
  10. Ah sorry for the misinterpreting bro. But also thank you, i find this answer of yours very satisfying. It is what i hoped most people would answer.
  11. @Mikael89 I love your reply ahahahahah. @Waken Your answer is... Well should i believe you? You were on this journey for 5 years and still no results? What kind of work have you been doing? Ahhaah. @ActualizedDavid Thanks bro @seeking_brilliance@seeking_brilliance @Truth your answer on suffering is optional makes sense. I have used techniques to escape and to avoid suffering and guess what, this has lead to more resistance. I believe that "working on yourself" does not make you happier. Or more precisely, that it is not the only way that you can go about it. But i am also curious to know why people who self actualize generally sat that it is the only way to go about it. So that's why i started this post. @Nahm Thank you for your love
  12. I think it's important to slow down man. I realized for me, this is something that takes so much time, and i have to set the right expectations otherwhise i will just put pressure on myself etc. Also, have a strong fkin why. Why am i doing this? I realized i am doing personal development to escape myself and my pain. If this is the true, i am fucked. I want to build a strong self esteem and sense of self first, this means listening to my emotions and do what i genuinly want to do. If this means i dont want to do self actualization right now, i am not going to do it.
  13. @ivory why do you have to do something to be happy? Can't you be happy just because you deserve it? @mandyjw @peanutspathtotruth you guys are acting like i have an life crisis right now and trying to give me a solution. I don't, and you would have been much more helpfull if you shared your own experience. Good advices anyways. Thanks.
  14. But if they don't realize it, from they POV they might be a 3 on a scale from 0-10. So where is the difference between a 3 who is trying to self actualize and most people? On a happiness level, there is not so much difference. Also the avarage guy might work hard for his low conscious work and get a promotion, which will make him very happy ahahah
  15. What's whrong with selfishness and survival needs? Isn't that the reason we all are here to begin with? Everybody has needs and some of them can be met through other people. It is perfectly natural. I don't think its selfish. That word gives negative meaning. Is a baby selfish for crying because he wants to be nurtured? See, this is perfectly normal. I think our needs must be valued the same even if we are adults. If we don't accept and fully embrace our human side how can we hope to transend it one day? Why deny yourself of such a gift only because you want to avoid suffering? Which by the way by doing that you get cought in your ego, there is nothing spiritual about that. Maybe it would be more spiritual to follow your emotions and to live those moments with who you love. I think spiritual to me is also fully accepting your limitations as a human. I will become god when the game is over.
  16. @DrewNows very interesting! I have to research more on that.
  17. Thank you for the answer. I am not into weight training. And i only need 45gr of protein because i weight 56kg. However,i can only eat 100gr of a kind of meat with high quality protein per day as i don t have the money to buy everything for my diet. I am planning to also eat planty of plant protein such as legumes, seeds, etc... But i don't have to count them, right?
